Kamal Haasan’s next: Not Indian 3

0

Kamal Haasan has faced a massive setback in the form of Indian 2. There were huge expectations from this project especially with Shankar and Kamal collaborating after 28 long years. Unfortunately, the film is on its way to become an all-time disaster in bother the director and actor’s careers.

Indian 2 was initially planned as a standalone film but now, Indian 3 is queued up next. Shankar felt the story of Senapathy can’t be summarised in 1 part hence part 3 was announced as well.

Initially, Indian 2 and Indian 3 were planned as back 2 back releases in a very quick time. But now the result of Indian 2 has forced the makers to delay Indian 3. In this gap, Kamal Haasan will be releasing another film- Maniratnam’s ‘Thuglife’.

Coming to Indian 3, only 25 days of shoot is pending and the total shoot is expected to be completed by August with post-production works planned simultaneously. The film is expected to hit screens this year-end.

The Rise and Fall of Allu Arjun

0

A few months ago, Allu Arjun was the talk of the town with his National Award victory. This win for Best Actor for Pushpa made him the first Telugu hero to win the prestigious honour and made every Tollywood fan proud.

Fast forward to a few months later, Allu Arjun’s brand has taken a major hit and he has faced severe negativity from his own fans and movie lovers in general. It started with his decision to campaign for the YSRCP Nandyal candidate. His public appearance with the local MLA hurt several mega fans who were actively working for Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena Party. Allu Arjun faced severe heat for his decision to make a public appearance for YSRCP candidate.

And now, his actions have attracted negativity on a professional level as well. Everyone is blaming the Icon Star for forcing Sukumar and not giving enough freedom to the director. It has to be noted that it was Sukumar who changed the career of Allu Arjun with Pushpa and Pushpa 2 is the most awaited film at the moment. But still, Allu Arjun is pressuring Sukumar for release dates.

Interestingly, Prabhas never did this when Nag Ashwin spent years of his peak time for Kalki. He did not involve himself with these release timings and gave full freedom to the director. The same goes for Ram Charan who has been quite patient for Game Changer. A lot of issues and delays have happened for Game Changer but Ram Charan never raised a concern about Shankar. The industry people and audience are now blaming Allu Arjun for this fiasco and asking him to follow the example of Prabhas and Ram Charan.

Apart from Pushpa 2, Allu Arjun is committing other professional mistakes of backing out on a committed film with Trivikram. He initially signed a project with Trivikram but set that aside and brought Atlee on board after Jawan’s success. Unfortunately, Atlee film got shelved and now the Pushpa actor is back to Trivikram. All these actions are damaging Allu Arjun’s image.

Can Indian 3 be a blockbuster?

0

Indian 2 directed by Shankar is heading towards a big disaster. The film stars Kamal Haasan reprising his Senapathy role again from Indian. The film received poor and negative reviews after the release and continued the same momentum till today. What is concerning is that film has one more part in the line up of Indian series i.e., Indian 3. Can Indian 3 become a blockbuster is the most trending question everywhere now.

For any part in the line up its prequel must engage the audience to wait for the next part. But Indian 2 here becoming a disaster has become a big concern for Indian 3. This naturally makes the audience to not visit the theatre for watching Indian 3. But Indian 3 is getting a good applause from the audience who saw Indian 2. They liked the trailer of Indian 3 which was played at the end of Indian 2. Paara/Souraa song was featured in the trailer as well and Kamal Haasan too said many times that he was waiting for Indian 3 instead of Indian 2. This also means that Kamal Haasan was hinting about the good content present in Indian 3.

Indian 3 would have good chances of becoming a hit if the team takes proper care of the content at least now. If the film gets a good talk then audience will definitely watch the film as they were disappointed and not okay with the content of Indian 2. This would also cover up some loss with Indian 2. Let’s see what happens now.

Allu Arjun has been maintaining the beard look of Pushpa ever since the shoot but he removed it to eveyone’s shock. Allu Arjun was spotted have a normal look at an airport and also in a flight. This new look has sparked a controversy and rumours as well.

Allu Arjun’s new look is now trending on social media. As Allu Arjun trimmed his beard, netizens have started telling that something was not okay between Allu Arjun and Director Sukumar. Pushpa 2’s shoot has not gone on a right path since the beginning. Recently The film postponed its release date from 15th August to Dec 6th as well. There are rumours about Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s relationship as well.

Industry circles say that Allu Arjun wants to finish the shoot as soon as possible but Sukumar was not comprising about the output of the film. Now, with Allu Arjun taking off his beard, they feel that Allu Arjun has taken a decision against sukumar. They also feel that the new release date of Pushpa 2 may also be pushed to some other date.

Shankar’s Game Changer can still become a blockbuster

Indian 2 which released recently is heading towards a big disaster. The film has completely crashed on Monday and it looks unable to recover from now on. Fans and Audience completely got disappointed with the way Shankar handled Indian 2 and Kamal Haasan’s character Senapathy in the film. They also are not sure of Shankar’s proper direction for his upcoming film, Game Changer starring Ram Charan. They fear that Game Changer too end up having the same result of Indian 2. But Game Changer can still become a blockbuster for few reasons. Let’s see why.

Shankar wrote story himself for all his films. The only story he made without his involvement was Nanban, released as Snehitudu in Telugu. This was a remake of 3 Idiots. Now, Shankar, for the first time is directing a film written by someone else who happens to be Karthik Subbaraj, a popular Tamil Director who had written Game Changer starring Ram Charan. Karthik Subbaraj originally wanted to make Game Changer but later supplied the story to Shankar feeling he would do justice to it. This was even stated by Shankar once.

So Mega Fans can be hopeful of a positive outcome for Game Changer even with Indian 2 becoming a disaster. As many feel Shankar has become outdated, Karthik Subbaraj’s factor may help Game Changer. Moreover, Dil Raju is also the producer of the film. So, there are less chances of Game Changer becoming close to Indian 2 in the box office result. Indian 2 is really a set back for Shankar and we must hope that Game Changer will do the different for him. Third part in Indian series, Indian 3 is also set for release before Game Changer.

Nani’s Dasara, Hi Nanna Great Triumph With Record Nominations At SIIMA And FilmFare Awards

Natural Star Nani is one of the most bankable stars who is constantly delivering hits to blockbusters. Particularly, his last two movies- Dasara and Hi Nanna were sensational hits. Despite being made on a high budget Dasara turned out to be one of the biggest hits in 2023, besides winning the appreciation of critics and audience alike. Hi Nanna was also a commercial hit and it was highly accoladed for the content, performances, and technical finesse.

Interim, Nani’s Dasara and Hi Nanna received many nominations at SIIMA and FilmFare Awards. While Hi Nanna was nominated for 10 SIIMA awards and 9 FilmFare Awards, Dasara received 11 nominations at SIIMA and 8 nominations at FilmFare Awards.

NTR and Ram Charan: Same Position

0

There is huge anticipation for NTR and Ram Charan’s next projects Devara and Game Changer. Both these films have been on sets for quite some time and will be hitting the screens in the coming months.

After RRR, when NTR announced Devara with Koratala siva and Ram Charan announced Game Changer with Shankar everyone thought Ram Charan selected the better combination. This was largely due to Shankar’s project being a pan-India film while Koratala Siva had just delivered with Acharya.

Now with the disastrous result of Indian 2, Shankar is also in a similar place as Koratala was with Acharya. Now NTR and Ram Charan are both in similar positions as both previous director films bombed at the Box office and there are heavy expectations on their next despite delays.

Game Changer also stars Kiara Advani with Thaman composing the music while Devara co-stars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan with Anirudh handling the music. Devara will be released in 2 parts with the first film hitting the screens on 27th September 2024.

Amongst all the top heroes of Tollywood, Prabhas filmography is one of the most impressive ones. After the massive success of Salaar and Kalki, he will be next seen Salaar 2, Kalki 2, Hanu Raghavapudi project, Raja Saab and the much-awaited Spirit with Sandeep Reddy Vanga. All these projects are highly anticipated ones due to Prabhas’ characterization.

Interestingly, he will be playing a police and a soldier in his upcoming projects. The Rebel Star has so far not played the roles of police or a soldier in his career. It has been a long demand of fans to see him in uniform as he suits well for these roles. In Sandeep Vanga’s Spirit, Prabhas will be playing a police officer role and Hanu Raghavapudi’s film Fauji, will see him in a soldier role.

The Rebel Star has a packed schedule so far. His next theatrical release will be Maruthi’s Raja Saab. For the next couple of years, he will be occupied with the filming of Salaar 2, Kalki 2, Spirit and Fauji.

Game Changer: Continuous Leaks

0

Ram Charan’s much-awaited Game Changer has faced constant delays and obstacles much to the frustration of the mega fans. Apart from the title reveal long back and the first single ‘Jaragandi’ nothing much has been revealed officially causing great agony to the fans. Even the first single wasn’t received well with netizens criticising Thaman’s compositions and Prabhu Deva’s choreography.

As if the delays were not enough, the makers are facing another major challenge in the form of leaks from the sets. Right from the beginning, the shooting scenes are continuously leaking. Even the first single ‘Jaragandi’ was leaked way ahead of its official release Ram Charan’s look and several shooting videos have also surfaced online in recent times.

And now, a song bit and an airport scene have leaked online and trending on the internet. Since most of the Game Changer shoot is happening in outdoor schedules and not in private sets, the makers are unable to control these leaks. The team needs to be careful as these leaks can create negativity.

Meanwhile, Shankar is in a big dilemma about whether to release Indian 3 or Game Changer next. Before the Indian 2 release, it was certain that Game Changer would be the next release. But now that Indian 2 has a big disaster talk, there is a big question in trade circles on the next release of Shankar.
