Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast was released on April 13th amidst great hype and celebration but quickly fizzled out due to the majority of negative reviews. However, it is important to mention that Vijay cannot be touched when it comes to the Tamil Nadu regions. Despite poor reviews, it is doing well in Tamil Nadu.
But in Kerala and the Telugu-speaking regions, Beast has dropped massively. In the Northern regions, Beast has posted insanely low numbers, barely touching 1 Cr in net collections.
Amidst all of this box office hassle, there has been news regarding the OTT release of Beast. If reports are to be believed, Beast will release on Netflix as well as SUN NXT on May 11th.
Beast also stars Pooja Hegde, Redin Kingsley, and Yogi Babu in lead roles. Nelson Dilipkumar is the director of the film and SUN Pictures has produced the film. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director of the movie.
