Anirudh In Talks For Naga Chaitanya’s Pan-India Film

It was very recently announced that Naga Chaitanya and Chandoo Mondeti are going to be joining hands for a massive Pan-India film. The film will be shot under a huge budget and will be bankrolled by Geetha Arts.

The team is now busy in the pre-production phase of the film and locations, actors, and budget allocation works are going on in full swing. The makers are looking to rope in ace music director Anirudh Ravichander for the music of this film.

Anirudh who is known for his foot tapping and mass beats is being considered for the music director of the film. Anirudh is a very busy man however and it has to be seen whether this combo will work out. But if it does, it will be a great treat for the fans.

Moreover, this is a very important film for Naga Chaitanya, who has been the face of multiple failures recently. With both Thank You and his recent Custody failing to make a dent at the box office, he will be looking to hit it big with his next one.

Over the past few months, much trolling has been targeted at music director SS Thaman. The ace music director who has composed the songs for chartbuster albums and songs, has been subject to some harsh words from fans and audiences.

While many people have trolled Thaman for his music in recent films like BRO, some have taken it a bit too far. While trolling on a professional level is still somewhat okay, people have now taken this to a personal level.

People have started trolling Thaman for his passion for cricket, saying that the music director is spending less time on the music in films and spending more time on Cricket.

In response to this, Thaman fired on these trollers in a press note. He said, “I don’t need to give a response to all of these trollers. No producer or director has ever complained against me or my work till now. They know how passionate and hardworking I am towards my films. I will play Cricket at night with my friends, it is a stress buster and a form of exercise for me.”

It is one thing to target a person for their professional work. But going as far as to target their personal life should be discouraged.

And if the subject is a bit on the grand side, then they are taking more than 2 years for the film to be completed. And this is not just the case with the star heroes, even the medium-budget heroes are doing just one film a year.

But on the other side, Prabhas is simultaneously working on multiple films at the same time. And all of those films are the biggest ever in India. Prabhas was actively working on Adipurush, Salaar, and Project K at the same time. Irrespective of the result of his films, the man has been doing everything to make his fans happy.

And as I said earlier, none of these films are small films. Salaar is the next big thing from director Prashant Neel after his KGF franchise. The teaser of the film has crossed 100 Million views in just 24 hours of its release, that is the level Prabhas is functioning at.

Thalapathy Vijay, who was shooting all these days for Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming film ‘Leo’, wrapped up his shooting part of the film. This update on the film, which is scheduled to be released in October as a Diwali special, has left fans excited of Vijay Very excited.

Music director Thaman had a media interaction in Hyderabad to discuss Bro The Avatar, his upcoming film and he. Also shared updates on his ongoing projects and personal life. Addressing the trolls on him, Thaman responded humbly, saying that despite the negative comments went overboard, he did not give them much attention. He also stated that it is not easy to reach the expectations of the fans with every song.

Thaman stated that he is not a drinker, smoker, or has a deep emotional attachment to women. The only emotion he has is cricket.” I find solace in playing cricket at night, engaging with professionals, police officials, and corporate employees. Cricket is my way of relieving stress. Although I don’t let the trolls affect me, it does sadden me when people I know write negative things about me. Throughout my career, no director has ever complained about my work.”

Regarding the mixed response to the song in the movie Bro The Avatar named”My Dear Markandeya”, Thaman agreed that the song received various reactions. He stated, “I have delivered what the film demanded. The movie carries high expectations, and we strive to meet its requirements. The song in question is suitable for the film’s narrative. While there have been mixed responses, we value all the feedback we receive. The director and the entire team are content with the song.”

Also, Thaman stated that the song is mainly based on Sai Dharam Tej and not Pawan Kalyan, so it is obvious that it disappointed Pawan Kalyan’s fans. He went on to say that the song is not a regular item song to make it as a peppy number. Overall thaman said that it’s not possible to reach the expectations of fans every time and the song needs to be in. sync with the film’s story.

Story: Sundari (Lakshmi) is a widow who stays with her  son Rajaratnam (Kevin Jay Babu). Rajaratnam is survived by his wife Kaveri (Madhubala), son Bala (Bala Suresh) and daughter Nivedita (Shanti Balachandran). Sundari does not have many issues with her life except one desire which is only known to her. While Kaveri dedicates her entire life to look after household chores, Bala works as a software engineer and Nivedita is an aspirational cricketer. One day, Sundari, Kaveri and Nivedita plan a road trip to Goa without informing the men at home. All the three women have their issues and struggles to sort out. Will they be able to fight them? In the process, how do they get along? How do Rajaratnam and Bala react to this trip? Answers to these questions form the rest of the story.

Analysis: The story of this series mainly concentrates on the three generation women belonging to the same family. The story showcases the journey of a grandmother, a mother-in-law, and a daughter and granddaughter, with their own experiences, and perspectives on life. The series, which takes its own time to get a move on, slowly becomes interesting when the road trip starts. The journey of Sundari, Kaveri and Nivediha together fighting and learning about each other is shown well.

The journey of three women has been shown effectively as the interactions and conversations between them make you laugh, think and appreciate them. Almost all the scenes between Kaveri and Nivedita are good as they have funny and emotional talks. The discussion about the Friends series and the Tamil film Friends was hilarious. Also bonding between Sundari and Kaveri was also beautiful as they care and respect each other not only as a mother-in-law daughter-in-law but as a woman.

The phone conversation scenes between husband and wife, mother and son were emotional and entertaining as well The dialogues are impressive and laughable too. However, the flashback of Sundari had some impact, but it is not the same with the parts of Kaveri and Nivedita. Those episodes could have been clearer. The main reason behind Sundari’s decision to go on a trip is quite emotional. The ending of the series appears a bit slow and predictable as it finishes with regular cliffhanger kind scenes. The music by 96 fame Govind Vasantha was good.

Interestingly, the character arcs of Rajaratnam, Bala and Karthik are so well written. They start to look like typical egoistic men. But all the three go through a realization phase which makes them likable. However, the series follows a bit of a hurried and clichéd way to resolve the issues between Kaveri and Rajaratnam, Nivedita and Karthik.

Performances: Lakshmi was terrific as ever in the role of Sundari, while Madhubala gives a solid performance as Kaveri, the character which might look simple on. surface but has many layers. Shanthi Balachandran was natural, Kevin Jay Babu, Vamsi Krishna, Dev, and others were appropriate.

Verdict:

Overall, as the title of the series suggests, this show is an amalgamation of Sweet like happy moments, spice like some reality check points and nice feel good elements like coffee. Worth mentioning performances and good writing make you enjoy this outing, while some repetitive scenes and dull parts act like negative points.

The producer of Nani’s Dasara,. Sudhakar Cherukuri who was looking to get back to good time with the success of the film is now again back to the flop streak with his latest film, Rangabali.

Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri had seen continues flops until Dasara. All his previous films like Padi Padi Leche Manasu , Virata Parvam, Aadavallu Meeku Joharlu, Ramarao On Duty were big failures at the box office. Things were looking terrible for him, but at last he got a massive success with Nani’s Dasara.

As he tasted the big success with Dasara Sudhakar had thought that good days were ahead, but now he is again back to the flop streak with the latest film in his banner, Rangabali which starred Naga Shaurya as the lead.

Rangabali was released this Friday and the film opened to a poor response from the audiences and critics as well. Because of such a weak talk, the film’s box office performance got affected, and the film could not even get minimal collections on the first day, and it did not get improved on the 1st weekend and the film became a big disaster at the box office.

The film has collected around 2.7 Crores share worldwide in its 1st weekend and the trade circles are expecting the film to close under 4 Crores, which makes it an out right disaster at the box office.

Hero Ram Pothineni’s upcoming film Skanda which is directed by Boyapati Sreenu is all set to be released on September 15th on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi. Thereafter, he will associate with the director Puri Jagannadh with whom he gave a blockbuster with iSmart Shankar in 2019 for the sequel titled Double Ismart. The film will be released in Summer 2024, and it is officially confirmed by the makers.

The title of the movie and its release date were announced on the birthday of Ram. Today, the opening ceremony of the movie was held in Hyderabad. The grand opening ceremony was honored by the team, alongside some guests. For the muhurtham shot on Ram, Charmme sounded the clapboard, while Puri directed it. Ram said, “iSmart Shankar alias Double Ismart,” for the first shot.

Jawan prevue promises a big scale commercial entertainer

The wait for Shah Rukh Khan’s fans is finally over! The King Khan and Bollywood’s badshah dropped a new prevue of his highly anticipated film Jawan. The film, which will be released in September, has the superstar in the lead role and the project is made by Tamil director Atlee who is known for making commercial films on a grand scale.
