Jr NTR playing the villain role in War2?

The official announcement of Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan sharing the screen for War 2 has got the entire country’s attention. With this massive announcement, War 2 has become the most anticipated film from the Yash Raj Films’ Spyverse.

NTR, who is currently shooting for NTR 30 with Koratala Siva has allotted 3 months of dates for War 2. The film’s shoot will start in December and it will be interesting to see what kind of role the Tollywood star will have in this project. Ayan Mukherjee who recently directed Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra will handle the direction here. War 2 will be bankrolled under Yash Raj Productions.

As per reports, NTR is said to be playing a character with multiple shades in this big-budget extravaganza. His character will mainly have negative shades and if early reports are to be believed, he will play the villain role opposite Hrithik Roshan.

War 2 is the latest addition to the YRF Spy Universe which has so far featured Bollywood superstars like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Hrithik Roshan. It is very well known to everyone that Sai Dharam Tej’s latest film Virupaksha is a massive blockbuster in Telugu. Seeing the fantastic response in Telugu, the makers have dubbed the film into other languages and released it pan India wide in the Tamil and Hindi languages recently. However, the film failed to create any impact at the pan India level as it was unable to get even minimum numbers at the box office and failed to cross the big milestone of 100 Crores.

Everyone expected that the film will easily join the 100 Crores Club after pan-Indian release. However, the film failed miserably in the other languages like Tamil, Hindi. The film was unable to generate any kind of revenue. Overall, the Virupaksha’s Worldwide Gross is around 90 Crores and missed the 100 Crores milestone by a minor distance.

Virupaksha movie’s story is set in the mystic village Rudravanam where Surya comes with his mother to meet his family. He falls in love with Nandini. Love starts to blossom between them, but suddenly the village people get killed one by one in suspicious circumstances. Surya starts chasing the mystery behind the mysterious deaths of the village. How does he get to solve this mystery is what forms the rest of the story.

Along with Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon in the lead roles, this movie has an ensemble cast of Ajay, Rajeev Kanakala, Sai Chand, Brahmaji, Shyamala, Soniya Singh, and Sunil. It was released in theaters on April 21st, 2023. Virupaksha is directed by Karthik Dandu and is produced by BVSN Prasad under the banners of Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings. B Ajaneesh Lokanath composed music for the film.

2 Hours 54 Minutes is the reported runtime of the film, and though it is a bit lengthy, this kind of film with a mythological backdrop and excessive action sequences and VFX needs such a runtime. Apart from that, yesterday, the makers of Adipurush have officially announced that Jai Shri Ram full song will be out on May 20th.

Adipurush is directed by Om Raut and produced on a massive scale by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles. Prabhas will be seen as Lord Ram, while Kriti Sanon appears as Janaki. Sunny Singh was plays the role of Lakshman and Deva Dutta Nage plays Lord Hanuman. Bollywood Actor Saif Ali Khan will be seen as Raavan.

The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam in theaters. Adipurush was initially slated to be released on August 11 last year. However, the makers shifted its release to January 2023, but again it was postponed because of the backlash came for the VFX and after getting things back right, they are coming in June.

Kriti Shetty was all set to make her debut in Kollywood with the Tamil film ‘Vanangaan’ directed by Bala with Suriya in the lead role. However, the film was shelved in between as Suriya after the first schedule of shooting, decided to drop the film due to differences with the director and he was replaced by Arun Vijay. The centenary birth celebrations of SR NTR is one of the most talked about topics among the Telugu States People. As a result, Karate Kalyani is now facing disciplinary action from MAA. Manchu Vishnu, the president of MAA sent show cause notices to Karate Kalyani over her comments.

In the Notice it was mentioned that being an actress herself and also a member of MAA, how can Karate Kalyani could make such comments against a roaring personality like NTR who is a pioneer of Tollywood. It was also mentioned that she is answerable to this act within 3 days, otherwise she will have to face disciplinary action for her act.

Apart from acting, Karate Kalyani is known for small-time controversies, but this time the actress has smeared the legendary NTR at the worst possible moment, which is why she is facing disciplinary action for the same thing now.
