Bheemla Nayak will release regardless of any competition

Bheemla Nayak makers are confident of their output and the entire unit is ready to take on any biggie that is ready to clash. This has been the sentiment of the entire unit and was proven by the fact that they were ready to compete with pan-India biggies back in January.

However, after an all-producers meeting held in December, Bheemla Nayak had to half-heartedly shift their release to 25th February. Now the entire team is all set to release the film on a decided date and is raring to go. Speaking to the media during the pre-release event of DJ Tillu, Naga Vamsi, the producer of Bheemla Nayak expressed ultimate confidence on the film.

“I never asked any film to sacrifice for Bheemla Nayak, This film is a massive film and full meals for the audience and fans. I am ready to release the film with any biggie in the competition. Whenever the AP government gives 100% occupancy and lifts the night curfew we will release the film,” said Vamsi.

Pawan Kalyan has also watched the final output of the film at a private screening at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. He loved the movie and has ultimate confidence in the film. The makers have stated that the film will either release on February 25th or April 1st depending on the prevailing conditions in AP.

The Question That Degraded Tollywood Journalism

In the trailer launch event of DJ Tillu, actor and writer Siddhu Jonalagadda was asked a rather disgraceful question from a Tollywood journalist. Siddhu was taking questions from the media when all of a sudden he was hit with this question.

“You wrote a dialogue about the heroine(Neha Shetty) having sixteen moles, have you happened to check them yourself?” This is in reference to a scene from the trailer where the heroine tells DJ Tillu about how many moles she has on her body.

After the journalist asked this question, he looked at a friend and felt proud about his disgusting question. This question at the DJ Tillu trailer launch has led people to wonder about the sorry state of Tollywood journalists.

However, props have to be given to actor Siddhu Jonalagadda, who dismissed the question like a champ. “I think I’ll avoid the question, Sir” he answered, with a smile.

Actress Neha Shetty who was also present at the trailer launch would have felt even more uneasy at the question. She has come forward with a counter statement:

“This question was very unfortunate at the trailer launch today. But I must go on to add that it simply simplifies the respect he has for himself and for the women around him at his workplace and at home.”

Ashok Galla’s Hero To Stream On OTT From This Date

Ashok Galla’s Hero was released on January 15th on the occasion of Sankranthi and despite massive promotions, the film failed miserably at the box office. It was produced by Ashok Galla’s mother Padmavathi Galla under the banner Amara Raja Entertainments, and the collections came as a massive shock for the makers.

Despite the decent talk, the film failed to attract the masses to the theatres. One of the main reasons for this was the rapid rise in COVID-19 cases in the country.

The Ashok Galla starrer Hero is now coming to OTT after a month long wait. Hero will stream on the Disney+Hotstar platform from February 11th.

DJ Tillu Trailer Review: A Promising Youth Entertainer

DJ Tillu is one of the craziest films to come out from Tollywood after the 2021 released Jathi Ratnalu. The first look, songs, and now the trailer, have hyped DJ Tillu to a great extent. The film was originally supposed to release during Sankranthi but was postponed.

The trailer of the film was released on 2nd February and has unanimously received an overwhelmingly positive response.

The trailer of the film promises a perfect youth entertainer that will connect to the masses. It is not easy to pull off the slapstick comedy genre usually but from the trailer alone, DJ Tillu has shown a lot of potential. The romance and comedy between the two main leads are refreshing to watch as well. Thaman’s background score also adds to the quirkiness of the trailer.

Coming to the story of the film, DJ Tillu, played by Siddhu Jonalagadda aims to become a top DJ but when he falls in love with a beautiful woman, his life takes a turn. How he deals with this forms the rest of the story.

Looking at all these positives, the makers are expecting a big opening in theatres. The film also stars Neha Shetty, Prince Cecil, Brahmaji, and Pragathy among others. Vimal Krishna is the director of the movie. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi has produced the film under the Sithara Entertainments banner.

Vishwak Sen’s much-awaited comedy-drama Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam’s teaser is out now, and it promises an absolute joyride in theatres. The teaser gives us a peek into the world of Arjun Allam, a man who has waited too long for his marriage due to multiple rejections. He finally meets a girl that he likes but will the woman accept her?

Although this sounds like an all too familiar script, the presentation is the selling point of the film. Vishwak has transformed himself into a completely new avatar for this movie. In all his previous films he has pretty much played the angry young man. From the teaser of Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam, Vishwak seems to be playing a shy man in his early 30s.

It is extremely refreshing to see young and talented actors like Vishwak Sen choosing out-of-the-box scripts instead of commercial masala films. Except for the disappointing Paagal, Vishwak Sen has always chosen interesting and unique concepts like Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, HIT, and so on.

Singer drops hint on SS Rajamouli-Mahesh Babu film

SS Rajamouli-Mahesh Babu’s upcoming project has got the entire industry on its feet. Ever since the project was made official, fans of both SSR and Mahesh have been eager in anticipation about the genre. Everyone is eager to know more about this massive collaboration.

Both Mahesh and Rajamouli though have been quite laid-back at the moment about the project. While Rajamouli is busy with RRR release and promotions, Mahesh is focussing only on Sarkaru Vaari Paata completion.

As confirmed by Mahesh, this will be a pan-India project and will be made into multiple languages. “I have always wanted to do the right film at the right time if it was a Hindi film. Cold War Between Koratala Siva and Dil Raju

Koratala Siva and Dil Raju are two industry bigwigs with massive clout. And now, it appears that the two are at loggerheads. Dil Raju is the Nizam distributor for Bheemla Nayak, RRR, and Radhe Shyam. Along with that, he is also producing F3.

Koratala on the other hand is directing Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s Acharya which also co-star’s Mega Power Star Ram Charan. At a time when the fate of so many Tollywood biggies are in their hands, their potential ego clash is making quite a few industry insiders quite uncomfortable.

Speaking to the media about F3, the ace producer made certain statements that have now turned quite controversial. Raju said that he would be willing to postpone F3 if RRR is coming on the same date. The producers stated that a film of RRR’s scale needs that respect and co-operation. While this is a great decision from the producer, his decision to release F3 (28th April) just one day before Acharya (29th April) is now facing questions.

Dil Raju also said earlier that Tollywood must go hand in hand and there must be a healthy gap between the releases in order to ensure everyone gets a decent run. However, he himself is not standing on his words and looking to clash with Acharya. Acharya is a huge project with two big stars and a star director. The film is made on a huge budget and is releasing in multiple languages.

According to the sources, the ace producer is doing so to express his displeasure over Koratala granting Acharya Nizam rights to Raju’s main rival Warangal Sreenu.

Reportedly, Koratala Siva and Dil Raju had a clash during ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ days. This is why the director doesn’t want to collaborate with the ace producer/distributor.

Prabhas’ Radhe Shyam makers officially announced release date, but..

Prabhas’ Radhe Shyam finally has an official release date. The date was announced by the makers a while ago and is the same that we had reported a couple of days ago. The film will hit the screens worldwide on 11th March.

UV Creations shared the update with the fan an hour ago with the caption:

However, there is a small issue that’s troubling many associated with Radhe Shyam release. 11th March is a considerably risky date as a lot of states are expected to continue their restrictions till February end. Adding to this, theatre restrictions will be lifted only if the cases come down to normal. With 40 days to go for the release, let’s hope all the issues get resolved at the earliest.

UV Creations had earlier stated that the film will hit the screens only on January 14th and there will be no change to hit. However, changing scenarios in the country and continuous shutting down of theatres across states have made it impossible to go for a pan-India release.

Radhe Shyam is the first in the series of pan-India biggies lined up for Prabhas. After this, the ‘Young Rebel Star’ has ‘Salaar’, ‘Aadipurush’, ‘Project K’ and Spirit lined up.
