Naga Shaurya’s family putting in cores to establish him in big league

Naga Shaurya is one of the busiest young actors in Tollywood at the moment. Despite continuous failures, the young hero has back-to-back projects lined up and the latest to join his upcoming filmography is a project with Trinadh Rao Nakkina. A major reason for his being busy with his projects is his family production house Ira Cinemas. His father Shankar Prasad and mother Usha Prasad are also partners in this production house.

Naga Shaurya made a promising debut with Srinivas Avasarala’s Oohalu Gusagusalade. He later scored a big hit with Venky Kudumula’s Chalo which was his career’s biggest hit. After that, he worked on his home production in films like Aswathmma, Nartanasala, and Krishna Vrinda Vihari all of which failed at the box office. His other recent films like Lakshya and Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi also ended up as failures.

Now after a string of failures, Naga Shaourya and Ira Cinemas have tied up with successful commercial director Trinadha Rao Nakkina. The director is fresh from the blockbuster success of Dhamaka and Naga Shaurya is hoping to achieve similar success.

Trinadh Rao Nakkina has been offered a record remuneration and the movie is also said to be made on a very huge scale. Trinadh Rao is a specialist in commercial films and as the film is produced by the hero’s own family, there would be no concerns or limits about the budget.

Huge trolls on Ajith’s new look on social media

It is very well known to everyone that Ajith Kumar is one of the top heroes of the Tamil Film Industry. Though he is hailed as a superstar, Ajith is often criticized for not taking care of his looks and appearance. Once again, he is facing trolls on social media because of his new look.

Since the release of Thunivu in January which received a decent response from the audience, Ajith is in holiday mode. The actor has been moving from destination to destination, and now it seems he’s in Dubai with his family. Shalini took to her Social Media handle to share a pic with Ajith with both of them being on what appears to be a yacht.

Danayya officially confirms that he has not spent single penny on RRR Oscar campaign

Over the past few months, the RRR’s global recognition and a string of awards have created waves all over the world. Naatu Naatu’s victory at the Oscars once again brought tremendous joy to Tollywood as well as the Indian film community. While SS Rajamoulu, Jr NTR, Ram Charan, MM Keeravani, Chandrabose, Rahul Sipligunj, and Kaala Bhairava were all part of the massive campaign and subsequent celebrations, one name was missing from the list. It was of the film’s producer DVV Danayya.

The producer was absent throughout the campaign and awards ceremonies where the film won big. Danayya had earlier stated that no one from the RRR team contacted him before the Oscars. He admitted that the campaign needed him to spend close to Rs 80 crores which was not a feasible option as the film didn’t bring him mammoth profits which SS Rajamouli’s other films have given their producers.

There have been strong reports from industry circles that Danayya denied the proposal of Rajamouli for the Oscars campaign. The producer has finally confirmed that he has not spent a single penny on the Oscars campaign. He also indirectly said that while he is happy with the film’s recognition and the fame it got to everyone involved, financially he has not made huge profits.
