Kiran Abbavaram’s Geetha Arts Movie Gets A Title

Kiran Abbavaram has been in terrific form lately. He is currently the most sought-after young actor in the industry with deal after deal from leading producers.

Allu Aravind led Geetha Arts-2 has now unveiled their next project with Kiran Abbavaram titled Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha. From the title poster, the movie seems to be set in a village area. There is also a cutout of a hero in the background.

The actor is on a roll with back-to-back hits in Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru in 2019 and 2021 released super hit SR Kalyanamandapam.

Raja Vaaru Rani Garu received an amazing response from both the Telugu audience as well as critics. SR Kalyanamandapam was bashed by critics and received mixed responses from the audience. Despite this, the movie went on to collect a decent amount at the box office.

He also has a bunch of exciting projects lined up before this film with Geetha Arts-2. A titled film in the name of Sammathame and two untitled projects. He also has a movie with top producing duo Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movies.

After the exit of two biggies RRR and Radhe Shyam, 5 Telugu movies have entered the Sankranthi race.

Here is the list of releases for Sankranthi 2022 in Telugu states:

  1. Bangarraju: The first picture that comes to your mind when you think of a Sankranthi entertainer is Bangarraju. A perfect blend of comedy and action, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Krithi Shetty and Ramya Krishna star in this film. Soggade Chinni Nayana which released during Sankranthi 2016 thoroughly entertained the masses. The sequel, Bangarraju will be hoping to do the same. Kalyan Krishna Kurasala is the director for both the movies.

2. Hero: Hero is the debut film of Ashok Galla, son of Minister Jaydev Galla, and nephew of superstar Mahesh Babu. There will be a lot of eyes on the performance of the star kid. The film also stars Niddhi Agerwal, and Sriram Aditya is the director of the movie.

3. Rowdy Boys: A tale about boys who rebel. We have seen this time and again in many movies. Produced by Dil Raju, the movie stars Ashish and Anupama Parameswaran in prominent roles.

4. Super Machi: A romantic entertainer starring Kalyaan Dhev, Rachita Ram, and Rhea Chakroborty. The movie has generated negative publicity due to the involvement of Rhea Chakroborty.

5. DJ Tillu: The most unique release on this list. DJ Tillu promises a quirky new-age entertainer. The movie stars Siddhu Jonalagadda as the main lead.

Naga Shaurya’s Varudu Kaavalenu And Lakshya Streaming Now On OTT

Naga Shaurya has been the busiest actor in Tollywood in the year 2021. He has had two releases in theatres, Varudu Kaavalenu and Lakshya. Both the films are now streaming on top digital streaming platforms.

However, both films have unfortunately failed at the box office. Varudu Kaavaelnu received a decent response from the audience but failed to pick up the pace at the collections box. Lakshya on the other hand was dismissed completely and opened to terrible collections.

Lakshya is streaming exclusively on the Telugu digital platform Aha. The movie also stars Ketika Sharma and Jagapathi Babu and, Santhosh Jagarlapudi has directed the film.

Varudu Kaavalenu is streaming exclusively on Zee5. The movie also stars Ritu Varma, Murali Sharma, and Nadiya. Lakshmi Sowjanya is the director of the movie.

SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan & NTR’s RRR is facing one hurdle after another. Making a movie on such a grand scale is one thing but ensuring it releases as scheduled is a more challenging task. With Covid cases causing theatres to shut down, RRR release has been postponed and the makers are now facing pressure from the distributors.

The movie has got postponed for the fourth time now. The movie already has had three release day changes earlier. Initially planned for 30th July 2020, the movie then moved to 8th Jan 2021. From this date, it was pushed to 13th October 2021 and now it moved from 7th January. This delay is facing major opposition from the distributors who are not happy with the continuous delays on the project.

With no sign of a release and a lot of uncertainty on the matter, the makers are facing strong pressure from the buyers. Distributors who paid huge advances are asking to return the advances as the movie postponed.

Ram Charan & NTR’s RRR is now battling quite a few adverse situations before its release. The same is the case with Radhe Shyam as well. On one hand, there is the Omicron scare and on the other, there is the AP government ticket prices issue. These challenges have made the situation quite tense for the movie unit as well as the fans who are eagerly waiting for this project.

An official update on this release date postponement will be announced soon. The makers will now notify a new release date in due course of time.

Mahesh Babu has tested positive for the COVID-19 Virus. The cases have been on the rise in India yet again, and Superstar Mahesh Babu has now tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to address his massive fan base about his contact with the virus. He stated that despite taking necessary precautions, he has tested positive for the virus. Mahesh also requested everyone who came in close contact with him to isolate to rule out COVID-19.

Mahesh also requested the masses to get vaccinated as fast as possible to prevent severe symptoms and hospitalization from COVID-19. The good news is that the actor has reported only mild symptoms and he is out of danger. He is at the hands of a doctor and is in isolation.

He also expressed his enthusiasm to be back on his feet. Mahesh also recently underwent a knee surgery for which he was on bed rest for quite a while.

Mahesh is not the only actor to have tested positive for the virus. Allu Arjun, Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan among many others had also tested positive for the virus a while back.
