Trend effect: Game Changer update coming tomorrow

Game Changer starring Ram Charan has completed its shoot mostly and only a few portion is left. Fans and Audience have been waiting eagerly for an update regarding the film since Jaragandi song release. But, Director Shankar and makers of the film have not addressed this properly. This had angered them and they started an abusing hashtag trend on X/Twitter recently. Now, with this trend effect, Game Changer’s update has been announced officially and it is coming tomorrow.

The Director of Game Changer, Shankar became busy with his Indian 2 and put Game Changer’s works on hold. This caused a delay in update release which disappointed the fans and audience over a period of time. After the debacle of Indian 2, Shankar went into depressing mode which futher delayed the process of Game Changer. The release date of the film has also not been announced yet. All these added as fuel for the negative and abusing trend that was started recently.

The Music director of the film, Thaman has surprised all with a tweet indicating about an udpate mostly about the second song release. This came as a big relief for the fans and audience. The update will release tommorrow on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi.

Today marked the official debut launch of Balakrishna’s son Mokshagna in Tollywood. The Actor has collaborated with Prasanth Varma as part of his Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe, PVCU. The film is also tentatively titled PVCU2. Mokshagna also celebrates his birthday today. To everyone’s surprise, NTR has wished for the success of Mokshagna.

A poster of Mokshagna has already been released by the team. NTR shared the same picture and congratulated him on his debut. He also wished for the divine blessings of their grandfather, Sr. NTR upon Mokshagna for his new chapter of life. This is indeed a happy news for the fans and audience. Many thought that all was not well within their family for a long time. But NTR took no time to wish the best for the success of Mokshagna.

SRK’s Veer Zaara Re-Releasing Soon – Deets Inside!

The trend of re-releasing films has taken Tollywood by storm, with Mahesh Babu’s Murrari and Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh, in their 4K remastered versions, emerging as the highest grossers. Now, the Hindi belt is about to witness the euphoria of classic Hindi films on the big screen once again.

Veer Zaara (2004), an epic romance featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta in lead roles will re-release on 13th Septmeber in PVR-INOX theatres across North India. Directed by Yash Chopra, it received universal critical acclaim upon its original release with praise for the story, performances and music.

GOAT Day 1 Collections: 100 Cr Opening

Vijay’s The GOAT directed by Venkat Prabhu was released worldwide on Thursday amidst massive expectations from the fans. The film got off to a great start in Tamil Nadu and GOAT Day 1 collections stood at around Rs 30 crores gross.

The GOAT has now become the 4th biggest opener in Tamil Nadu. The other 3 films in the list also belong to Vijay with Leo, Beast, and Sarkar being the top 3 openers in Tamil Nadu.

In Karnataka, the action thriller opened to good numbers and made a solid Rs 9 Cr gross. Surprisingly, GOAT Day 1 collections were disappointing in Kerala with just Rs 6 crores gross. Kerala has traditionally been a strong market for Vijay but it looks like the film will struggle to achieve the breakeven mark of Rs 40 crores. The situation in Telugu states was worse as The GOAT managed to collect just Rs 3.5 crores.

After combining north India, The GOAT opening day figure reached Rs 52 crores while the overseas market contributed massively with a $6 million gross on Day 1. Overall, worldwide collections stands at Rs 100 Cr which is a start. 2nd biggest for Kollywood and as well as Vijay after Leo

Actress Pranitha Gives Birth To A Baby Boy!

Pranitha Subhash, a native of Bangalore, Karnataka, is best known for her role opposite Pawan Kalyan in Trivikram’s action drama film Attarintiki Daredi (2013). Following her marriage to Nitin Raju, a businessman in 2021, he took a break from acting.

GOAT Telugu: Massive Disaster

Vijay’s The GOAT was released worldwide on Thursday and while the film has got off to a resounding start in Tamil Nadu, GOAT Telugu has faced the exact opposite fate. The GOAT’s breakeven in the Telugu states is 40 Cr, but the first-day recovery is less than 10%. Even the advance bookings for today and the weekend are disastrous. The film may not recover 1/3rd of its business at this pace. 

Mythri Movie Makers bought the film’s total Telugu state rights hoping Vijay’s current box office form to get them profits. Unfortunately, there was no buzz or anticipation for the film in AP and Telangana and this project is a big failure for them.

GOAT opened well in Tamil Nadu but coming to the Telugu version, Vijay’s brand did not work. Poor promotions and lack of any excitement among Telugu film lovers led to this disastrous result. GOAT Telugu has ended up as a big failure and a it needs a miraculous jump over the weekend and next week to save losses.

The GOAT also features Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prashant, Sneha and Prabhudeva among others. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed tunes for this Venkat Prabhu that failed to strike a chord with audiences.
