One more film in tollywood is getting re-released. This is the latest buzz in the industry. Orange directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar and starring Megapowerstar Ram Charan and Genelia will be released again according to the latest news.

Producer of this movie, Mega brother NagaBabu has confirmed this. Bommarillu Bhaskar is a maverick director who is a specialist in love stories. However, Orange bombed at the box office, probably because it was well ahead of times. It is by no means a perfect movie, but it has good moments with excellent music and colorful visuals.

Though the movie failed at box office, youth has been enjoying the film on various platforms. Some also feel that the movie should’ve got better response since it has good emotional content.

Probably the rerelease would be a better way to celebrate the movie as this kind of love stories are getting traction. It might be a contemporary subject for the current times than it was back then.

Thalapathy 67 is the hot topic now in Kollywood. This movie is the second one in the combination of Thalapathy Vijay and Director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Rumors are strongly waving that the film will be on the lines of Thalaiva Rajinikanth’s biggest hit, Baasha.

Pradeep Ranganathan’s Love Today has taken the box office by storm. After emerging as a blockbuster in Tamil Nadu, the film was released in Telugu states last week. The film received positive reviews and saw great occupancies and collections over the weekend.

The film collected Rs 2 crores on its opening day in Telugu. Looking at the current trends, the movie may end up collecting more than 15 crores in Telugu States which is a great return on investment for Dil Raju.

The film received widespread acclaim for its unique take on modern relationships and received great box office returns. It is now all set for its OTT release. Love Today will release on 2nd December on Netflix. This release will only be for the Tamil version and the other versions including Telugu will release for Christmas.

Makers deny the Adipurush postpone rumors and confirm the release date again

The makers of the movie AdiPurush starring Rebel Star Prabhas and Kriti Sanon based on Hindu epic Ramayana, have confirmed that the movie will be releasing next year itself. There were rumors that the movie will be postponed to 2024 and Prabhas movie with Prashanth Neel, Saalar will be releasing before Adipurush.

Putting end to this kind of rumors the producers of the movie have clarified that the release date would be 16th June 2023. As the teaser of this movie has got mixed feedback, the makers taking some more time to improve the visual effects.

This led to the postponement of the release of this movie to a further date from Sankranthi as initially planned.

Advanced technology in film making like animatronics have been used for this movie and the output has been criticized for lacking for the quality. Om Raut, the director of the movie, has clarified it that the final output will meet the audience’s expectations.

The film is being made on high budget of around 500 crores and is eying big on a massive box office success, especially in the North. Prabhas is also enjoying huge craze all over India and hence the best release date is being selected.

Postponing to 2024 would bring down the craze of the movie. Hence, a middle ground is sought here. June is also the perfect time for this kind of movies with universal appeal.
