Hari Hara Veera Mallu Maintains Good Audience Ratings on BookMyShow

0

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu released in theaters this Thursday, and except for day 1, the film has put up a disappointing performance at the box office. However, Hari Hara Veera Mallu maintains good audience ratings on BookMyShow.

Released on July 24, HHVM opened with unanimous negative reviews from critics, and the WOM is also poor, which is clearly reflected in Day 2 and Day 3 collections. With a holiday advantage, today the film sees better collections, but that is not enough for it.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu had a poor weekend at the Box Office

Overall, the first weekend is poor for the movie’s budget and pre-business. However, surprisingly, Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu maintains good audience ratings on BookMyShow.

Negative Reviews and WOM did not affect the BookMyShow Ratings for Hari Hara Veera Mallu

Normally, if a film opens with unanimous negative WOM and reviews, the verdict reflects the same on the BookMyShow app’s user rating, which has been the case with many failed films, as they got 5, 6, or 7 ratings on the popular ticketing app.

But even after the first weekend, Veera Mallu’s BookMyShow user rating is 8.3, which is definitely a helpful factor for the film’s collections.

The suspense around Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2’s release date is still going on in industry circles and among fans. Lately, director Boyapati Sreenu confirmed that there is no change in Akhanda 2’s release date.

Akhanda Will Arrive On September 25th: Boayapti Sreenu

The mass director recently met the fans of Balayya in Khammam and had a small chat with them, along with having lunch. The team recently completed a schedule in Mothagudem, and on his way, Boayapati met with the fans.

During his chat, Boyapati Sreenu confirmed to fans that there is no change in Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2’s release date, and it will arrive as announced on 25th September. He stated that the release date of his film will become a festival for Nandamuri fans and movie lovers.

The makers of the film announced the release date of 25th September a few months ago, but there are continuous rumors in the industry that this sequel will move to December. But the makers have still stuck to the date informed the same to the distributors.

Akhanda 2 Cast-Crew

The sequel to the movie Akhanda is being made with the title “Akhanda 2: Thandavam.” This film is being jointly produced by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta under the banner of 14 Reels Plus. Balakrishna’s younger daughter, M. Tejaswini, is the presenter of the film.

Pragya Jaiswal continues her part from the first part, while Samyukta Menon joins the cast alongside Bajrangi Bhaijaan fame Harshali Malhotra. Aadhi Pinisetty plays a key role in the film.

The shooting of this film has been going on in the forests of Maredumilli for the last three days. Some key scenes with Balakrishna have been shot in this week-long schedule. Thaman is composing the music for this film.

Kannada Cinema Emerges as Pan-India Powerhouse After Tollywood

0

Since the last 10 years, the Pan-India trend has taken a big rise. Mainly Telugu films like Baahubali 2 and Pushpa 2 made this trend a huge success. Now, Kannada Cinema emerges as a pan-India powerhouse after Tollywood.

As said above, the Baahubali series made Tollywood expand the market to the pan-India level, and after that, many films achieved pan-India success. In the South, the Kollywood and Malayalam industries still struggle to get big successes at the pan-India level.

But the films from Sandalwood are consistently making waves at the pan-India box office. KGF started first, then Kantara took the next, and now Mahaavatar Narsimha joins the trend.

After Tollywood, it is Kannada Cinema that became the Pan-India Powerhouse, and all three films from the industry are multi-part films. So, the next parts will do much more at Pan India.

Nithin’s Thammudu on Netflix from this date

0

Nithin’s Thammudu was released in theaters a few weeks ago amidst decent buzz. However, the film ended up as a big failure at the box office. Now, Nithin’s Thammudu is arriving on OTT, Netflix soon.

Made as an action adventure combined with sister sentiment, the film was directed by Sriram Venu, who made Vakeel Saab with Pawan Kalyan.

Though the film’s story had potential, the weak narration and emotions made Thammudu unappealing to the audience.

The OTT giant Netflix has bought the film’s digital rights. Nithin’s Thammudu will be available for streaming on Netflix from August 1, in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Laya, Sapthami Gowda, Lubber Pandhu fame Swasika, Varsha Bollamma, and Saurabh Sachdeva play crucial roles in this film, which is produced by Dil Raju and Shirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.

Pawan Kalyan Mainly Responsible for Hari Hara Veera Mallu Failure

0

Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1—Sword vs. Spirit, the latest film of Pawan Kalyan, is heading towards a big disaster at the box office. The film faced many issues, but Pawan Kalyan is mainly responsible for Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s failure.

If everything had gone as planned, HHVM would have been completed long back under Krish’s direction, which could have made the hype and result much bigger.

Pawan Kalyan is the reason for Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s Failure/Result

But now, as said above, the film is heading towards a big failure. No one but the hero himself needs to take the responsibility for the fate of the film. Because, somehow, PK took the people for granted, and his unnecessary involvement led the film to failure.

Even fans also feel that the entire 2nd half’s theme, the Sanathana episodes, is the result of Pawan Kalyan’s involvement or his instructions to the director, Jyothi Krishna.

Bringing Jyothi Krishna on board was a big mistake from Pawan Kalyan’s side

Firstly, bringing Jyothi Krishna on board for such a big film is in itself a big mistake. The film’s team, AM Ratnam, officially said that bringing Jyothi Krishna was Pawan’s decision, which massively backfired.

That is why even fans feel that Pawan Kalyan is mainly responsible for Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s failure. If we consider the previous film directed by Jyothi Krishna, it is proven that he is not capable of handling big technical values or elements.

Unnecessary Script Changes and Directors Getting Changed Dented Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s Content

There are many directors available in the industry who are strong on the technical front, but are failing due to a bad script.

However, the plus point for Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1—Sword vs. Spirit is that Krish Jagarlamudi had already designed the full script of the film.

But the team HHVM did unnecessary changes to the script after the director was changed. It could have been good if Pawan had picked the right director with no change in Krish’s script, which could have probably delivered some better results.

Coolie Gears Up to Smash Kabali’s North America Opening Record

0

With each passing day, Coolie is generating a superb buzz among audiences. Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie is all set to smash Kabali’s North America opening record.

Directed by Pa Ranjith, Kabali is one kind of hysterical film that was released with massive hype, and despite unanimous negative WOM, it set a new benchmark, and it still holds the record for the best opening in North America.

With 1.92 M premieres, Kabali emerged as the biggest opener for Indian cinema. Later, many Tollywood films have broken this, but in Kollywood, none could do so.

Rajinikanth all set to break his own record: Coolie gears up to smash Kabali’s North America Opening

Finally, Rajinikanth himself is set to break this record, as Coolie is all set to smash Kabali’s North America opening record.

The pre-sales are already close to 500K, and the advances are having a very big jump daily. At this trend, it will easily do more than 2 million, and if the trailer of Coolie turns out to be extraordinary, then the margin will get much bigger.

Mahavatar Narsimha’s Pan-India Success: A Slipper Shot to Kannappa

0

Mahavatar Narsimha, the latest Pan-Indian Film (main Kannada), has emerged as an unexpected blockbuster at the box office. The film’s Pan-India success is a slipper shot to Manchu Vishnu’s Kannappa.

If we compare many parameters, Kannappa is a much bigger project than Mahavatar Narsimha, as the latter is an animated film, whereas Vishnu’s dream project is a star-studded film

Both films were made on divine elements, but Kannappa miserably failed in Telugu and other languages, ending as an outright disaster, whereas Mahavatar Narasimha is emerging as a pan-Indian blockbuster, doing well in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

Mahavatar Narsimha: A New Pan-India Blockbuster

The day 2 collections of the film saw a 200% jump over day 1, and day 3 is expected to have a 200% jump over day 2. The film is expected to collect more than 15 Cr gross in India in the 1st weekend.

Mahavatar Narsihma surprised everyone and emerged as a blockbuster at the box office. Looking at the current trend, the film will easily collect more than 100 Cr gross and can even go bigger.

Kannappa makers made a big mistake by not making the entire film on divine elements. The initial 2 hours of the film deal with unnecessary 5 Tribal groups, Romance, and Action episodes, which made audiences completely disconnected from it.

Even though the last 40 minutes are filled with divine elements, that could not save the film, as the audiences were already disconnected from the film because of the weak screenplay.

If the makers had filled it with complete divine elements, Kannappa could have been a pan-India blockbuster.

Kingdom Trailer Raises Expectations

0

Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom did not have much hype till yesterday. Though it had a decent buzz, a big hype was missing for the film. But Kingdom’s trailer impresses everyone and raises expectations.

As said above, before the trailer’s release, there were mixed expectations on the film, mainly due to the multiple postponements of the film, and even though the teaser clicked big, the songs did not push the film’s craze.

Kingdom’s Trailer Raises The Buzz

After a long wait, the film’s trailer was released yesterday, which increased the expectations of the film. Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom trailer impresses everyone, as it hits the bull’s-eye, promising an intense, high-end commercial film with strong emotions set in a never-seen-before world.

Vijay Deverakonda looks terrific as the lead, and the film could be a big one in his career. Rarely, a film’s promotional content receive a unanimous positive response.

But with the Kingdom trailer, that’s exactly what happened. The overwhelming response has taken the buzz to the next level, and the film is now set for a record opening at the box office.

Lokesh Kanagaraj Denies All Coolie Speculations

0

The Tamil and Telugu cinema fans eagerly await the release of Coolie, which marks the collaboration of Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj. As the film’s promotions have started, Lokesh Kanagaraj denied speculations about Coolie.

There are many speculations about the film’s plot. Recently, a report spread over the internet that Coolie is a time travel film, and Rajinikanth designs a watch for time travel, and he goes into the past to catch a criminal.

But the film’s director, Lokesh Kanagaraj, denies all the speculations about Coolie. In a recent interview, he spoke about the plot and said that it is not a time travel film, and he also confirmed that it is not at all linked to LCU.

Lokesh stated that Coolie is not a universe film, and it is a standalone movie with a clear ending, and there will be no prequel or sequel for the film.

The Kaithi director also revealed that the film deals with luxurious watches and watch factories. The movie’s trailer is releasing on 2nd August, which is likely to reveal the movie’s plot.

As said above, Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj produced a superb craze for Coolie, and the film carries very high expectations in all languages, with the huge star cast and Anirudh’s music being the additional factors.
