Brand Dil Raju in Big Trouble

0

Dil Raju, the experienced producer and distributor, has not had good days for a few years. His films, whether distributed or produced by him, are failing at the box office. The brand Dil Raju is in big trouble now.

The main reason for Dil Raju’s phenomenal success as a producer is his judgment of the film’s content. He continuously delivered very good content films on a planned budget, even with star heroes.

Till a few years back, he was a big brand with audiences, as everyone believed that if a film was coming under Dil Raju production, then certainly it would be a good film. Raju maintained a success ratio of more than 80%.

There was a situation where fans also forced their heroes to work with the SVC banner for successful films. However, in recent years, the producer’s judgment has been failing miserably.

The success ratio has fallen to 20%, and the quality content films are not coming from Raju. The budgets are increasing, and the quality of films is decreasing, which is a serious concern for him, both financially and image-wise.

With more failures than successes, the brand Dil Raju is in big trouble now. His recent film, Thammudu, became one of the biggest disasters in Tollywood ever, with very big losses for buyers.

Rowdy Janardhan and Yellamma are the projects that are in the pipeline for Dil Raju, and he needs to deliver a strong comeback with them.

0

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu is getting ready for theatrical release after many delays, but it faces opposition from the BC community. While the film’s business is still in negotiations, Hari Hara Veera Mallu lands in controversy.

The allegation against the film’s makers is that it has distorted the life story of Telangana fighter Panduga Sayanna. The main reason for the anger of the BC communities is that they believe it is based on the life of one of their respected persons.

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu faces an unexpected Controversy

The BC associations allege that the film has turned Sayanna’s biography into a fictional story and made it according to their wish.

“It is an insult to the self-respect of the entire Bahujans and BCs to make a film titled Harihara Veeramallu, a fictional character that is not in history,” the organizations said in a statement.

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu lands in a controversy, as the BC Communities have threatened to block the film’s release, as they feel the makers have distorted the history for entertainment and money.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1—Sword vs. Spirit was launched under the direction of Krish Jagarlamudi, and after shooting more than half of the film, he left it due to various reasons, and producer A.M. Ratnam’s son, Jyothi Krishna, took over the direction.

The film is scheduled to be released on July 24, and it has already been postponed several times. Now that the film is getting ready for release, the concerns of the BC communities have become a big headache for the film’s team.

Manchu Vishnu’s Vision for Kannappa Backfires

Manchi Vishnu’s dream project Kannaappa, has nearly concluded its theatrical run but has yet to make a significant effect at the box office. While the film had a good start during its first weekend, its collections dropped dramatically in the following days. The final theatrical share of the movie is expected to be approximately ₹20 crore, which is far lower than the makers had hoped.

One of the primary reasons for the film’s low performance lies in its creative approach. Instead of focusing on devotion and emotion, the plot added imaginary aspects such as five tribal tribes, internal battles, and a lengthy romance track. Though the climax was well appreciated, and Manchu Vishnu excelled with his performance in the finale, the buildup to it failed to excite the audience.

Unnecessary focus on fictional conflicts, rivalry and romance diluted the core essence of Kannappa’s story. A simpler and more heartfelt narrative, focusing on devotion and the history of the Vaayu Lingam, could have connected better with viewers. By concentrating solely on Kannappa’s own tribe and his spiritual transformation, the film might have delivered a stronger impact.Despite the hype, the overall execution didn’t live up to expectations.

Kannappa had great potential, and the team definitely put in a lot of effort to reach the audience. However, due to a creative misstep, the film failed to make an impact
