The film was supposed to come long back but because of the corona pandemic, it got postponed and in the gap Sukumar and team modified the script which further delayed the filming.
Director Sukumar wrote the story of 18 Pages movie and it is helmed by Palnati Surya Pratap, which narrates a romance drama with a hint of mystery in which two characters fall in love without having met.
Siddhu (Nikhil Siddhartha) works as an app developer for a software company. A 2019 diary noted by a young woman named Nandini (Anupama Parameswaran) is discovered by him. He develops interest towards her and when he feels he’s in love with her, goes to tell her, but to meet Nandini he has to face many twists and turns.
