On the eve of Pawan Kalyan’s birthday, special shows of Gabbar Singh in a 4K remastered format have been planned worldwide. As expected, the advance bookings, followed by footfalls for premiere shows, have turned out to be massive.

Overall, Gabbar Singh 4K is expected to mint a staggering INR 7 crore on its first day itself, thus beating Mahesh Babu‘s murari by a big margin. It must be seen how this Harish Shankar-directorial will fare in the long run.

In Andhra Pradesh, the action entertainer has collected 9.5 crores over the weekend whereas the theatrical rights are valued at 18 Cr. The recovery is at 53% which is a positive sign. The heavy rains impacted the numbers and Saripodhaa Sanivaaram needs to continue the momentum for weekdays and 2nd weekend is crucial for breaking even here.

In Telangana, the breakeven is valued at Rs12 Crores and the film has collected Rs 8.75 Cr share already with more than 70% recovery being done already marking a positive weekend for the film.

Coming to the rest of India, the film made Rs 4.5 Cr share and overseas contributed Rs 9 Cr share and the film has already achieved breakeven performing excellently in these territories.

Overall, the film has collected Rs31.75 Cr share worldwide over the first weekend and theatricals are valued at 42 Cr. With 75% recovery, this Nani starter recorded a very good weekend.

Only in Andhra Pradesh, the recovery is less but the 2nd weekend is expected to do good numbers thanks to the positive word of mouth. A breakeven is expected over 2nd weekend due to Vinayaka Chaviti.

Tollywood Actor Venkatesh and Director Anil Ravipudi collaborated together recently for a film, stylised as VenkyAnil3. The Director attended the inaugural ceremonal of Bigg Boss Season 8 and gave updates of the film. The Director also gave clarity regarding the release date of the film. Talking to the show host Actor Nagarjuna, Anil Ravipudi confirmed that VenkyAnil3 had completed its first schedule in Pollachi a few days before. With that, most of the first half shoot of the film got completed according to him. Next Schedule of the film will start from the next week as well. The Director also confirmed that they were planning to release the films for Sankranthi 2025.

In this film, it is speculated that Venkatesh would be playing a former cop-role caught in a tangled web of his ex-girlfriend and current wife. This suspenseful film unfolds as a complicated love triangle. The film is also speculated to have the title, Sankranthiki Vasthunnaam. Venkatesh suffered a big setback with his previous film, Saindhav this year. So he hopes of bouncing back with this film badly. Tollywood Actor NTR has recently made a visit to Karnataka with his mother. He along with his family visited the Kolluru Sri Mookambika Temple. Kannada Actor Rishab Shetty was also present along with NTR in this incident. The press reporters and media there aksed NTR if he wants to be a part of Kantara 2. NTR said that he was ready for Kantara 2 without a hesitation.

Rishab Shetty’s presence there evoked the question regarding Kantara 2. NTR replied saying that if Rishab Shetty had planned something then he was ready for it. He definitely told this as a sweet gesture but he will surely not be a part of it. Kantara 2 is currently under shoot but fans want Rishab Shetty and NTR together for some other project.

NTR’s visit comes as a strategy to promote his film, Devara in Kannada market. The film is carrying big hype in all the languages and NTR doesn’t want to miss this.
