Veera Simha Reddy is the title of the movie which is coming with huge expectations in the Nandamuri Balakrishna – Gopichand Malineni combination.

The title of this movie was announced in the presence of Nandamuri fans near Konda Reddy Buruju in Kurnool. On this occasion, Veera Simha Reddy director Gopichand Malineni’s aggressive speech cheered up Nandamuri fans.

Director Gopichand Malineni said that Veera Simha Reddy film will be exactly in the same way as Balayya’s fans want to see him. Gopichand Malineni talked about his fanism towards Balakrishna and his old blockbuster film Samara Simhareddy and said that his movie will give the same kick to the fans of Nandamuri and they will see all those memories again with Veera Simha Reddy.

Gopichand also spoke a dialogue from the movie for the fans. The dialogue goes like this ” Veera Simha Reddy Puttindi Pulicharla.. Chadivindi Ananthapuram.. Ruling Kurnool”. Director Gopichand made the fans excited by saying the dialogue.

But seeing this dialogue there are comments coming on social media that dialogues are not good and some even have trolled the dialogues.

Even at the time when the teaser was released, Balakrishna’s look got a fantastic response but the dialogues were said to be routine and not up to the mark.

Veera Simha Reddy is the project of Balakrishna after Akhanda, and there are huge expectations for this movie. This movie is releasing on the occasion of Sankranthi.

On the other hand, Gopichand, who got a super hit with the last movie Krack, is also in hit form. And we’ll have to wait and see if this super crazy combination can make this movie a hit or not.

Vijay Deverakonda signs the script rejected by Ram Charan

Ram Charan and Gowtam Tinnanuri project received massive hype when it was announced. Many were pleasantly surprised when Ram Charan chose to work with Gowtam, who is known for emotional subjects like Malli Raava and Jersey. After heavy-duty projects like RRR and RC 15, it was believed to be the right move by many.

However, the project will not materialize as planned as the Mega Power Star has walked out of it. Quite surprisingly, Vijay Deverakonda has come on board immediately after Charan’s exit.

Gowtam didn’t waste any time after Charan walked out and immediately met Vijay, who liked it and gave it a green signal. The film is said to be made on a big budget in all languages. After the debacle of Liger, the ‘Rowdy Star’ is in need of some content-heavy films where there is substance and scope for him to act as well.

He already has Shiva Nirvana’s Kushi coming up next. With Gowtam Tinnanuri project also adding to his lineup, things look good for the young actor.

Tamil cinema has witnessed a clash between the two star actors this Diwali. The two movies from Kollywood which were released yesterday are Sivakarthikeyan starrer Prince and Karthi starrer Sardar.

Young hero Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Prince’ movie is directed by Anudeep KV of ‘Jathiratnalu’ fame. Sunil Narang – Puskur Rammohan Rao and D. Produced jointly by Suresh Babu. Manoj Paramahamsa has done the cinematography for this film, which has music composed by S Thaman.

Siva Karthikeyan who is in the rising period with a string of hits had better hype and craze around his film. That craze helped him to have to lead the morning shows. But due to the mixed response to the content from the audience, the film didn’t show any growth after the morning shows which is a worrying sign.

Karthi’s Sardar is directed by Abhimanyudu’s fame P.S. Mithran, Raashi Khanna and Rajisha Vijayan acted as heroines in this. Sardar is produced by S Laxman Kumar under the Prince Pictures banner.

Sardar kept a bit low-key before release, but the movie has got super positive word of mouth. Because of that, it kept growing show after show.

At the box office as per trade circles, Prince has taken the lead over Sardar on the first day at the initial stage due to SK’s star power as said above. But Prince has not seen an upward trend in collections because it is carrying average reports.

While Sardar has got hit reports, it has capitalized from the talk and it is evident from early morning shows.

So it is clear that from the second day onwards Karthi’s Sardar takes the lead and is likely to be the Diwali winner at the box office. Both films have opened with average numbers in their respective day careers though.

మెగాస్టార్ చిరంజీవి నటించిన తాజా చిత్రం గాడ్ ఫాదర్ అక్టోబర్ 5 న విడుదలైంది, కాగా ఈ చిత్రం మలయాళంలో హిట్ అయిన లూసిఫర్ యొక్క అధికారిక తెలుగు రీమేక్ గా తెరకెక్కిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. మాతృకకి పృథ్వీరాజ్ సుకుమారన్ దర్శకత్వం వహించగా మలయాళ సూపర్ స్టార్ మోహన్ లాల్ ప్రధాన పాత్రలో నటించారు.

చిరంజీవి లూసిఫర్‌ని రీమేక్ చేస్తున్నారని తెలిసిన క్షణం నుంచే, ఈ నిర్ణయం సరైనదేనా కాదా అని చాలా రకాల చర్చలు జరిగాయి. ఈ సినిమా చిరంజీవి ఇమేజ్‌కి సరిపోదని, అనవసరంగా రీమేక్ చేస్తున్నారని కొందరు సోషల్ మీడియాలో అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.

గాడ్‌ఫాదర్‌ ప్రచార కార్యక్రమాల్లో చిరంజీవి మాట్లాడుతూ లూసిఫర్‌లోని కొన్ని భాగాలు తనకు నచ్చలేదని, ఏదో అసంపూర్ణంగా అనిపించిందని, అందుకే మార్పులు చేశానని చెప్పారు. లూసిఫర్ నుండి గాడ్ ఫాదర్ వరకు కొన్ని మార్పులు వచ్చాయి, అది మన తెలుగు ప్రేక్షకులకు సరిపోయేలా ఫ్యామిలీ యాంగిల్‌ని బాగా ఎమోషనల్ చేయడం వంటివి పని చేశాయనే చెప్పాలి.

అయితే మంచి కంటెంట్‌తో పాటు పాజిటివ్ టాక్ వచ్చినప్పటికీ గాడ్ ఫాదర్ సినిమా బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద అనుకున్న స్థాయిలో ఆడలేదు. నిజానికి చాలా ఏరియాల్లో, చిరంజీవి గత సినిమాలైన ఖైదీ నంబర్ 150, సైరా నరసింహ రెడ్డి మొదటి రోజు షేర్ కన్నా గాడ్ ఫాదర్ ఇన్ని రోజుల వరకు కలెక్ట్ చేసిన షేర్ తక్కువ కావడం గమనార్హం. ఇక గాడ్ ఫాదర్ సినిమా ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా లూసిఫర్ కంటే తక్కువ కలెక్ట్ చేయడం ఆశ్చర్యకరం.

లూసిఫర్ చిత్రం ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా గ్రాస్ 130 కోట్లకు పైగా వసూలు చేసింది. గాడ్‌ఫాదర్ కేవలం తెలుగులోనే కాక హిందీ భాషలో విడుదలైంది మరియు అన్ని భాషలను కలిపితే కూడా గ్రాస్ 100 కోట్ల కంటే తక్కువగా ఉంటుంది.

సాధారణంగా తెలుగు మార్కెట్ మలయాళ మార్కెట్ కంటే చాలా మైళ్ల దూరంలో ఉంటుంది. అయినా కూడా గాడ్ ఫాదర్ బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద లూసిఫర్ నంబర్లను బీట్ చేయడంలో విఫలమవడం ట్రేడ్ వర్గాలను విస్మయపరిచింది.

This Diwali festival season, Telugu audiences are having an eventful weekend at the Tollywood box office with multiple new movies releasing week. The list includes Ginna, Ori Devuda, Sardar, and Prince.

Manchu Vishnu came up with Ginna, which has been promoted as a horror entertainer. Vishnu took a fair bit of time and promoted this film and hoped to make a comeback with the same. The film has released yesterday. Vishnu is not in the best of forms and he has been not able to pull the audience to theaters. Ginna collected a mere 10 lakhs share at the box office on day 1.

Another film is Ori Devuda. This film is a remake of the hit Tamil film, Oh My Kadavule and it had a good buzz around it. Also, Venkatesh acting in an important role worked positively for the movie. Featuring Vishwak Sen and Mithila Palkar as the lead pair, this movie opened to an approx 1 cr share at the box office.

Then come to the two dubbed films – Sardar and Prince. While Sardar has Karthi in the lead role, Prince features Siva Karthikeyan. Prince got mixed talk and Sardar received a good talk. Both the films minted 1 CR of share on their opening day.

Jathi Ratnalu director Anudeep faced a setback with FDFS and he had to give a good comeback with Prince. Even having a star like Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role. He’s not been successful in delivering hit content.

As for Sardar, Karthi has a decent market in the Telugu states, by looking at the trailer itself audience found the movie promising and the team lived up to the expectations of the audience.

Sardar has received good response than other releases this week and it is expected to be the winner of this Diwali season in both Telugu and Tamil languages.

Disappointing opening for RRR at the Japan box office

After creating several box office records in India and winning the hearts of global audiences through special screenings and OTT platforms, RRR has now landed in Japan. SS Rajamouli, Jr NTR and Ram Charan are currently in the easternmost country of the world to promote Tollywood’s globally most loved film.

Despite multiple public appearances and special events, the film has not managed to hit the opening target that was intended. RRR grossed just around 1Cr on opening day. This is quite disappointing considering the expectations created by the film.

The film should grow on weekends in a big way to deliver good numbers. Thimultistarrer should collect at least 30Cr+ gross in full run to satisfy the promotional budget and efforts.

SS Rajamouli’s action drama RRR is created benchmarks on OTT as well. In its first week of release on Netflix, it was watched for a whopping 18,360,000 hours on Netflix from 23rd May to 29th May. It has completed a whopping 14 weeks as the top non-English film on Netflix.

RRR managed to cross the Rs. 1000 cr mark at the worldwide box office in 16 days. This is SS Rajamouli’s second film to achieve this feat. Only 4 Indian films have crossed the 1000Cr gross mark worldwide. After Baahubali2, Dangal, and RRR, KGF 2 became the latest film to enter this exclusive club.

Audience and fans are not happy with Siva Karthikeyan’s choice of movies now

The most awaited “Prince” of rising star Sivakarthikeyan was released yesterday and received trolls and criticism. Movie reviewers and many other online users who have watched the film could be seen voicing mixed responses. Some of them even uploaded memes and trolls against the film.

Previously, Siva Karthikeyan’s Don also received a lot of negative reviews and trolls from the audience. Many people felt it has cringe elements and got saved only because of the climax. Now Prince also getting the same response. Even his fans are not liking the film and say that there is no story at all and the comedy was very silly they felt.

The fans are feeling why Siva Karthikeyan is choosing this kind of script as his stardom and image are at the next level. But it’s not like all are giving negative responses, some of the audience have liked the comedy and saying Prince is an enjoyable entertainer.

Especially the Telugu audience is giving better reviews and talking about the movie. We have to wait and see how Prince performs on the weekend and Diwali festival days.

Directed by Anudeep of “Jathi Rathnalu” fame, “Prince” has an ensemble cast that includes foreign actress Maria Riaboshakpa, Sathyaraj, Premgi, Prankster Rahul, and others.

The film’s plot revolves around a teacher trying to make his colleague who is an English teacher in the same school he is working, fall in love with her. The music of the film is composed by Thaman.

As soon as the film got released, the majority number of reviews that came up for it were negative. In the public opinion videos released by YouTube channels, there is a set audience who could be seen saying that the film could be watched one time for the entertainment which Siva Karthikeyan has provided.

After a gap of more than a year and a half, Manchu Vishnu is returning to the big screen with his ambitious project Ginna. His last release Mosagallu was a massive disaster and the actor is looking to mark a strong comeback with Ginna

The movie has an interesting star cast with names like Kona Venkat, Payal Rajput, and Sunny Leone in prominent roles. Manchu Vishnu feels this will be a comeback for him and the film is being promoted as a complete entertainer. The movie is out and so is the audience’s verdict. Let’s check out what worked and what didn’t


Story: Ginna (Vishnu) lives in a village called Rangampet and has a huge burden of unpaid loans on him. To clear his loans, he targets Renuka (Sunny Leone) who’s an NRI and has returned to Rangampet on a personal mission. Ginna along with his girlfriend Swathi (Payal Rajput) plans to con Renuka and settle his loans. However, Renuka is not the simpleton that she’s pretending to be and she has her own plans. What’s the twist? and how does the story progress? This is what the movie follows.

Performances: Acting wise there is nothing much to talks about in the film. The film purely banks on Sunny Leone and Payal Rajput’s glamour along with Manchu Vishnu’s feeble attempts to grow into a mass hero with fights and dances. The extended cast of Vennela Kishore, Naresh, Satyam Rajesh and co. have standard roles with not much essence to the plot. Sunil makes a brief appearance however, the character has not been created to add much value to the proceedings.

Analysis: Ginna is a half-hearted, predictable entertainer that had potential but goes awry in execution. Chota K Naidu’s visuals and Anup Rubens music are one of the better elements of the movie. The movie’s routine plot and passable performances from the lead cast doesn’t allow the audience to enjoy the twists and turns of the story

Verdict: 

It’s high time Manch Vishnu does some brainstorming and comes up with plots that are better written with some redeeming qualities. Technically Ginna is good but that’s where the positives end. Better screenplay and removing some scenes would have definitely made Ginna a watchable fare.
