NTR was honored with the prestigious Best Actor in Leading Role Telugu award at the illustrious SIIMA 2023 Awards as a tribute to Telugu cinema’s excellence. The visionary SS Rajamouli’s global blockbuster has rewritten Indian cinema’s records and left a lasting impression on the international stage.

Upon winning the Award, NTR said, “I bow my head and salute all my fans for holding me up every time I fall down, for being hurt by every drop of water that comes out of my eyes, for laughing along with me when I laugh.”

RRR, which translates to ‘Roudram Ranam Rudhiram’, is more than just a movie; it’s a grand cinematic spectacle that tells a captivating story that is deeply rooted in Indian history. The narrative in ‘RRR’ is driven by the characters based on legendary Indian freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. It is being reported that the song was shot with a budget of almost 15 crores in a stadium-like setting. It is really shocking that such a leak happened in a big budgeted film.

Shankar and his team are working from Chennai on this film currently, and the leak might have happened from there, according to the reports. Dil Raju and team are said to be uncertain about how to approach this, but reportedly they are making efforts to being made to stop the song from spreading.

The task of Mahabali VS Ranadheera really got nerves of the contestants as both the team members had many disagreements during the task, especially Prince Yawar got emotional and cried because he felt that the other team member, Gautam had given wrong reason by telling him as undeserving contestant.

Bigg Boss finally declared that the task has been ended. Shivaji and Shakeela had the badges of Maya Astra at the end of task, so they were selected for the Power Astra competition, which provides 4 week immunity. Yawar was not at all happy with the way his badge was taken, and he even repeatedly requested bigg boss that wanted to go home.

Rathika again had an argument with her team members, especially with Gautam, who afterward had a heated argument with Prince Yawar, who was furious. He did not listen to anyone and went shouting at almost everyone.

Thereafter, Rathika and Shubhashree had an argument in the Kitchen, which even continued further at the ground. Bigg Boss called Prince Yawar and asked what is his problem or issue. Yawar said that he did not like the way task went, and he also mentioned the fight with Gautam and informed bigg boss about the accusation of Gautam that he took some injection.

Bigg Boss explained to Prince Yawar that the ups and downs are common in the house and stated that his target be the title of Bigg Boss. Also, Shakeela and Rathika had a discussion and the latter asked for an apology for her behavior.

Bigg Boss asked Sandeep to tell one contestant’s name of his choice to compete with Shivaji and Shakeela. Then Sandeep answered, Amardeep is his choice. Shivaji was not happy with the sudden inclusion of the third contender at the last minute.

Finally, bigg boss announced the second task of Power Astra which is between Shivaji, Shakeela and Amardeep. The task was whose voice is bigger in the three contenders. He explained that bigg boss will call the contenders one by one multiple times, and they should shout the bigg boss’s name in the artificial ear which was setup in the garden area. Meanwhile, Prince Yawar and Sandeep had a small argument in the Kitchen. Also, Rathika Prashanth had a discussion about their interactions and had a patch up.

At the end of the episode, Bigg Boss said that the second task for Power Astra was finished, and the winner will be declared by Nagarjuna during the weekend episode.

After a massive success at the box-office, Superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer is impressing the audience on the OTT platform as well. Jailer released on Amazon Prime Video last week and has been trending on top of the charts here as well. However, because of the early OTT release, Jailer the film missed two big benchmarks at the box office with early OTT release.

The film has missed the magical 200Cr gross in Tamil Nadu and 100Cr gross in the Telugu version with a very minor margin. In Tamil Nadu the film has collected around 197Cr gross and the Telugu version has collected around 97 – 98Cr gross. Though the film had an exceptional run at the box office, Becuase of the early OTT release, the collections have been, and the film missed these rare benchmarks.

Directed by Nelson Dileepkumar, Jailer follows the story of Muthuvel Pandian, a retired jailer living happily with his wife, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. The story is about how Muthuvel Pandian goes on a war against Varma, the mastermind behind the large-scale smuggling of temple idols and treasures, and Muthvel’s son’s disappearance.

Jailer was released in theaters on August 10. Following its digital premiere, Prime members worldwide can stream the action entertainer in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
