Also, the team felt a special song’s insertion in the movie would be good.

Reportedly, the team discussed with many actresses, and after so many discussions, Simrat Kaur was selected to feature in the Salaar item song.

The shooting of the Salaar item song started with Simrat Kaur and will continue for the next three days in RFC (Ramoji Film City). The entire shooting of the movie will be wrapped up with this song. The first copy will be ready by the first week of December, and this massive actioner is set for December 22nd Worldwide release.

Salaar is directed by KGF Series maker Prashanth Neel. The film stars Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Easwari Rao in crucial roles. Ravi Basrur is the music director of the film.

Since then, it has collected in the range of 1Cr Gross daily, but the film is expected to take a jump on the weekend as no Telugu films are being released this weekend, and only dubbed movies are getting released.

Until now, the film has collected close to 15Cr Gross, and the trade expects the movie to easily collect more than 25Cr+ Gross and 10Cr+ share in the full run.

The movie featured Kajal Aggarwal opposite Balakrishna, with National Award winner Arjun Rampal made his debut in Telugu as the antagonist. In addition to Balakrishna and Sree Leela in the lead roles, Ravi Shankar, Sarathkumar, Raghu Babu, and others played other key roles in the film. Shine Screens produced it, and Thaman S scored music for the film.

The film will be available to stream from 24th November in all the languages on Amazon Prime Video. While the film was great in terms of its intentions and concept, poor execution and lengthy runtime ended up as major drawbacks.

During the promotions, Ravi Teja himself said that Tiger Nageswara Rao’s role was his career-best characterization after Vikram Singh Rathod. Nani continued, “I liked Jai Bhim pretty much, and it is one of the best films made. Jai Bhim deserved a win, at least in one category. Media articles say Nani is unhappy about Tollywood winning the National Awards. When did I say that? Had Jai Bhim won an award, it would have encouraged filmmakers to attempt more such movies.”
