Mahesh loves his uncle’s daughter Mounika (Saarya Laxman) while Balu loves Bubby (Siri Raasi) from his childhood. A few months before the 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela moved into a luxurious four-store bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai which is worth of RS 190 Crores. According to the reports, the Swank house shares the wall with the late filmmaker Yash Chopra’s emblematic bungalow in the chic locality of Juhu Scheme. Singer-producer-actress Pamela Chopra, who died in April this year, lived in her home in Juhu.

It is believed that the actress has finalized this property, located in the heart of the city, after a search of seven to eight months for a perfect house. Reports indicated that the 2015 beauty contest winner had focused on a bungalow, called ‘Celest’, in the Lokhandwala complex, but decided to keep searching before making a final decision of moving into the 190 Crore house.

It is understood that the 29-year-old, who has retained the details of her new low-key address, moved to the bungalow about two to three months ago. However, it is not clear whether she had purchased the property or rented it. The name of her bungalow is also under wraps.

Urvasi Rautela is a well-known actress in Bollywood and Tollywood as well, though she does not have much bigger hits to her credit. She appeared in special songs in two Telugu movies this year, one is Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya and Akhil Akkineni’s Agent.

The two left for Turkey for the shooting of the film, which took place on the ground after the release of Shaakuntalam, the last theatrical release of Samantha. Apart from the shooting of the movie, Samantha, Vijay, and the director of the movie, Shiva Nirvana also had fun in one of the popular tourist destinations. Sam went to Instagram to share a picture with Vijay Deverakonda, which was clicked by Shiva. She also used the pic to say great words about her co-star.

Sharing the picture, Samantha wrote a sweet note about Vijay Deverakonda, calling him a ‘dear friend’ who has seen the best and worst of her. Samantha wrote, “Sees you at your best, sees you at your worst. Sees you come last, sees you come first. Sees your lows, sees your highs. Some friends gently stand by. What a year it has been!” Many fans of Vijay Deverakonda were happy to see such great words by Samantha about their favorite hero.

Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda had teamed up for Kushi a long time ago, but the pandemic, Samantha’s health and other engagements delayed the project. Sam even apologized to Deverakonda’s fans for being the reason behind the delay. Now the film is finally preparing to come out in September.

Kushi marks their first collaboration and apart from Samantha and Vijay, the film also stars Jayaram, Vennela Kishore, Rohini, Sachin Khedekar, and Murali Sharma. Director Shiva Nirvana has already directed Samantha in Majili, which had her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. Hesham Abdul Wahab is composing the music for Shiva Nirvana, which will be released on September 1 of 2023.

Mani Ratnam’s dream project, Ponniyin Selvan’s second part, was released in multiple languages on April 28th, and the film was opened to positive talk from the audiences and critics as well. However, the film had underperformed at the box office and collected less than the first part of the film. Probably, it is the first time that a sequel has collected only 70% of the collections of the first part.

Ponniyin Selvan 2 started streaming on OTT from May 26th on Amazon Prime video, but it was on rent basis for an amount of RS 399, but now it is streaming for free for the regular subscribers. Viewers no need to pay an extra amount to watch this epic period action drama on the OTT platform. The film is available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, but there is still no mention of the Hindi version.

The story of Ponniyin Selvan 2 explores the past love story between Aditha Karikalan and Nandini, how they were separated and what made Nandini to seek vengeance on Chola Kingdom. The narrative also follows Arunmozhi Varman’s rise as the renowned emperor Rajaraja Chola and what incidents follow up until his rise.

The film comprises a huge star cast that includes Vikram, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan (in double role), Trisha, and Jayam Ravi. Ashwin Kakumanu, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Sarath Kumar, Prabhu, Vikram Prabhu, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Parthiban, Lal, Rahman, Kishore, and Mohan Raman are also part of the cast.

The movie is Produced by Madras Talkies in association with Lyca Productions. Director PA Ranjith updates about Vikram health condition

It is very well known to everyone that Chiyaan Vikram was injured during a rehearsal of Thangalaan, his upcoming film. According to his publicist, it was reported that Vikram will take a break from the shooting of Pa Ranjith’s Thangalaan for a while. In an official note, Vikram also thanked everyone who had supported him and praised him for his performance.

As Vikram was injured on the sets of PA Ranjith’s Thangalaan, the director gave an update about Vikram’s health today in Udayanidhi Stalin’s upcoming movie, Mamamannan’s audio launch event. He said Vikram has recovered now, and he is in a jolly mood. He also informed they are planning the last schedule of Thangaalan from 15th June and only 12 days of shooting is pending.

Coming to Mamannan, it is directed by Pariyerum Perumal fame Mari Selvaraj, Mamannan is a movie starring Vadivelu, Udayanidhi Stalin, Fahadh Faasil, Keerthy Suresh and others. The music of this film is composed by A.R. Rahman. Red Giant Films is producing the film with Theni Eshwar as the cinematographer.

The shooting of the film started in March last year and ended in September. While the shooting of the film has been going on for 110 days, there are reports that the film is going to hit the theaters on the 29th of this month.

Nikhil’s 20th movie was announced yesterday with a pre-look poster where a Sengol was featured. The makers, on Nikhil’s birthday, came up with the first glimpse of the movie which has an intriguing title Swayambhu. The project will start rolling from August this year.

Normally, deities and entities presented in Hindu literature and tradition are regarded as Swayambhu. But Swayambhu’s sense here is that of a natural warrior. The poster of the first look appears legendary because it shows Nikhil as a ferocious warrior who rides a horse and is ready to launch the javelin.

Swayambhu will be the most expensive film in Nikhil’s career. It is said that the movie will be mounted with top technical standards. Renowned camera man Manoj Parama hamsa is handling the cinematography, while KGF fame Ravi Basrur scores the music. M Prabhakaran is the production designer and the dialogues for the movie are provided by Vasudev Muneppagari.
