The official announcement of Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan sharing the screen for War 2 has got the entire country’s attention. With this massive announcement, War 2 has become the most anticipated film from the Yash Raj Films’ Spyverse.
NTR, who is currently shooting for NTR 30 with Koratala Siva has allotted 3 months of dates for War 2. The film’s shoot will start in December and it will be interesting to see what kind of role the Tollywood star will have in this project. Ayan Mukherjee who recently directed Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra will handle the direction here. War 2 will be bankrolled under Yash Raj Productions.
As per reports, NTR is said to be playing a character with multiple shades in this big-budget extravaganza. His character will mainly have negative shades and if early reports are to be believed, he will play the villain role opposite Hrithik Roshan.
War 2 is the latest addition to the YRF Spy Universe which has so far featured Bollywood superstars like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Hrithik Roshan. The most recent addition to it was the Bollywood industry hit- Shahrukh Khan’s Pathaan. With Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai, audiences are also gearing up for another release, Tiger 3, that features Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif as well as Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist. War 2 is expected to kick off from where Tiger 3 has ended.
