According to the trailer, Saindhav (Venkatesh) lives happily with his family, but suddenly, his daughter suffers from a neuro disorder. For this, a 17Cr injection is needed, and can a middle-class family afford such a vast amount? What does the Hero do to get the injection? Why is he named Saiko? What he had done before marriage, how he fought with a supposed medical mafia to save his daughter, and what challenges he faced during the mission are what the trailer shows.
