Tollywood leading stars are not believing any Telugu director other than Rajamouli
Tollywood is one crazy industry where there is a change in proceedings every few years, and formulas and sentiment change with time. It is known that after the corona pandemic era, there’s a clear change in the taste of the audience and the same can be said with the industry people too.
A few years, back Star Heros were used to sign films without even listening to the scripts by believing in directors. Because the Combo craze with a particular director will help the film in creating craze around it.
But times have changed now as the Star Heros are now demanding the directors they should narrate full bounded scripts as they don’t want to take any risk regarding their stardom and the result of the movie.
The point here is the Star Heros are feeling now every film of their career is very crucial and they do not want to take any risk or compromise by any means. Even the big directors like Sukumar, Trivikram, and Koratala Siva are facing the heat from Star Heros now. While shooting also the Heros are continuously checking the output of the film now and if they don’t like anything they are conveying it immediately to the directors and asking them to rework it.
Already there are many rumors have been coming regarding the SSMB28 that Mahesh is pressurizing Trivikram to work on the script. Also, the most hyped movie in Indian Cinema Pushpa 2 had the same problem with Sukumar being made to work on the script before the shooting of the film.
There’s only one director on which the Star Heros are ready to believe who is none other than Rajamouli. We all know how Rajamouli changed the range of Telugu Film Industry with Bahubali Franchise and RRR. Now every Star Hero wants to work with Rajamouli and they are ready to blindly act in his direction without asking about the script.
The Pan-Indian aspect is what makes a difference in the thinking of Star Heros as they want to deliver their every film in big range at the Indian box office. They are now ready to wait even for 2 years for a film but they just want to deliver the best amount of content which is making it very tough for the directors. Let’s see how far they will be successful with their approach towards the directors.

The Ghost is receiving a disastrous response from OTT too
Nagarjuna’s The ghost was a disaster at the box office. The makers and Nagarjuna have felt that maybe the audience will like the film after watching it in OTT because the same thing happened to the previous movie of Nagarjuna – Wild Dog.
Wild Dog was also a failure at the box office but the audience liked the movie after watching it in OTT and many of them felt it was a well-made movie on NIA, the audience appreciated the team of Wild Dog for making proper research on the concept. But the same has not happened with The Ghost.
The OTT audience has not at all liked the film. They felt that the movie is very boring right from start to end. Though the plot was interesting, the director didn’t manage to tell it in the way required as per the OTT reviews.
Besides Nagarjuna and Sonal Chauhan, The Ghost also stars Gul Panag, Anika Surendran, Manish Chaudhari, Ravi Varma, Shrikanth Iyyangar, and Bilal Hossein in pivotal roles. Kajal Agarwal was the first choice for the female lead role in the film, however, she couldn’t allow the dates due to pregnancy.
Presented by Sonali Rang, The Ghost has been produced by Suniel Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, and Sharrath Marar, under the Sri Venkateswara cinemas LLP & North star entertainment banners. The cinematography has been done by Mukesh G and the songs are done by Bharat – Saurabh and Mark k Robin. The background music for The Ghost is also given by Mark k Robin.
The film’s action sequences were fantastic, yet, the drama and plot elements have drawn out unnecessarily, decreasing the thrilling effect of the incredible fights. The Ghost had a few sequences that will blow the audience’s mind, but the pre and post-episodes of those sequences didn’t contribute much to the overall experience.
The conflict between Mahesh and Trivikram is the talk of industry now
SSMB 28 is one project that has got the entire industry and fans eagerly waiting with high expectations. The film will see the return of Mahesh and Trivikram after 12 years. The combination holds a special place in the hearts of Tollywood fans. This is why the entire unit is taking extra care of ensuring all the elements of the film come up with top-notch quality.
The movie got off the mark recently with a grand action schedule. The team had planned for a month-long schedule but the Superstar, looking at the output of action sequences decided to change the fight masters Anbariv altogether.
The industry circles are saying Mahesh Babu is not at all happy with Trivikram’s work on his movie, Mahesh babu is feeling that Trivikram is not putting effort into his film. Somehow Mahesh Babu also feels committing to this project without listening to the complete script was a mistake. The makers have planned to give announcements or updates on Trivikram’s birthday in this movie and planning to release this film on August 2023.
Pooja Hegde will be paired opposite Mahesh Babu while the rest of the cast details will be revealed soon. The filmmakers, Haarika and Haasine Creations announced this project last year much to the delight of fans. SS Thaman will compose the music for this film while Navin Nooli will handle the editing duties.

Hyderabad movie lovers can only have a mediocre experience for Avatar 2
The trailer of James Cameroon’s Avatar 2 has dropped in and it has stunned the audience with its larger-than-life visuals. The audience are eagerly waiting to see what James Cameroon has got in store for them and is eager for the big-screen IMAX experience.
Movie lovers from Hyderabad, however, will have to be contained with an ordinary viewing experience. Hyderabad being a metro city doesn’t have any single IMAX. The visual extravaganza avatar 2 can be experienced to the fullest in an IMAX projection. Whereas other metros like Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai have multiple IMAXs.
There is a buzz that PVR is now planning to bring IMAX to Hyderabad. However, that is going to take a while. In a nutshell, Hyderabad people cannot experience the same thing which they experienced for AVATAR 1 when they had Prasad’s IMAX.

Siva Karthikeyan’s Prince OTT streaming date and release partner
Tamil Industry’s young and star hero Siva Karthikeyan’s Prince which is Directed by Anudeep KV, the romantic entertainer film was released in theatres on October 21, 2022, and has received mixed responses from the audience as well as the critics.
Siva Karthikeyan who was in his rising period got a bit of backlash for doing the film with non serious theme. Prince also happens to be the third directorial venture Anudeep after the 2016 movie Pittagoda and the 2021 blockbuster comedy entertainer film Jathi Ratnalu. The film became the biggest failure in the career of Siva Karthikeyan.
According to the reports, the OTT giant Disney Plus Hotstar platform has bought the streaming rights of the film for a whopping amount. Although the film didn’t haven’t do well in the theaters, it is expected to get good response in it’s OTT release. Prince will stream on Hotstar from the 25th of November 2022.
Prince is produced by Suniel Narang, D. Suresh Babu, and Pushkar Ram Mohan under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Cinemas and Suresh Productions.
The film stars Siva Karthikeyan in the lead role as a secondary school teacher, Anbarasan/Anand, where Ukrainian actress Maria Ryaboshapka plays his love interest, Jessica, a British girl who also comes to the school as a secondary school teacher.
Apart from them, the film also stars Sathyaraj, Premgi Amaran, Sathish Krishnan, Prankster Rahul, Anandaraj, Hello Kandasamy, and Bharath in other important roles.
Prince has received very lukewarm response in both reviews and Box Office wise. Telugu audience felt that it would have been better if the film was made with a Telugu hero, then it could have garnered positive responses and the Tamil audience felt that when Siva Karthikeyan worked with the Telugu director Anudeep he should have done a proper bilingual movie. Let’s hope the movie scores good marks at least in the OTT release.
