0

The drama around Pawan Kalyan’s OG trailer release can be made into a full-fledged movie. Knowingly or unknowingly, the makers of the film have made the fans spend sleepless nights waiting for the trailer.

Initially, the trailer was announced to be released on Sunday morning, but later the team announced that it will be unveiled during the OG concert, and in return, the event, which was announced to start at 5 PM, was delayed, and it finally started at 8 PM and got wrapped up very quickly due to rain.

OG Trailer Release: Poor Planning By The Movie Team

The team did not release the trailer online, and the fans kept waiting for it to be released. The shocking part from the team was that they did not announce the release date even after the delay.

Had the OG makers announced the revised time for the OG trailer’s release, the fans would not have spent sleepless nights waiting to see it.

Even now the team did not announce the trailer’s release time, and fans are sharing the leaked trailer, which was played at the event, in frustration.

Pawan Kalyan’s OG craze is still intact among the actor’s fans and other audiences as well. Despite the film’s pre-release event ending up as a huge disappointment, the bookings are on fire, and the film’s pre-sales crossed 35 Cr gross.

Till Sunday, i.e., 21st September, OG worldwide presales stand at 35 Cr, with 24 Cr from overseas and 11 Cr from India. The full-fledged advance bookings have not been opened yet in many territories; especially in Andhra Pradesh, very limited advances have been opened.

OG Pre-Sales On Fire: Full-Fledged Bookings To Open From Tomorrow

All advance bookings will open on Monday, i.e., 22nd September, and the film will see a huge surge in advance bookings from then on.

The trade expects that the film may even see 100 Cr in pre-sales before the actual first day shows start.

Mirai 10 Days Box Office Near 120 Cr

0

Mirai, starring Teja Sajja, has collected 98 Cr gross in its 1st week at the box office, and on the 2nd weekend, the film saw very strong collections with around 21 Cr gross worldwide, taking the total gross for 10 days to 119 Cr.

This is a huge number for the film, and the only negative aspect for the film is that the most hyped film in recent days, OG, is getting released this Thursday. If the film clicks well, then Teja Sajja’s film may not see the 150 Cr milestone in its full run.

Mirai 10 Days Collections are Strong, but the film might get affected by OG

Nevertheless, Mirai has already gathered huge collections at the box office with nearly 120 Cr gross in 10 days, and it has put all the involved parties in a profitable zone.

Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, the film stars Manchu Manoj as the main antagonist, with Shriya Saran and Ritika Nayak playing crucial roles. HanuMan fame Gowra Hari is the film’s music composer.

Lokah is having an incredible run at the box office. On its 25th day, the film has collected more than 3 Cr gross in Kerala. The shocking part is its opening day gross is 2.75 Cr. A film collecting more than its opening day on the 25th day is a sensational achievement.

Not only in Kerala, but also in the rest of India, the film sees better collections than on the opening day. Lokah has collected around 275 Cr gross in its 25 days run, and it is on track to achieve the 300 Cr milestone.

Lokah 25th Day Collections Shock Everyone

Also, the female superhero film collected 104 Cr gross in Kerala for 25 days, and it is on track to achieve the biggest collections in Kerala by chasing Mohanlal’s Thudarum, which collected 119 Cr.

0

The Telugu Cinema fans are well aware of the friendship between Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Star Writer/Director Trivikram Srinivas. They both share a close bond beyond their professional relationship. Now, PK reveals that it was Trivikram who made OG possible.

The Concert/pre-release event of Pawan’s upcoming film, OG, was interrupted by rain and the actor gave a speech despite the rain to make his fans happy. In his speech, the Jalsa actor revealed that Trivikram was the one who introduced director Sujeeth to him.

Trivikram: A true friend of Pawan Kalyan

Post corona Trivikram has been involved in every Pawan Kalyan movie. Reportedly he listened to the script of Vakeel Saab, worked as a co-writer for Bheemla Nayak and Bro, and all of them helped Pawan Kalyan financially.

Vakeel Saab and Bheemla Nayak did very well at box office, but they were partially affected by the Corona pandemic and lower ticket prices.

Now fans are also thanking Trivikram for Introducing Sujeet and making OG happen. The film is carrying massive hype and is set for thunderous numbers at the box office.

Even Pawan Kalyan said that he last saw such a kind of Josh in his fans during Kushi Movie.

OG Concert Turns Out a Huge Disappointment

0

There were massive expectations on Pawan Kalyan’s OG pre-release event. The fans were excited to hear about the film from their favorite hero and unit. However, the OG Concert turns out to be a huge disappointment.

The makers of the film did not do much promotion, and the glimpse and lyrical songs brought the huge craze for the film. But the team is completely struck in post-production works even as we speak.

OG Concert: Pawan Kalyan Impresses – But The Event Disappoints Fans

After all the delays, they went with an outdoor location in a rainy season for the pre-release event, which shows how poor their planning is. As expected, the rain disturbed the entire event, and the team was forced to finish it quickly without any updates and speeches from all the celebs who attended.

Pawan Kalyan’s speech is the only positive outcome from the event, which brought the energy in fans. The trailer was played without DI, and it was not officially out online. The video was leaked with a poor quality.

Had the team scheduled the event in an indoor setting, it could have been a massive one. The event sees record viewership on YouTube, but the fans and audiences are completely disappointed with the event planning and execution of the OG Concert.

Kantara Chapter 1: Release Date Blunder

0

Rishab Shetty’s Kantara chapter 1 is all set to release in theaters on 2nd October, and the trailer arrives tomorrow. There is a decent hype for the film as it is a sequel, but the trade thinks that the makers have made a blunder with the release date.

The film’s theatrical business is done for a huge price, and everyone felt the film release date choice was very bad, and the makers could have chosen 1st October as the release date, as the students have holidays in all states, and the same is the case for some companies as well.

Kantara Chapter 1 Release Date: A Wrong Option from Rishab Shetty and the team?

Another advantage is that the film will have a grand opening day, with the 2nd day being a national holiday, Gandhi Jayanthi. The film could have benefited from a 5-day-long weekend instead of a 4-day weekend.

Rishab Shetty’s Kantara Chapter 1 could have also gotten the benefit of Tuesday premieres if it had been released on October 1. But the team chooses differently. Now all the buzz depends on the trailer.

The film has carried a regular prequel buzz till now, but the trailer will give the real picture of the content, and thereby hype can be heightened or lessened.

0

The Malayalam blockbuster Lokah: Chapter 1 – Chandra has broken several box office records and is now the biggest hit in Mollywood. While there have been ongoing rumors about its OTT release, producer Dulquer Salmaan has clarified that there is no rush to bring the film to streaming platforms.

Other Onam releases like Mohanlal’s Hridayapooravam and Fahadh Faasil’s Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira are arriving on OTT this week, which led many to believe that Lokah would also stream soon. However, the team has already informed theatre owners that the female superhero film will not be available online until its full theatrical run is complete.

The film has already earned huge profits from its theatrical run and continues to perform strongly. On its 25th day in theatres, Lokah collected over ₹3 crore in Kerala which is more than its opening day, showing how well the film is still doing.
