Dimple Hayathi’s lawyer clarification on police case against her

Actress Dimple Hayathi, who was recently featured in Gopi Chand’s “Ramabanam,” and her boyfriend, Victor David, were in the headlines because of a police case. Police said she attempted to damage the officer’s official car by parking her car in front of his, thus preventing the officer’s ability to do his work. She and her boyfriend allegedly behaved badly when Constable Chetan Kumar challenged their actions. A case had been registered against her and notices issued under the CRPC 41(a) provision.

However, the lawyer of Dimple Hayathi has given the clarification on the police case against the actress. Dimple’s lawyer Paul Satyanarayana alleged that a false case was filed against actress Dimple Hayathi. He said the DCP had spoken to Dimple several times in a rash manner. He also questioned how the cement bricks on the road got into the private apartment, as the cones were placed in the parking lot of Dimple’s car. We have been asking for the same thing for the past two months,” he said. “We will fight this legally,” he said.

Dimple’s lawyer, Paul Satyanarayana said, A false case was deliberately filed against Dimple. The DCP spoke rashly to Dimple many times. The cones were placed in Dimple’s parking lot, who is a celebrity. She kicked the Cones with her foot in impatience as he did not listen to her countless times. Dimple threatened to file a case against the DCP. So, a case was filed against Dimple. The DCP’s intention was to harass her. Why is the DCP here instead of staying in the quarters?”The lawyer said.

Much like the earlier motion poster with Pawan Kalyan, Sai Dharam is introduced as Mark a.k.a Markandeyulu with Thaman’s catchy background score that begins with the powerful Sanskrit hymn ‘Kaala triguna samshlesham…’ penned by lyricist Kalyan Chakravarthi. The latter brings the title into the lyric smartly and provides the much-necessary high for the actor’s fans.

Sai Dharam dons a white costume and is introduced as a character ‘who can befriend the mighty time’ with the backdrop of several clocks amidst clouds. Young Tiger NTR, who has become worldwide famous star for his excellent performance in the global blockbuster RRR, celebrated his birthday recently. On the occasion of the special day, his film Simhadri, released in 2003 in Telugu, was re released on Friday. However, an unfortunate incident occurred on May 20th, and nine fans of the actor were arrested by the police.

Nine fans of NTR were found slaying two goats and spreading their blood on the actor’s posters at the Siri Venkat and Siri Krishna theater in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, where his birthday was being celebrated by re-releasing his film Simhadri. All nine are now booked by the Robertsonpet Police.

According to the media reports, nine accused fans, namely Siva Naga Raju Pothumudi (25) of Gudlavalleru, along with his friends Sai Kumbam, Sai Ganjala, Naga Bhushanam Dhavu, Sai Vakkalagadda, Nageswara Rao Pallapu, Dharani Yelikatla, Siva Parasa, and Anil Kumar Bolla are booked by the police. The report indicates that the accused took two goats to the theater and sacrificed them, raised their corpses and anointed the blood on the actor’s poster. Those who witnessed this incident encouraged them and made videos of the incident as well.

The case was booked as per the occurrence report filed by Sub-Inspector G. Vasu under Section 409 (Mischief by killing or maiming cattle) of IPC and Section 11 (1) (a) under the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals Act. Not only this, but A.P. State Animal Welfare Board member Tejovanth Anupoju also filed a complaint with the Robertsonpet Police against them for the inhuman act.
