Will Teja Sajja Go Against Pawan Kalyan?

Teja Sajja’s superhero film, Mirai, was announced to be released on 5th September. However, the latest developments have delayed the film’s release, and Teja Sajja’s Mirai may clash with Pawan Kalyan’s OG.

Reportedly, the makers are planning to postpone the film by 2 weeks, which means the 19th of September date is under consideration. The delay in VFX/works is said to be the reason.

If Teja Sajja’s Mirai arrives on 19th September, then it will be a risky date, as within one week Pawan Kalyan’s crazy project OG is getting released. Also, in another week, the Pan-India release of Kantara Chapter One is set to be released.

Directed by Karthik Gattamaneni, Mirai carries some buzz, but if it falls in such a huge competition, then it might impact the film’s box office prospects massively. 

Another date is also said to be in consideration for this superhero film, which is 12th September. Definitely 12th September would be a better date for the film, as it gets a solo release and a 2-week theatrical gap with “They Call Him OG.”

Dhruva Natchathiram, made as a spy thriller, also stars Ritu Varma, Simran, Aishwarya Rajesh, Radhika, Jailor Vinayakan, and Arjun Das in pivotal roles. Chiyaan Vikram plays the role of an Indian spy, and the shooting of the film started in 2016. It was supposed to be released in 2017, but for many reasons, it got delayed for years.

Meanwhile, the second single of “They Call Him OG” is all set to be unveiled on August 27, on the occasion of Vinayaka Chathurthi. The makers are expected to start full-fledged promotions after that.
