Do you feel the summer heat already!! Yes and for us the movie lovers, summer is nothing but celebration of cinema. Keeping the summer holidays in mind, many movies will be scheduled to release in summer. As RRR the biggest ever release set the screens on fire, many movies are lined up for release now. Starting with 1st April, atleast one movie is releasing per week in April.

A mix of small and big films are getting ready to entertain. The most awaited pan Indian film KGF 2 is in the list releasing on 14th April. Tamil superstar Vijay’s Beast is gearing up for 13th April release. That will be an interesting clash at box office to look out for. Towards the end, Megastar Chiranjeevi is coming up with Acharya. Official: PVR Cinemas And INOX Announces Merger

PVR Cinemas and INOX Leisure Limited met today to discuss a joint venture together. In what was a successful board meeting, the two theatre giants decided to merge their operations together to create a joint venture together.

PVR Cinemas and INOX are the go-to theatre chains when it comes to leisureful theatrical viewing. They have made a name for themselves by consistently delivering in terms of world-class audio and video quality.

The new venture will be named PVR INOX Limited with the branding of the existing screens to continue as PVR and INOX respectively. New cinemas opened post the merger will be branded as PVR INOX. They will operate 1500+ screens across India.

Ajay Bijli will be appointed as the Managing Director and Sanjeev Kumar would be appointed as the Executive Director. Pawan Kumar will hold the role of Non-Executive Chairman.

Release Date For Ram’s Next Multilingual Movie Is Finalized

Ram Pothineni’s much anticipated next movie ‘The Warrior’ has finally been marked with a release date. The Warrior will witness the Energetic Star in a never before seen cop avatar.

From the first look and posters of the film, The Warrior promises to be a riveting cop drama. The film will release in both Tamil as well as Telugu simultaneously.

In recent times, Ram has worked on his craft and acting skills and made a decent name for himself. He has proven with movies like Ismart Shankar and RED that he is a very bankable actor at the box office. The Warrior is also receiving good attention from trade circles, with the Hindi dubbing rights being bought for a record price.

The Warrior will release in theatres on July 14th, 2022. The film also stars Aadi Pinisetty, Krithi Shetty, and a promising ensemble cast. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film.

Tollywood choreographer Jani Master is the most in-demand dance master across the industries. While his graceful and powerful choreography needs no introduction for the Telugu audience, he is swiftly rising the ranks in the Tamil and Kannada industries as well.

This is why impressed by his stylish dance compositions, Kiccha Sudeep gave a memorable present to Jani Master. The Kannada Super Star gifted Jani Master a stylish Mahindra Thar as a token of appreciation for his work. The choreographer is currently working on Sudeep starrer Kannda action-adventure Vikrant Rona. While Sudeep is not a natural dancer, Jani Master has composed the dance suiting ‘Kiccha’s’ style and body language.

The two megastars of RRR, Ram Charan and JR.NTR are currently reveling in the success of their blockbuster magnum opus. The film was released on March 25th and has already minted close to 350+ crores in gross, becoming the highest-grossing opening day film, beating the mammoth Bahubali 2 record.

Nithiin joining hands with Pawan Kalyan’s director for next film

Nithiin is in desperate need of success at the box office. His last few films Check, Rang De and Maestro failed to impress the audience and the critics. While Check and Rang De released theatrically, Maestro was an OTT release.

Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam released earlier this month amidst huge expectations. The film as expected got off to a flying start despite negative reviews. However, after the initial euphoria died down, Radhe Shyam saw huge drops and massive losses in every territory.

The 1st weekend Hindi gross was astonishingly low and is in the range of Rs 15 Cr. This is not even 60% of Prabhas’ previous film Saaho opening day number.

The disastrous talk saw the film seeing continuous terrible performance weekend after weekend and eventual collapse. The worldwide theatrical rights are valued at Rs 200Cr and the film has just collected Rs 80 Cr share means 60% loss to buyers. The buyers have faced losses to the extent of Rs 120 crores which is the highest ever in Tollywood history.

Radhe Shyam is the first-ever Tollywood film to record Rs 100 crore + losses. Now, Prabhas has shifted all his focus on his upcoming pan-India biggies Salaar and Adipurush. RRR tsunami has indeed dwarfed all other recent biggies. The total RRR opening day collections now stand at Rs 223 crores which is the highest ever in Indian film history.
