Kantara, the sensational movie which came to the audience without much expectations in the Kannada film industry, registered a mammoth success at the box office. It surprised everyone with its unexpected rage at the box office regardless of its release in any language.

Especially in Telugu and Hindi, it has given profits within two to three days for the investment made. And now it is also providing more profits.

It must be said that a movie like Kantara creating new records at the box office through word of mouth alone is a sensation. Especially in Telugu and North, this movie has not been promoted much. The film’s unit members started promotions only after the success. Still, the movie is making headlines with each other day passing.

In Telugu, it seems that this film, which has already given profits of up to 20 crores to producer Allu Aravind, has a chance to receive gross collections of up to 50 crores. Also, Kantara is getting ready to get more than 50 crores net in Hindi as well.

At this moment, the movie is getting good collections in other languages ​​too. If the weekends come, the collections are not decreasing even if big films are competing with Kantara because the audience is hooked to the movie.

So far Kantara has terrific running at the box office. The movie is collecting crores of money daily. Everywhere the screens have been increased for the movie and it is trending no1 in most states now. Vijay’s Varisu is currently in its filming stage and will be ready for release for Sankranti 2023. The film is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally and Dil Raju is backing the project this is the first time that Vamsi Paidipally is stepping into the Kollywood market.

Rashmika Mandanna will play the female lead in this big-budget action movie while SS Thaman will compose the music. Varisu is having strong competition during its release from both Kollywood as well as Tollywood biggies. Ajith’s Thunivu, Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya, Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy, so it’s not going to be easy for Varisu in the Sankranti race.

As we said earlier publicity is very important for any film, but overhyping everything is not good. Most of PR team is continuously hyping the business of Varisu. The audio rights price has been publicised as a record price of about 10Cr, but the reality is different and it’s said to be not even the record price in Vijay’s career.

The same goes for the other non-theatrical business also. The publicised figures are completely different from reality. Coming to the theatrical business the overseas deal is publicized as a record deal, but it’s the same price as recent Vijay and Rajinikanth movies which are priced at 35 Crores. There is no big margin here compared to previous movies.

In the USA the rights have been sold at 5 Crores but the PR team is publicizing it as 7.5 Crores and a Record Price. Not only that, but the PR team is also hyping the producers’ profits.

Now the team is publicizing that Varisu producers are in table profits at a big level like something never happened before. It is normal for any big movie that the producers will be in table profits before the release because of the hero and combo craze.

That’s why even for the films which will be outright disasters also the producers will make profits. Looks like the PR team of Hero Vijay is getting paid a huge amount to publicize in a big way about the film’s numbers.

Actress Rambha and her family met with a car accident

Actress Rambha met with a car accident recently while returning home after picking up her children from school. The accident happened in Toronto, Canada where the actress is settled after her marriage to Canada-based businessman Indhran Pathmanathan.

While everyone escaped the accident with minor injuries, her younger daughter Sasha has been admitted to the hospital. The actor shared about the same on Instagram and even asked her fans to pray for her daughter.

Rambha posted a picture of her damaged car which was hit by another car at an intersection. She also shared a picture of her daughter from the hospital bed. Chiranjeevi’s Godfather to stream on OTT from this date

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s hopes of scoring a massive blockbuster after the failure of Acharya came crashing down after Godfather continued its cold run at the box office. The political drama failed to take advantage of the festive season and even the weekend runs were pretty dull and this shocked the trade circles.

In many areas, the film’s 2 weeks share was less than the day 1 share of previous Chiranjeevi movies like Khaidhi. No.150 and Syeraa Narasimha Reddy. And what’s more surprising is the Godfather movie collected less than Mohanlal’s Lucifer.

The film also featured Satyadev and Nayanthara in key roles and it was released to mostly positive reviews. Chiranjeevi and Satyadev’s performance in particular was appreciated by many.

Now, Godfather is gearing up for its OTT release. The political action drama will release on Netflix on 19th November. As mentioned several times during promotions, Chiranjeevi’s Godfather is a more commercialized version of Mohanlal’s Malayalam Blockbuster ‘Lucifer’.

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu has picked up the pace the film’s unit has now resumed shooting of an action schedule at Ramoji Film City. The schedules were continuously delayed because of various reasons. But, finally a few days back a fresh schedule was started in Ramoji Film City with other cast and crew.

On Tuesday, Pawan Kalyan joined the shooting much to everyone’s glee. Both Krish and Pawan want to finish the movie as soon as possible. The Makers are planning to finish the Pawan Kalyan’s part at first later they shoot the remaining so that his political schedules can also be adjusted.

Krish is planning for a long schedule and finishing the majority of filming here. There are a lot of expectations for this project and Pawan and Krish are focussed on the best output. Krish feels they should not rush and give an unfinished product just for the sake of sticking to deadlines.

The music will be composed by MM Keeravani under Mega Surya Productions. Hari Hara Veera Mallu is a pan-India project and apart from Telugu will also release in Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi. Nidhi Agerwal will be seen alongside Pawan Kalyan in this prestigious project.

Akhil Akkineni’s Agent is the biggest budget film in tier-2 Heros. The team of Agent has released the teaser in July, in which the visuals and Action episodes looked so grand and the audience was stunned to see Akhil in a six-pack look.

The film budget is said to be more than 70 Crores. Seeing the craze around the movie, at one time the makers had quoted very huge prices for the movie and even distributors were interested but after the debacle of Liger, distributors changed their mindset.

They got a feeling that it will be risky to put huge amounts on a young and non-star hero. The agent was slated for Dussera release but due to multiple delays in the shooting, it got postponed.

Recently the makers of Agent surprised everyone by announcing that they are going to release the film for Sankranthi. As we know there are already two big star films and one dubbed film have been confirmed for the Sankranthi release, so due to the competition Agent will not get huge business offers and the theatrical business is expected to be in the range of 40 Crores in Telugu States.

But surprisingly producers still want to release Agent on Sankranthi only, maybe they are feeling it will do good in all languages especially in Hindi because Sankranthi season will not have any Hindi films in competition. By doing so they can easily recover the budget with the help of non-theatrical business.

Agent movie has Akhil Akkineni in the lead role, directed by Surender Reddy. Anil Sunkara is producing this movie under the AK Entertainments banner. Akhil, who got his first commercial hit in his career with Most Eligible Bachelor, worked hard for Agent.

The movie is being made as an Indian spy thriller. Sakshi Vaidya acted opposite Akhil in this movie. With Agent, Akhil is also looking to gain a pan-India image.

నిజానికి విడుదలకు ముందు సర్దార్ సినిమా పై ఎవరికీ పెద్దగా అంచనాలు లేకపోయినా, సినిమా చూసిన తర్వాత అందరికీ నచ్చింది. మొదటి రోజు నుంచి సర్దార్ కు మంచి టాక్ రావడంతో బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద కలెక్షన్ల వర్షం కురిపించింది.

Sardar is heading towards the 100Cr mark and solo highest for Karthi

Although Karthi is a Kollywood hero by name, this talented hero has established a market in Telugu as well and his movies are doing well in both languages. He is gradually increasing the market by releasing each of his films in Telugu as well.

Karthi recently came to the Tamil and Telugu audience with the movie ‘Sardar’. It got huge collections in both languages. Ponniyin Selvan joins the 500Cr club at the box office

Ponniyin Selvan has set the box office on fire in the last few weeks and emerged as one of the highest-grossing Indian movies of all time. Touted as Mani Ratnam’s dream project, the film did incredibly well in Tamil Nadu and did great numbers overseas regions as well.
