Megastar Chiranjeevi’s new film Bhola Shankar is all set to be released on August 11th, I.e, this Friday. The film has probably the lowest buzz not only for a Chiranjeevi’s film, but even if we take the other films in consideration, it has weak hype. The film being a remake of 10-year-old Tamil film and the director, Meher Ramesh’s name has made the audiences to doubt about the film’s content. Also, the producers’ financial issues with his previous film’s distributor and the latest political turmoil raging because of the Chiranjeevi’s statements all have added to the negativity around Bhola Shankar.

Generally, Chiranjeevi is seen very active with the media interaction, and he makes the whole atmosphere of press meets filled with entertainment. However, it seems it is not the same case with Bhola Shankar, as he has skipped the press interviews and Q&A session for the film.

For his previous films like Waltair Veerayya, and God father Chiranjeevi had attended a lot of press interviews, Q&A sessions with the press and young directors, but this time he skips this entire process. Maybe he would have thought that the press will ask some unnecessary questions which are related to politics and remake films, so avoided them altogether.

Bhola Shankar is slated to be released worldwide on August 11. Directed by Meher Ramesh, the film is a remake of the Tamil blockbuster Vedalam. Keerthy Suresh plays the role of Chiranjeevi’s sister in the movie, which is set against the backdrop of Kolkata, banking on brother and sister relationship and Tamannaah plays the female lead. Sushant plays a key role. Anil Sunkara has produced the film on the AK Entertainments banner.

Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer’ is scheduled for a grand worldwide release tomorrow, the 10th of August. Meanwhile, the superstar has taken off to his favorite place, the serene Himalayas. Rajinikanth stated during his arrival at Chennai airport that he had been unable to visit the Himalayas for the past four years because of various reasons, including the pandemic.

Rajinikanth recently left for the Himalayas ahead of his film release. On August 10, we know that his much-awaited film ‘Jailer’ will be released in the theaters. Nelson Dilipkumar’s directorial marks the veteran actor’s return to the silver screen after a two year gap. When interacting with journalists, a question that drew everyone’s attention was the outcome of ‘Jailer’. Rajinikanth, with his trademark laughter, humbly stated that the film has turned out well. Also, he opted out of giving his opinion and urged the audience to share their reviews of the film instead.

As Rajinikanth embarks on his journey to his favorite place, the mystic Himalayas, fans look forward to the release of ‘Jailer’ and they cannot control excitement for his next movie, tentatively titled ‘Thalaivar 171’. Which will be directed by TJ Gnanavel.

While the film, Jailer, is all set to take the biggest opening for a Kollywood film in this year thanks to superb advance bookings. The trade circles are expecting that Jailer will cross 80 Crores gross on its opening day, which no one would have expected from Rajini at this stage of his career.

The story does not end there as comedian and producer Bandla Ganesh Aldo announces another re-release of Gabbar Singh as a birthday gift for the fans.

A famous journalist had tweeted that what would be the best possible date and occasion for the re-release of Gabbar Singh. To which Bandla Ganesh replied through his tweet as “On September 2, Power star range will be once again shown through Gabbar Singh”.

After that, Naga Babu took to his official Twitter account and tweeted “Mark your calendars for August 31st and September 1st, as we proudly announce the re-release of the iconic movie “Gudumba Shankar” in theaters. Every rupee generated from ticket sales during these dates will be dedicated to the Janasena party fund, echoing our successful contributions from the proceeds of “Jalsa” and “Orange.” Stay tuned for the forthcoming reveal of the official poster, an exciting glimpse into this momentous event. Your participation will play a vital role in supporting the Janasena party’s mission.”

Now we will have to wait and see whether one of these two films will avoid competition or two films will get re released as per the plans.

While yesterday evening Prabhas’s Yogi and Dhanush’s Raghuvaran B Tech were announced to be re released, now the comedy blockbuster DJ Tillu will be brought to the Telugu audience once again.

The three films, Yogi, Raghuvaran B Tech and DJ Tillu will be released again in theaters on August 18th. On that day, there are no notable releases from Tollywood. So the makers are trying to cash the advantage and bringing these three films.

Dj Tillu is one of the sensational movies of Tollywood in the recent past. It’s comedy, plot twists, Siddharth Jonnalagadda’s acting and attitude as DJ Tillu were praiseworthy. These elements made the film a clean blockbuster.

Tillu Square, the sequel to the blockbuster movie DJ Tillu (2022) also has a good craze around it. The film was initially almost fixed to be released on the Independence Weekend in August, but later it got postponed to September and the release date got changed to October 6th finally. After a gap of nearly four years, director Srinu Vaitla is all set to re-enter the film industry. It is reported that he is going to make a film in his favorite genre, comedy. Director Srinu Vaitla was once the care of address for consecutive success. He was known as a trendsetter in directors with films like Anandam, Dhee, Dubai Seenu, Ready and Dookudu.

Srinu Vaitla’s bad time started with Aagadu. Starring Mahesh Babu in the lead role, the film turned out to be a disaster. Thereafter, he made Bruce Lee, Mister, and Amar Akbar Anthony. With these failures, he took a break from films for nearly four years.

Though the sequel to his earlier blockbuster, Dhee was announced with Manchu Vishnu, the shooting of the film was stopped even before it started. Srinu Vaitla, who has shelved the Dhee sequel, is reportedly making efforts to make another film with an out-and-out entertainment storyline. There are reports that Gopichand will be playing the lead role in the film. Gopi Mohan is reportedly working on the story for the film.

It is learned that Srinu Vaitla, who has already met Gopichand, has told him the main line of the story. Hero Gopichand also liked it, and he gave the green signal to the film. It is reported that the final version of the script is currently being prepared. So the official announcement regarding the film is likely to be made soon.

Producer Anil Sunkara’s difficulties were expected to be solved with Bhola Shankar’s film. The producer has lost many crores of rupees due to the film Agent. In this process, a distributor has filed a case against Anil Sunkara.

However, the controversy between AK Entertainments and Vizag Gayathri Satish had taken a new turn. Gayatri Satish’s case turned into a forgery case. The AK Entertainments had found that the documents submitted by Gayatri Satish to the court were forged documents. They even had found out that they were forged documents and had also applied to the Truth Lab (Fact-Finding) Department for the report. Now, the distributor, Gayatri Satish gives counter on Agent Producer Anil Sunkara for spreading forgery rumors.

He released a press note saying I indeed he has paid 30 Crores money to Anil Sunkara and acquired the distribution rights of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka States. But AK Entertainments breached the agreement and gave the rights only for Vizag area. When he tried to contact the producer’s office, he was informed that the film, Agent, became a big disaster.

So they assured him of compensation and even provided an undertaking letter. After taking the letter, Gayatri Satish believed he will get his money back. AK Entertainments also gave him the rights to the recent blockbuster Samajavaragamana, but Gayatri Satish could recover only some amount of his losses.

However, after him not receiving rights of Bhola Shankar, Gayatri Satish filed a petition on Anil Sunkara. As said above, Anil Sunkara and team alleged that Gayatri Satish had used forged documents. Now Gayatri Satish gives counter to Anil Sunkara and he stated that he will arrange an official press meet after the court verdict on Wednesday evening, i.e, today.

Official: Guntur Kaaram prepones the release date

It’s official! The release date of Superstar Mahesh Babu’s action entertainer Guntur Kaaram has been preponed. The film was scheduled to release on January 13th as per original plans but will now hit the screens a day earlier on January 12th. The latest poster from the movie wishing Mahesh for his birthday featured the new release date much to fan’s excitement.

Guntur Kaaram is planned for January 13th release but there are reports of Prabhas’ Project K being out of the Sankranti release. So the makers are keen on Guntur Kaaram releasing a day earlier and hitting the screens on Jan 12th. Another Sankranti release will be Chiranjeevi- Kalyan Krishna’s film which is planned for Jan 13 Release next year.

Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Guntur Kaaram marks the third collaboration between him and Superstar Mahesh Babu after Athadu and Khaleja. The project is being produced under the Haarika and Hassine Creations banner. The film also stars Sreeleela and Meenakshi Choudhary who will be sharing the screen with Mahesh for the first time.
