Shah Rukh Khan is in the best phase of his career with scoring back to back blockbusters with Pathaan and Jawan. Almost after a decade, he showed his super stardom and enthralled his fans. While Pathaan was released in January, Jawan released in September. Hid next film, Dunki is slated for this year’s Christmas release but despite Shah Rukh Khan’s confirmation, the industry is still speculating Dunki’s postponement.

Somehow the rumors about Dunki’s postponement have been happening continuously, Shah Rukh ukh Khans recently stated in Jawan’s success meet that Dunki will be released as per the announced date and there will be no postponements. But still, along with the Hindi film industry, all other industry’s people are believing Dunki will be postponed.

Even Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s Salaar team believed in this news and this was the main reason that they have informed the distributors that they will be arriving at the same date. Now we need to see how this issue finally ends and when will the film, Dunki will be released.

Dunki marks Shah Rukh Khan, Rajkumar Hirani, and Taapsee’s first collaboration. As per the reports, Vicky Kaushal and Dharmendra will also play key roles in the film. Talking about it, Shah Rukh had earlier said at a press event, “God has been very kind we have had Pathaan. God has been even kinder with Jawan and I always say this. We started on January 26, Republic Day (with Pathaan), it’s a good auspicious day. On Janmashtami, on Krishnajis birthday, we released this film (Jawan).”

“Now New Year and Christmas are around the corner, we will release Dunki. I keep National integration. Anyway, when my film is released, it is EID. I’m working hard, I’m working harder than I worked in the last 29 years. I will keep working hard because now I’m the happiest when people get happy after watching the film,” he also added.

Salaar’s postponement has sparked off a massive chain reaction across all industries. By postponing one date there has been a huge mess in Telugu releases. Multiple films have changed their release date, and even the overseas distributors had to make heavy last minute adjustments as the premiers were called off.

While Salaar makers have not announced a new release date officially, Hindi distributors reportedly have been hinted by the makers that Salaar will now release on 22nd December. Now, 6 Telugu films are announced for release at the same time. These movies include Venkatesh’s Saindhav, Nani’s Hi Nanna, and Nithiin’s Extraordinary Man. Along with these, there are a few more small films, and all films will now be impacted despite blocking their dates well in advance

There is a lot of confusion in the trade circles and Hombale Films are still not making any official announcement nor interacting with their distributors regarding Salaar’s release date. The Telugu producers are very unhappy with this behaviour of Hombale Films.

Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth who is called as Thalaivar by his countless fans, is back on his track with the success of his blockbuster film “Jailer” directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Directed by P Vasu, ‘Chandramukhi 2’ stars Raghava Lawrence, Kangana Ranaut, Vadivelu, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Lakshmi Menon, Srushti Dange, Mithun Shyam, Mahima Nambiar, Vignesh, Ravi, Suresh Menon, and Subiksha Krishnan. The music for the movie is composed by MM Keeravani and Chandramukhi 2 is being released by Sri Lakshmi Movies banner in both Telugu states.

This high-budget film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages on September 28th.

Animal is one of the most awaited films of Bollywood. The film is directed by is Sandeep Vanga, and Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika will appear in the main roles. Popular producer and distributor Dil Raju has cracked an excellent deal for the theatrical rights for the film in all Telugu languages. Dil Raju is reported to have acquired the rights worth Rs 15 crores.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga has superb brand in Telugu states and In Nizam Hindi movies work well as they have a traditional market, especially in Hyderabad city. Animal movie’s Telugu states rights bought by Dil Raju for 15Cr which is excellent deal and safe price as well. If the movie opens with positive word of mouth then definitely with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s brand the film has potential to collect 50Cr gross in Telugu states and achieve massive profits at the box office.

Other prominent roles in the film are played by Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. The makers today released the character poster of Bobby Deol naming him as “ANIMAL KA ENEMY”. The teaser for Animal, which will be released on September 28th, is the focus of all eyes. In this action film, Ranbir Kapoor is said to have played the role of a cop and son of a gangster. Animal is produced by T-Series Films and Bhadrakali Pictures.

The release date for Animal is December 1st in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

These movies even failed to do good theatrical business resulting in crores of loss for Anil Sunkara. While disasters are common for anyone in the film industry, experiencing two back to back colossal disasters has created massive damage.

Right now, the industry buzz is that Mahesh Babu and Anil Ravipudi who earlier teamed up with Anil Sunkara for Sarileru Neekevvaru will join hands under 14 Reels Entertainment. The film is being planned to be shot in quite a short duration and Anil Ravipudi is ready to complete the film in 3-4 months. It was Mahesh’s Dookudu which gave 14 Reels Entertainment its first blockbuster so both Mahesh and Anil go long back.

If the film works out, it will help Anil Sunkara to come out of financial hurdles; but this needs to be okay with Rajamouli too. Since Mahesh has committed his next with the ace director, the Anil Ravipudi project mustn’t interfere with Rajamouli’s action adventure. Though the official announcement from the makers of Salaar is still pending, it is almost certain that the film will be released on December 22nd, as the wife of Prashanth Neel indirectly confirmed by saying this December will never be the same.

Salaar has become one of the most hyped films of recent times. Prashanth Neel, who is known for the KGF franchise, is the director of the film, which has been surrounded by massive expectations among the fans and trade.

It is widely known that the first trailer of the film, Skanda of Ram Pothineni and Boyapati Sreenu had failed to meet the expectations. Today the makers unveiled the release trailer, and it is very much impressive with showcasing Ram like never before avatar with immense mass screen presence.

The trailer begins with a voice over that praises the goodness of a person who is probably imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. Thereafter, Ram enters, and he looked dynamic throughout in the trailer that features high-octane stunt sequences. The character’s nature is portrayed through Ram’s rugged look and powerful dialogue delivery.

Overall, the release trailer of Skanda is a power-packed one that delivers the much-needed excitement for the film. Boyapati Sreenu’s powerful direction shines by showcasing Ram at his action-packed best. Also, Thaman’s background score induces the goosebumps.

The movie’s songs have composed by S Thaman. Srinivasaa Chitturi produced Skanda under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen, making it the most expensive movie for Ram. Then the most important segment of the show, Nominations,, started. This time bigg boss came up with a new concept, were the contestants told to nominate two contestants before the jury in 5 rounds. A contestant who has been nominated twice was declared invalid for other nominations. Shivaji, Sandeep were the jury members.

Prince Yawar nominated Priyanka and Teja, and the jury accepted the nomination of Priyanka. Subhashree nominated Rathika and Amardeep and the jury accepted Rathika’s nomination. Gautam nominated Yawar and Teja and during the process, Yawar got very aggressive on Gautam.

Shivaji then scolded Yawar for coming out from his place and not listening to anyone’s words. Shivaji felt that the reasons cited by Gautam were very silly, but he and the jury decided to nominate Yawar for his bad behavior.

Gautam and Shivaji also had a few arguments and where the latter felt that Shivaji was being biased as a member of the jury. Finally, bigg boss said the jury cannot nominate the contestants based on their behavior and the jury removed the photo of Yawar from the nominations. The nominations are still to continue tomorrow

Baahubali producer is not happy with Prabhas statue in Mysore

Prabhas’ recently unveiled statue at a wax museum in Mysore has received great criticism from fans and well-wishers. The statue has absolutely no resemblance to the ‘Rebel Star’ and many fans are requesting the authorities to remove it from display. The statue is in a Baahubali get up which is the only way of recognizing it is his statue.

Meanwhile, Baahubali producer Shobu Yarlagadda has also taken notice of this matter and said that this is not an officially licensed work. He further added that he would take necessary action to get the statue removed. As a producer of Baahubali, all the rights of the characters, story, and other elements lie with Shobu and without his explicit permission, no commercial activity can be done involving the Baahubali franchise.

Prabhas already has a statue at Madame Tussauds in Bangkok. He is the first south Indian actor to have a statue at the prestigious wax museum. For creating that statue, all the necessary permissions and measurements were taken as per protocol. It needs to be seen what step Shobu Yarlagadda takes now.
