The release date announcement of the most awaited sequel, Pushpa The Rule, has led to a massive uproar in the Indian film fraternity. Yesterday, the makers of Pushpa 2 announced on their social media handles that their film will arrive at the next year’s August Independence Day Weekend. The date is the best release date for any Indian film, and the fans of Allu Arjun are so happy at present. However, the Pushpa 2 official declaration of the release has reportedly forced to change the release plans of Ajay Devgn and Rohith Shetty’s Singham Again team.
Singham Again is the third film in the franchise and long ago, the makers announced that Independence Day weekend of release 2024 will be their film’s release date. Now, Pushpa 2 team announced the same date yesterday.
Recently, we have seen how big the sequel movies are working in Bollywood and for Pushpa sequel already there is a massive buzz, and any film in competition will be affected as audience’s first choice will be Pushpa 2. So the team of Singham Again is said to be in plans to choose another release date to avoid clash with Pushpa 2. But nothing is official as of now.
Director Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again is a part of his renowned cop universe. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Deepika Padukone are among the cast members in Singham Again, where Ajay Devgn reprises his role as Bajirao Singham. Reportedly, Tiger Shroff will also appear in the film, apart from Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh who will be making special cameos in their characters from Sooryavanshi and Simmba, respectively.
