The Pokiri special shows created a benchmark and set the bar very high for the coming shows. Pokiri posted record collections and numbers, with every show being houseful.

After this, Megastar Chiranjeevi fans planned some special shows for Chiranjeevi’s birthday. They organized the special screenings for Chiranjeevi’s Gharana Mogudu but there was no interest among the audiences as well as Mega fans. Even though the shows were limited, there were no takers for Gharana Mogudu.

A while after this, Mega fans and fans of Pawan Kalyan planned special shows for the Powerstar’s birthday. They organized special shows of the iconic Jalsa movie, and the tickets kept selling out instantly. There was a lot of interest among the fans and audiences.

In fact, the special shows of Jalsa broke Pokiri’s record by a huge margin. Looking at Pokiri and Jalsa, it is very clear that the audiences have no interest in watching any of Chiranjeevi’s old films. This is a huge setback for Chiranjeevi’s stardom. All hopes on Brahmastra to revive the Bollywood market

Bollywood is going through a rough time at the moment and all hopes are now pinned on Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra which is slated to release on 9th September. This year has been a great one for Tollywood with several blockbusters like RRR, Sita Ramam, Karthikeya 2 and DJ Tillu among many others.

Similarly, Kollywood also made a great comeback with Vikram, Don and Thiruchitrambalam. Kannada and Malayalam industries also had their share of successful films and it is only Bollywood that didn’t score any massive blockbusters.

Interestingly, the movies of smaller stars like Varun Dhawan( Jug Jug Jiyo) and Kartik Aryan (Bhool Bhulaiyya 2) made superb numbers at the box office. However, superstar movies like Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha and Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan failed massively.

Each and every industry is shining now but Bollywood is still struggling to revive itself even with their superstar films. Now their hopes are all pinned on Brahmastra. The movie’s bookings have opened and its going very strong. Trade circles are hoping the momentum to go on.

Brahmastra pre-release event canceled to target NTR?

Brahmastra pre-release event that was planned in a grand manner yesterday. However, it was moved to an indoor location due to security reasons. While the indoor event was a great success, various speculations are now emerging about the real reason behind the cancellation.

It is being speculated that the massive Brahmastra pre-release event was denied all the permissions due to NTR’s presence as a chief guest. The event that was initially given a go-ahead was later canceled due to pressure from Telangana government. The Government is now opposing NTR because of his recent meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Telangana has become a battleground for war of words between TRS and BJP. BJP is looking to make inroads in the state and while NTR’s meeting with Amit Shah was a casual meet and greet, it is given a political range.

Jr NTR, who was the special guest of the evening, also tried to pacify fans, “I would like to apologise to all my fans and the national media who were very excited about the event.” Along with NTR, director SS Rajamouli and Brahmastra lead pair Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt along with producer Karan Johar were also present at the event.

బాలీవుడ్ పాన్ ఇండియా మూవీ ”బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర” ప్రీ రిలీజ్ ఈవెంట్ ను ఈ శుక్రవారం హైదరాబాద్ లో గ్రాండ్ గా చేయాలని ప్లాన్ చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. రామోజీ ఫిల్మ్ సిటీలో జరగనున్న ఈ వేడుకకు యంగ్ టైగర్ ఎన్టీఆర్ చీఫ్ గెస్టుగా వస్తారని చిత్ర బృందం కొన్ని రోజుల క్రితం ప్రకటించారు. అయితే చివరి నిమిషంలో ఈ ప్రీ రిలీజ్ ఈవెంట్ ను క్యాన్సిల్ చేశారు. ఈ మేరకు చిత్ర బృందం అధికారిక ప్రెస్ నోట్ రిలీజ్ చేశారు.

అయితే ‘బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర’ ప్రీ రిలీజ్ ఈవెంట్ ను రద్దు చేసినప్పటికీ .. పార్క్ హయత్ హోటల్ లో ప్రెస్ మీట్ నిర్వహించి అదే మీడియా కార్యక్రమానికి జూనియర్ ఎన్టీఆర్ అతిథిగా హాజరయ్యారు. ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ మరియు ప్రింట్ మీడియాతో పాటు పరిమిత సంఖ్యలో ప్రేక్షకులను కూడా అనుమతించిన ఈ ఈవెంట్ లో ఎన్టీఆర్ తనదైన శైలిలో ప్రసంగించి ఆకట్టుకున్నారు.

ముందుగా ఎన్టీఆర్.. ఆయన అభిమానులకు క్ష‌మాప‌ణ‌లు తెలియ‌జేశారు. ఘనంగా ఈ బ్రహ్మస్త్ర చిత్ర ప్రి రిలీజ్ వేడుక చేయాల‌నుకున్నాము.. భద్రతా కారణాల వల్ల పోలీసులు అనుమతి నిరాకరించడంతో ఈవెంట్ రద్దు చేయాల్సి వచ్చింది. పోలీసులు ఎది చెప్పినా మ‌న సేఫ్టీ కోసమే చెప్తారు. వారి మాట‌ల‌ను వినాల్సిన బాధ్య‌త పౌరులుగా మ‌న‌కుంది అని ఎన్టీఆర్ అన్నారు. అలాగే సినిమా ఇండస్ట్రీ ఎదుర్కుంటున్న పలు సమస్యల పై కూడా ఎన్టీఆర్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఫలానా ఇండస్ట్రీ అని కాకుండా గ్లోబల్ గా సినిమా ఇండస్ట్రీ ఒత్తిడిలో ఉందని ఆయన అన్నారు. ప్రేక్షకులు ఏదో ఒక కొత్తదనం కోరుకుంటున్నారు. అందుకని దీన్ని ఒక సవాలుగా తీసుకుని పని చేయాలని అన్నారు. ఎందుకంటే ఒత్తిడిలో ఉన్నప్పుడే ఉత్తమంగా పని చేస్తామని ఎన్టీఆర్ చెబుతూ.. అందరం అలా కష్టపడి ప్రేకకకులకి కావాల్సిన గొప్ప అనుభూతిని ఇవ్వాలని.. అలాగే బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర సినిమా భారతీయ సినిమా పరిశ్రమకు ఒక బ్రహ్మాస్త్రం లాగా అవ్వాలని ఎన్టీఆర్ ఆశించారు.

కాగా బాలీవుడ్ డైరెక్టర్ అయాన్ ముఖర్జీ తెరకెక్కించిన ‘బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర’ సినిమాలో రణ్ బీర్ కపూర్ – ఆలియా భట్ – అమితాబ్ బచ్చన్ – కింగ్ అక్కినేని నాగార్జున ప్రధాన పాత్రలు పోషించారు. స్టార్ స్టూడియోస్ – ధర్మ ప్రొడక్షన్స్ – ప్రైమ్ ఫోకస్ మరియు స్టార్ లైట్ పిక్చర్స్ సంస్థలు కలిసి భారీ బడ్జెట్ తో ఈ సోసియో ఫాంటసీ చిత్రాన్ని నిర్మించారు.

లైగర్ సినిమా విడుదలకు ముందే విజయ్ దేవరకొండ – పూరి జగన్నాధ్ కాంబినేషన్లో మరో సినిమా జన గణ మన ప్రకటించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ప్రతి దర్శకుడికి కెరీర్ లో ఒక డ్రీమ్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ ఉంటుంది. ఉదాహరణకు, రాజమౌళి ఎప్పటికైనా మహాభారతం ఆధారంగా సినిమా చేయాలనుకుంటున్నారు. ఎన్నో సార్లు ఆ సినిమా గూర్చి చెప్పిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. అలాగే పూరి జగన్నాథ్ కూడా ఎప్పటి నుంచో జన గణ మన అనే సినిమా చేస్తానని చెప్తూ వచ్చారు.

ఫస్ట్ డే ఫస్ట్ షో సినిమా సెప్టెంబర్ 2న థియేటర్లలో విడుదలై మంచి అంచనాల మధ్య విడుదలైంది. ఈ సినిమాకి రచయితగా జాతి రత్నాలు దర్శకుడు కెవి అనుదీప్ పేరు ఉండటంతో చాలా మంది ఈ సినిమా కూడా జాతిరత్నాలు సినిమాల ఒక మంచి ఎంటర్టైనర్ గా ఉంటుందని అందరూ అనుకున్నారు.

కానీ, ఈ చిత్రం తొలి రోజు అతి దారుణమైన టాక్ మరియు సమీక్షలను తెచ్చుకుంది. అంత దారుణమైన మౌత్ టాక్ వల్ల కలెక్షన్లు కూడా అంతే తక్కువగా వచ్చాయి. సినిమాకు ప్రేక్షకుల నుంచి తీవ్రమైన నెగటివ్ టాక్ వచ్చింది.. ఎందుకంటే సినిమాలోని ఏ అంశం కూడా ప్రేక్షకులకి వినోదాత్మకంగా లేదా అలరించిన విధంగా అనిపించలేదు పైగా విసుగు తెప్పించే విధంగా సినిమా నడక సాగింది.

అనుదీప్ కెవి సినిమా ప్రచార కార్యక్రమాలలో విస్తృతంగా పాల్గొన్నప్పటికీ.. ఏమాత్రం లాభం లేకుండా పోయింది. సినిమాలో కంటెంట్ పరంగా ప్రేక్షకులను మెప్పించే అంశాలు ఏవీ లేకుండా పోయాయి. అసలు ఒక సినిమాను తీయాల్సిన కథే కాదు అని ఫస్ట్ డే ఫస్ట్ షో సినిమా గురించి విమర్శకులు, ప్రేక్షకులు అభిప్రాయ పడ్డారు. కేవలం పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ అభిమానులు లేదా సినీ ప్రియులు మాత్రమే ఈ చిత్రకథతో కాస్త కనెక్ట్ అవగలరు. వాళ్ళు కూడా కొద్దిసేపటి తరవాత బోర్ ఫీల్ అయ్యేలా ఇక గమ్యం లేకుండా సినిమా నడిచింది. ఫస్ట్ డే ఫస్ట్ షో సినిమా ఏ స్థాయిలో నత్తనడకన సాగింది అంటే సినిమా ఇంకా ముగియకుండానే ప్రేక్షకులు థియేటర్ల నుంచి బయటకు వెళ్లిపోయారు.

సినిమా బాక్సాఫీస్ పెర్ఫార్మెన్స్ విషయానికొస్తే, ఇది డిజాస్టర్ దిశగా పయనించనుందని తొలి రోజే డిసైడ్ అయిపోయింది. నిజానికి ఈ సినిమాకు ధియేటర్లు అనుకున్నంత స్థాయిలో దక్కలేదు. కానీ ఆ దక్కిన ధియేటర్లలో కూడా కనీస షేర్లను రాబట్టడంలో సినిమా విఫలమై దాదాపు ప్రతి షోకూ ప్రేక్షకుల సంఖ్యను తగ్గించుకుంటూ వచ్చింది. ఆ రకంగా ఈ సినిమా తొలిరోజే బాక్స్ ఆఫీస్ వద్ద ఘోర పరాజయం పాలయింది. ఫస్ట్ డే ఫస్ట్ షో అనే టైటిల్ తో వచ్చిన ఈ సినిమా.. చిత్రంగా ఫస్ట్ షో సమయానికి కొట్టుకుపోయినట్లుంది.

Ranbir Kapoor surprises everyone with a Telugu speech at Brahmastra event

Brahmastra pre-release event that was held in Hyderabad was a huge success despite the last-minute changes. The event was attended by NTR and Rajamouli along with the film’s cast of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Producer Karan Johar was also present at the event.

While NTR in his usual demeanour delivered a thought-provoking speech on the film industry and its experiments, it was Ranbir Kapoor who stole the show with his Telugu speech.

Ranbir requested Telugu audience to support Brahmastra just like the way they always supported great movies. He also promised that he will speak fluent Telugu in the Brahmastra 2 event for sure. The superhero film which is directed by Ayan Mukherjee will be presented by SS Rajamouli in the southern languages.

Ranbir will play a superhero in the film while Nagarjuna will essay the role of an archeologist. Amitabh Bachchan will feature as a professor and Alia Bhatt as Ranbir’s love interest. The film will be released in three parts and is one of the most awaited pan-India films at the moment. Brahmastra is slated to release on 9th September 2022 and the subsequent parts will be announced soon.

First Day First Show was released in theatres on September 2nd and opened amidst decent hype. Due to Anudeep KV’s name attached to the movie as the writer of the film, many people thought that the film would be like Jathi Ratnalu.

But, the film has opened to disastrous reviews and the negative word of mouth has dampened the collections. The public review and public talk of the film were overall negative and no aspect of the film seemed entertaining.

Despite Anudeep KV involving himself in all the promotional activities, there was very little buzz for the film. Whatever buzz was there has also vanished after the reviews have poured out. The movie has completely failed to impress the audiences in terms of content. Most of the people walked out of the theatres.

Before the release of Liger, Vijay had already signed another project with Puri Jagan. Every director has their dream project that they want to bring to the big screens. For example, Rajamouli wants to do an adaptation of the Mahabharat. Similarly, Puri has always wanted to do Jana Gana Mana, a war film.

Years ago, he was supposed to do Jana Gana Mana with Mahesh Babu but due to various reasons, it never materialized. Many years later, during the promotions phase of Liger, Vijay has signed Jana Gana Mana with Puri.
