Varun Tej’s Ghani OTT Release Date locked

Varun Tej’s Ghani is gearing up for its OTT release pretty soon. While the film failed to attract the audience to the theatres, the makers are hoping that it will find success on the digital platform. Ghani will premiere on Aha on April 22nd.

Ghani was an ambitious project for director Kiran Korapati and was made on a massive budget of Rs40Cr +. The film however has failed to create the impact it intended and has not even recovers 1/10 on its 1st weekend. The 1st-weekend share is estimated to be less than Rs 4Cr

The makers had high hope for this project and left no stone unturned to give the movie a rich look. However, the chances of revival this week look extremely slim. Reflecting on the movie’s failure, Varun Tej penned down a note on social media. He stated that the vision of Ghani couldn’t translate properly and that he will work harder in future.

Saiee Manjrekar made her Telugu debut as the female lead. Kannada star Upendra and Bollywood star Sunil Shetty feature in important roles. Naveen Chandra, Jagapathi Babu, and Nadiya were also seen in the film in vitalroles. Debutant Kiran Korrapati has handled this sports drama while Thaman composed the music.

Pelli SandaD’s success has put Sree Leela on the list of most in-demand young actresses in Tollywood. She is getting great offers in exciting projects in the industry and has already okayed many till now. Now, as per latest reports, she has signed another project with Dil Raju’s nephew- Ashish. Ashish also made his debut with Rowdy Boys recently and is looking to create a foothold in the industry. The film will be produced by Dil Raju and is being written by Sukumar.

Meanwhile, Sree Leela is currently doing Raviteja’s Dhamaka and a poster was released recently featuring her. After Dhamaka, she will move on to Nithiin and Vakkantham Vamsi project. This film was launched a week ago in Hyderabad and shoot will start soon.

The young actress at the moment is doing a Kannada- Telugu bilingual as well. With so many projects in hand, she is surely going to land in the big league pretty soon.

Pushpa: The rule shooting details and release plans

After the massive success of Pushpa: The Rise, the expectations for the sequel Pushpa: The Rule have gone sky-high. Both Allu Arjun and Sukumar are leaving no stone unturned to ensure this pan-India biggie surpasses the success of the first installments.

The shoot of Pushpa: The Rule will start in July or August this year and the makers are aiming for a December 2023 release. Due to the massive response to the first version, Allu Arjun wants to consolidate his position in the north market. This is why the script has undergone huge changes. The confrontation scenes between Allu Arjun and Fahadh are going to be much bigger and will be highlight points of the film.

The massive success of recent pan-India biggies such as RRR and KGF:2 has created a great opportunity for Pushpa. Trade circles are estimating a massive opening for this Sukumar project as well. Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s Pushpa created sensation all over India. Though it released as a Pan India movie, Sukumar considered it a Telugu movie and moved forward. But the magic worked out and Pushpa is a pan – India block buster. Pushpa is done mainly targeting Telugu audience considering the budget and the genre. A Massive Set of Worth 7 Cr Depicting Stuartpuram Village In 70s is rected In 5 Acres of Land near Samshabad. Production designer Avinash Kolla who previously worked for several superhit films ‘Mahanati’, ‘Jersey’, ‘Evaru’, ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ etc., is working in the construction of the set. Nupoor Sanon and Gayatri Bharadwaj are the ladies in the film. GV Prakash joined this project as a music composer and R Madhie, ISC is the cinematographer. Srikanth Vissa the dialogue writer tweeted about the set and praised the production designer Avinash Kolla. Tiger Nageswara Rao will release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages.

KGF 2 Is Just A Weekend Movie In Telugu Version?

KGF 2 and the charm of Rocky Bhai have conquered the collections box in the past couple of days. The film has emerged as a massive success, performing even better than RRR in Kerala, Karnataka, and North India.

In short, KGF Chapter 2 is performing extraordinarily well in all territories. But in all of this happiness, there seems to be a slight worry for the team. The Telugu version of KGF 2 which opened to huge numbers on the opening days is witnessing minimal drops.

When compared to the day 2 collections, KGF 2 has dropped in all Telugu language theatres. This is visible only in the Telugu version of the film as in the other languages, the film is receiving unanimous opening talk and it reflects in the massive collections as well.

For the past couple of days, rumors have been afloat regarding the postponement of Mahesh Babu’s action drama Sarkaru Vaari Paata. What gave these rumors wings was the fact that the shooting of the film was reportedly yet to be completed with only a month left for the release.

But recently the makers have made it clear that the film will not be postponed at any cost. They have assured the distributors that the film will release on May 12th in theatres. The makers have asked the distributors to not believe in any such rumors.

This means that the shooting of the film is almost done but all is not merry for the team. The CGI works and the re-recording of Sarkaru Vaari Paata are still pending. Music director Thaman S is working hard to finish the pending work on time.

The makers are mainly concerned about the re-recording of the film but Thaman has assured the makers that he will deliver the film on time. In the meanwhile, a song shoot is also pending which is likely to be done in the coming weeks.

Mahesh seems to be actively involving himself in all aspects of the project to make sure nothing goes wrong. Apart from Mahesh, Sarkaru Vaari Paata also stars Keerthy Suresh, Vennela Kishore, and Subbaraju in prominent roles. Parasuram Petla is the director of the film and Mythri Movies have produced the movie.
