Tiger 3 OTT Streaming Delayed? The latest tweet from the OTT giant Prime Video suggests so. It is widely known that Prime Video has bought the OTT streaming rights of Salman Khan’s Tiger 3. Even though Prime has not made any official announcement, the buzz was that the movie would stream on OTT from December 30/to 31st on a New Year special. 

But the film did not release at the expected time. The latest reports stated that the movie will be streaming starting 7th January, from midnight tonight. The latest tweet of Amazon Prime Video has led to many discussions. The OTT giant officially updated that Tiger 3 is coming soon on their platform without mentioning the date.

It suggests that the movie will not be streaming starting tomorrow. Prime Video officially announces the date will come very soon. The film is expected to be available on Prime Video during Sankranthi.

Tiger (Salman Khan), a RAW agent, and his wife Zoya (Katrina Kaif), who ISI employs, are forced to do an illegal spy operation by Aatish Rehaman (Emraan Hashmi), an ex-ISI agent. They try to get back at him, expose him to the Pakistani government, and avoid a more significant impending threat, which forms the film’s central theme.

The YRF studio has released Tiger 3 as a sequel to Tiger Zinda Hai, which is in the spy universe. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reprised their roles of Tiger and Zoya in the spy thriller, while Emraan Hashmi appeared as the main villain. Simran Aamir Bashir played significant roles in the film. Hrithik Roshan, who portrayed Kabir in War, and Shah Rukh Khan from Pathan are among the actors who appear in the film for brief moments.

The Kerala Story finally arriving at OTT

The Kerala Story is finally arriving at OTT. Directed by Sudipto Sen, The Kerala Story was released in theatres in May last year and was a sensational blockbuster, collecting around 250Cr Net in India. Reportedly, the movie’s digital rights were bought by ZEE5 and was supposed to stream from 23rd June 2023. However, the streaming did not happen due to political reasons. The latest buzz says that the film is undergoing a recensoring process for U/A from A certificate, and a few shots will be trimmed to avoid political issues.

It is being reported that the discussions are said to be in the final stage, and the film, The Kerala Story, will be ready to stream and is expected to be aired on ZEE5 this month only.

Starring Adah Sharma, Yogita Bihani, Siddhi Idnani, and Sonia Balani, The Kerala Story was earlier officially described as the story of more than 32,000 Kerala women whom Islamic fundamentalists have allegedly radicalized. However, the number was changed to three from 32,000 after protests spread online, stating that the makers were spreading misinformation.

The Kerala Story movie revolves around Shalini Unnikrishnan (Adah Sharma), Nimah (Yogita Bihani), and Siddhi Idnani (Geetanjali), who share their room with Asifa (Sonia Balani) in a nursing college in Kasargod, Kerala. How Asifa, who is an aide to ISIS, indoctrinates and brainwashes the three girls and converts them to Islam and what happens to them is the main crux of the movie.

It is widely known that Ravi Teja’s Eagle has been postponed from the Sankranthi race and is now facing tough times to get a solo release date. We did not postpone the film out of fear, says the producer of Eagle.

In the latest interaction with media, Eagle movie’s producer has revealed that they did not postpone the film due to fear or theatre issues. According to the producer, they had booked 270 theatres already in October, and those were enough for the Sankranthi season and the film’s business.

However, they backed out at the last minute due to hectic competition. “Releasing five films for Sankranthi will affect us and everyone. Three films getting released for Sankranthi is fine; even four films are okay, but five films getting released at a time will affect everyone, and no other movie has a chance to be postponed. 

So, to make things easier, we took a step ahead and discussed it with Ravi Teja, and he agreed to postpone the film. So, we came out of the Sankranthi race to give relief to everyone. We are releasing the film Eagle on 9th February,” said Eagle’s Producer, TG Vishwa Prasad.

Interestingly, TG Vishwa Prasad is also doing another film with Ravi Teja, named Mr Bachchan, which Harish Shankar is directing. The film’s shooting started recently and will be released in the summer. Regarding Prabhas and Maruthi’s film, Vishwa Prasad said the update will come on Sankranthi as promised. He also said that they are planning to release multiple films in theatres this year.
