All eyes on Love Story

Love Story trailer that dropped in yesterday has impressed everyone. Naga Chaitanya’s middle-class boy look and Sai Pallavi’s screen presence and dance have been the highlight of the trailer. The film promises to pack a heavy dose of romance and emotions. Now movie lovers are now eagerly waiting for 24th September.

The success of Love Story is going to be extremely crucial not just for the film unit, but the entire industry. The performance of the film will be a parameter for the upcoming Tollywood biggies. A number of filmmakers whose projects are lined up are keen on observing how this film fares.

Icon Star Allu Arjun is busy with back-to-back commercial entertainers. Currently, he is working on the pan-India film Pushpa. Post this Sukumar film, he will move on to ‘ICON’ with Venu Sriram.

Dhanush signs yet another Telugu film with young director

Dhanush is a busy man these days. After signing a film with Sekhar Kammula, he also signed up on a Venky Atluri film. Now as per the latest reports, the actor has also signed a film with Ajay Bhupathi.

The RX100 and Mahasamudram director recently met Dhanush and narrated a script to him. The ‘Karnan’ actor reportedly loved the film and has okayed the project.

In the Venky Atluri film, Dhanush will be portraying the role of a social crusader taking on the education system. This will be a serious subject and it needs to be seen how the young director handles it. On the other hand, the untitled film with Sekhar Kammula will release in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi and will feature an interesting cast.

Not much is known about the Dhanush- Ajay Bhupathi script yet but and further details will be revealed soon.

Love Story trailer: A mix of romance and emotions

Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer Love Story trailer was finally released by the makers a while ago. The trailer is a perfect blend of romantic moments, emotions, and soothing music. Naga Chaitanya looks impressive in the trailer with a middle-class look and it can be said that he has worked hard on his Telangana dialect.

Sai Pallavi as a job aspirant looks natural and has got some terrific dance movements. The pairing of the lead cast looks fresh and from the Love Story trailer, it appears that Sekhar Kammula has gone for an intense romantic drama this time as opposed to his usual feel-good movies.

The movie has generated great buzz with Pavan Ch’s compositions turning out to be chartbusters. This will be the second movie in Sai Pallavi and Sekhar Kammula’s combo after 2017 superhit ‘Fidaa’. Love Story is all set for a theatrical release on September 24th.

Koratala Siva to take the same story with NTR

It’s a known fact that Koratala Siva and Jr NTR will be reuniting with NTR30. This will be the second collaboration between the duo after the hugely successful Janatha Garage. The combination has come together after multiple last-minute changes.

While Trivikram was the frontrunner for this, a creative difference between the two led to the movie being shelved for now. Post-Uppena’s success, even newcomer Bucchi Babu Sana was in the news to be directing the NTR 30.. Similarly, Koratala was also supposed to work with Allu Arjun and an official announcement was also made regarding the same.

Now reports are emerging that the script for NTR30 is the same one that was offered to Allu Arjun. The story follows a student who later becomes a CEO and is based on a village backdrop. Jr NTR will be shedding weight for the Koratala Siva film and will be seen in a lean and stylish look for the film. The director has already started pre-production works on the much-awaited.

Prabhas’ Salaar has kept the fans on the hook ever since the movie was announced. Fans are eagerly waiting to see Prabhas in an out-and-out commercial action flick which Prashant Neel is famous for. The first look released also gave off rustic and rugged vibes taking fans’ expectations to new heights. The shooting is ongoing with full force and some heavy action sequences are in the making.

The makers have decided to utilize and market Prabhas’s craze and have decided to increase the budget by about 15-20%.

Produced by Hombale films, Salaar also has Shruti Haasan opposite Prabhas. Ravi Basrur is composing the music marking his fourth collaboration with Prashanth Neel after Ugram, KGF:1 and KGF:2. The movie is bankrolled by Hombale Films.

Gopichand’s Aaradugula Bullet finally to release in October

The much delayed and anticipated Aaradugula Bullet starring Gopichand and lady superstar Nayanthara has finally got a release date. The makers of the film revealed that the movie will release in October. The announcement comes in right after the massive success of Gopichand’s Seetimaarr.

The movie has been in making since 2012 and has undergone director change as well as a title change. Bhoopathy Pandian was initially fixed to direct the movie which was then titled Jagan Mohan IPS. Pandian has directed a number of Tamil action thrillers in the mid-2000s and early 2010s.

However, due to certain creative differences, he was replaced by ace director B Gopal and the movie was renamed Aaradugula Bullet.

Vakkantham Vamsi who has penned the stories of a number of Telugu action thrillers has written Aaradugula Bullet. Thandra Ramesh is bankrolling this long-delayed film while Mani Sharma is composing the music.

My role in Maestro will be different from original: Nabha Natesh

Actress Nabha Natesh is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Maestro. The film also features Nithiin and Tamannah and will be releasing on Disney+Hotstar on 17th September. Merlapaka Gandhi is directing this remake of 2018 superhit Andhadhun which also fetched Ayushman Khurana a National Award.

Speaking to the media ahead of the release Nabha Natesh said that back in 2018 when Andhadhun released, she watched it and loved the film like everyone else.

“The film could be called a turning point of sorts for Bollywood and I am glad that I got offered the role played by the very talented Radhika Apte”, said Nabha Natesh. “I consciously made a decision to not watch the film as I didn’t want to get influenced by Radhika’s acting and wanted to offer my fresh perspective,” she added.

Nabha also stated that director Merlapaka Gandhi has made changes to the subject wherever required and her character will be truly different from that of the Bollywood version. The actress also expressed her excitement about the comparisons and reactions from the audience which are bound to come up once the movie releases.

Nabha further added that she will try to dub for all her future projects now onwards. “Unfortunately due to lockdown protocols I could not travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad for dubbing” she explained.
