Balakrishna’s Unstoppable 2nd episode promo with Nani is out

Nandamuri Balakrishna has made a roaring OTT debut with the talk show Unstoppable. The first episode featuring Mohan Babu was well appreciated for its entertainment quotient. The new promo of Balakrishna’s Unstoppable second episode was released a while ago. This episode will feature Nani as the guest and the promo saw Balayya and Nani in a candid mode.

The show true to Balayya’s style is energy-filled and has a bunch of fun moments and candid conversations. The celebrity talk show has got off to a flying start with great reviews and ratings. The episode featuring Nani will be out on Aha on November 12th.

The celebrity talk show will see Balayya along with a number of celebrity guests on the sets. Fans and movie lovers are all excited to see this new avatar of the ‘Akhanda’ actor. Lala Bheemla 24 hours views & likes set an all-time record

Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati starrer Bheemla Nayak is generating massive buzz with each update. The film will see Pawan return to an out and out mass role after a long time and he will be locking horns with Rana in this action drama. The makers on Monday released the movie’s second single Lala Bheemla.

Penned by Trivikram, the song has become an instant chartbuster and has been breaking one YouTube record after another. Within the first 24hours, Lala Bheemla has clocked in a massive 10.2 million views which is an all-time record. Coming to likes, the song has hit 658.2k likes which has placed it in the top two in likes count.

A remake of the Malayalam film Ayyappannum Koshiyum, Bheemla Nayak is one of the most anticipated movies of Tollywood. The ‘Power Storm’ and ‘Blitz of Daniel Shekar have taken expectations to greater heights.

The shooting of the film is going on at a great pace with some key action scenes being shot currently. Sagar Chandra will be directing the remake. Nithya Menen has also been roped in for a key role.

Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe 4 days Worldwide Collections

Superstar Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe continued its superb run and has given a great first-weekend performance. Despite receiving mixed reviews and being termed as an outdated story, Rajinikanth’s charm has been attracting crowds big time.

Directed by Siva, this action drama collected a TN gross of Rs 76 crores and a share of Rs 43 crores in 4days. The AP/ Telangana 4 days gross stands at Rs 7 crores and a share of Rs 3.2 crores. The Karnataka numbers for the same period are Rs 7.5 crores gross and a share of Rs 3.4 crores collection.

Coming to the rest of India’s 4 days collection, the gross collected stands at Rs 5 crores while the share is at Rs 2 crores. The action drama has also performed exceedingly well overseas and has hit the Rs 35 crore gross mark with a Rs 15 crore share.


Overall, Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe has raked in Rs 130 crores gross while its share stands at Rs 70.6 crores after the first 4 days run.

The film’s Telugu version Peddanna. Despite Rajinikanth’s presence, the Telugu states have not warmed up to the film, and it’s heading towards a disaster status.

What’s stopping Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam team?

The recently released teaser of Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam’s has heightened the expectations on the film. Prabhas plays Vikramaditya, a palmist in the film and has a sense of mystery around him. While the basic premise of the movie and Prabhas’ mystique characterization is great, there’s one thing that’s bothering the fans- the lack of promotions.

Apart from the recent teaser and occasional posters now and then, there hasn’t been much from the UV Creation’s side. While all other major upcoming movie teams have started promotions aggressively Radhe Shyam team has still not started yet.

There’s no update about the song’s release as well and being a pan-India film with so much riding Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam team must get their act together.

On another side, RRR which is also Releasing for Sankranthi have started promotions. The RRR team has already devised a massive promotions strategy and coming days we will be seeing may exciting updates.

After a long-drawn dull phase caused by Covid and ticketing issues, Tollywood biggies are all set to test their luck soon. While a number of small and medium budget films made their mark, it’ll be interesting how NTR, Ram Charan with RRR, and Prabhas with Radhe Shyam cope up.

There is good news for the trio as the online ticketing portal works are progressing at a great speed. Adding to this AP ticket rates issue will be resolved by Sankranti. RRR which is releasing on 7th January will actually be the first movie to benefit from it. Radhe Shyam which is hitting the screens a week later will also benefit from this progress.

Never have we seen a situation where there has been so much speculation and confusion over movie release dates. The pandemic situation coupled with the tickets price issue in AP has brought in major last-minute changes to many release dates. The producers of these Tollywood biggies are now left to consider a number of factors before finalizing one date.

However, now with ticket pricing issues moving towards resolution NTR, Ram Charan and Prabhas, who have the most at stake can relax.

Annaatthe gets a roaring start with superb weekend

Superstar Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe has been setting box-office on fire with a strong opening performance. While day 1 recorded Rs 29 crores, day 2 saw Rs 21 crores collected. The subsequent days 3 and 4 saw Rs 17 crores and Rs 14 crores respectively marking off a superb weekend performance.

The total weekend nett stands at a whopping Rs 81 crores while the all-India gross is an astounding Rs 95.5 crores. Annaatthe has now collected a total all India share at Rs 53 crores.

Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe is having an excellent hold in Tamil Nadu and occupancy rates are indeed a heartening sign for the makers.

On the other hand, the same cannot be said about the film’s Telugu version Peddanna. Despite Rajinikanth’s presence, the Telugu states have not warmed up to the film, and it’s heading towards a disaster status.

Shankar to resume Indian 2 from December

Ace director Shankar and his prestigious project Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan has faced one roadblock after the other. The legal tussles involving Shankar and producers Lyca Productions saw the court’s intervention.

The legal troubles for Shankar started with Lyca Productions accusing him of charging Rs 40 crore as remuneration out of which Rs 14 crore have been paid to him. The producers have also offered to deposit the remaining amount with Madras High Court.

Shankar meanwhile had filed a counter appeal against this and accused the production house for the delay.

According to a mutually agreed settlement with Lyca, Shankar to resume directing Indian2 from this December. This sequel requires a shoot of around 100 Days more and is targeting Diwali 2022 (for now).

Meanwhile, Shankar is currently busy with Ram Charan’s RC15. This project may have another schedule this year but is set to have long delays ahead!

Skylab trailer: An eccentric and delightful concept

The much-awaited Skylab trailer featuring Satyadev and Nithya Menen released a while ago. The concept and the star cast looks fresh and both Satyadev and Nithya Menen look great on screen.

The Skylab trailer chronicles the ordinary lives of the residents of Banda Lingampally village. These ordinary lives change when the news of Skylab (a satellite located in space) gets destructed and starts heading towards the earth.

Vishvak Khanderao has written and directed this comedy-drama while Prithvi Pinnamaraju has bankrolled the project. Nithya Menen will be speaking in the rural Telangana dialect for the first time and she looks effortless on screen. Satyadev is on a roll and is selecting great offbeat scripts. He will be seen playing another interesting character here.

The movie is presented by Byte Features in association with Nithya Menen Company.Rahul Ramakrishna, Tanikella Bharani and Tharun Bhascker co-star in this comedy drama.

Icon Star Allu Arjun keeps ICON aside

Icon Star Allu Arjun is busy with back-to-back commercial entertainers. Post Pushpa, he was supposed to move on to the highly anticipated Venu Sriram’s ICON. This project was also supposed to be a pan-India film. However, due to certain creative differences, the project has now been shelved.

With Icon now in the backseat, Icon Star Allu Arjun will now move on to AA21 with Boyapati Srinu. The duo worked earlier on the 2016 action drama Sarrainodu which was a success. Now, Allu Arjun wants to take action dose one step higher and is having exhaustive script sessions with the director. The Icon Star wants a solid and comprehensive action drama for which he has been suggesting changes and is deeply involved in the fine-tuning of the script.

Allu Arjun has been carefully cultivating the Icon brand for quite some time. and the movie being shelved is indeed a tough pill to swallow for the fans. Dil Raju, who was bankrolling Icon had expressed happiness over the script work, Raju said that the script is quite emotional and bound to touch hearts. He added that it’s a matter of pride that such a subject is coming out of his production house.
