Recently an interesting buzz spread in Tollywood circles that Malayalam actor and director Basil Joseph met Allu Arjun and narrated a story, and it was the story of Shaktimaan. But the latest news is that Basil Joseph is not directing Shaktimaan with Allu Arjun.

The Shaktimaan project was planned with Ranveer Singh long ago. Basi, who recently impressed everyone with his performance in Ponman, is said to have informed his close circles that there is no truth in Allu Arjun acting in his film.

The actor-director stated that the superhero film will happen only with Ranveer Singh, and it’s currently in development. So, Basil Joseph is not directing Shaktimaan with Allu Arjun, and this should put an end to the rumors.

Basil and Ranveer Singh’s superhero movie adapts the famous 1997 Doordarshan series featuring Mukesh Khanna as Shaktimaan. The film’s production details and additional casting information have not been officially announced yet.

Meanwhile, Ranveer awaits Dhurandhar’s release. The movie features R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, and Arjun Rampal, and it’s a one-of-a-kind spy thriller inspired by true events from Ajit Doval’s time as India’s National Security Advisor. The director for this is Aditya Dhar.

Sathi Leelavathi is an attempt to narrate the bond between a husband and wife, not only emotionally but also in an entertaining way. The film’s shooting has been completed, and post-production work is progressing rapidly. The makers are preparing to complete the film as per the planned schedule and release it soon. Crafted as a feel-good movie, Sathi Leelavathi aims to captivate audiences of all sections.

Actor Arjun Kalyan collaborated with director K. Raghavendra Rao on the short film “Evi Alanati Muddhulu.” The iconic filmmaker penned the story, screenplay, and producer and did director supervision for this project.

Ramki directed the film, and it is part of the “Katha Sudha” series of ETV Win. Raghavendra Rao’s new supervised film, “Evi Alanati Muddhulu,” premieres tonight on OTT.
