Nagarjuna’s The Ghost is all set to release this week and the promotions are in full swing. The film has generated a decent buzz among audiences with its promotional content so far. The teaser, trailer, as well as posters, look fresh and Nagarjuna’s look in the movie is stunning as well.
The Ghost has attracted the eyes of the trade and the non-theatrical and theatrical business of the film is superb. The Andhra region(6 territories) business is being done in the ratio of 8 crores. Nizam is at 6 crores and Ceeded stands at 2.5 crores.
The total Telugu states’ breakeven is about 16.5 crores and the worldwide breakeven mark is 20 crores. The Ghost will need a minimum of 20 crores in shares to be deemed as a hit at the box office. Going by the current hype and buzz around the film, if the word of mouth is decent, the movie will score huge at the box office. However, it will face some stiff competition from Chiranjeevi’s Godfather which is also releasing on the same day.
The Ghost also stars Sonal Chauhan, Gul Panag, and Ravi Varma in prominent roles. Praveen Sattaru is the writer as well as the director of the film. Mark Robin is the music director of the film. It is releasing on October 5th.
