Tamil Hero Vishal has scored an unexpected blockbuster with his latest film, Mark Antony. Before the trailer’s release there was no buzz, but the trailer worked well and created excellent buzz and even after the release it opened with excellent numbers because of the positive talk and the film created a box office rampage in all Tamil markets. The film has become the first 100Cr Grosser for Vishal.
In Tamil Nadu the movie has joined the 60Cr Gross club, while in Overseas the film has collected around 2.2Million Dollars and in Kerala, Karnataka also the film does well. Only in Telugu States the movie did not work as expected and the film will be joining the 100Cr club worldwide with today or tomorrow’s numbers. This will be the 1st 100Cr film for Vishal as said above.
The fans have been greatly impressed by Director Adhik Ravichandran’s entertaining and quirky screenplay, while SJ Suryah’s terrific performance had taken the show by storm. Vishal also made the most of his chance and scored well in certain scenes to impress his fans. The film’s new idea has impressed one and all. The music of GV Prakash Kumar has been highly effective, as the composer’s recreation of a few classic Tamil songs has caused the audience to go crazy in theaters with whistling and hooting.
Mark Antony has a stellar cast which includes Vishal and S J Suryah in dual roles, as well as Ritu Varma, Selvaraghavan, Sunil, and Abhinaya in other important roles.
The film’s story revolves around two gangsters, Mark and Antony, who contact through a mobile phone which has an extraordinary ability to travel back in time. This intriguing storyline and narration has impressed the audiences very much, making it a must-watch film.
