0

Vishal and Sai Dhanshika are getting ready for their marriage soon. The actors just got engaged on August 29, 2025, which happens to be Vishal’s birthday too. They originally set this date for their wedding, but the actor decided to delay it for a reason.

What led Vishal to postpone his marriage with Sai Dhanshika?

After his engagement ceremony, Vishal chatted with the media and shared that he plans to tie the knot only after finishing the Nadigar Sangam’s office building.

He expressed, ‘I’m celebrating my last birthday as a solo man.’ This morning, Sai Dhanshika and I got engaged to each other. Thanks to your support, I’m now engaged to Sai Dhanshika. This is Vishal’s final birthday as a chronic bachelor.”

“If you look at the building behind me, you can see the place we have waited for 9 years; now we are going to wait for another 2 months, and it will be completed. At first, we planned to tie the knot on my birthday, but I told Dhanshika to hold off until the building opens, and she was cool with it.

He said that it’s high time for the Nadigar Sangam building to get some love, plus he’s lucky enough to have found his lifelong partner.

Vishal mentioned, “I’ve already secured a venue for our wedding. As soon as the building is inaugurated, we’ll settle on a date.”

Kotha Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra Review: An Interesting Ride With Some Roadblocks

0

Movie Name: Kotha Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra
Rating: 2.75/5
Cast:
Kalyani Priyadarshan, Naslen, Arun Kurian, Sandy, and Others
Director: Dominic Arun
Produced By:
 Wayfarer Films
Release Date: 29th August 2025

Kotha Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra is the Telugu dubbed version of the Malayalam movie Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra, which released in theaters on July 28 as an Onam special. It is India’s first superheroine-led cinematic universe and was well received by both reviewers and viewers.

The film, which was directed by Dominic Arun and produced by Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films, features Kalyani Priyadarshan as Chandra, a formidable warrior with roots in Indian mythology, folklore, and culture. Let us check whether it lived up to the expectations or not in our review.

Story:

A mystery woman with extraordinary abilities named Chandra (Kalyani Priyadarshan) relocates from Sweden to Bangalore and begins working at a cafe, but only at night. Sunny (Naslen), a young man without a job, resides in the apartment across from Chandra’s apartment with his two friends, Venu and Naijil.

A mafia group involved in human organ theft collaborates closely with police inspector Nachiyappa Gowda (Sandy) and his superior officer. The remainder of the movie focuses on how Chandra and Nachiyappa meet, how Sunny and Chandra’s relationship changed over time, and Chandra’s past.

Performances:

Kalyani Priyadarshan performs admirably and looks suitable in the character of Chandra from the world of Lokah. Naslen steals the show. He does a fantastic job portraying Sunny, and he does the humorous parts with ease.

Chandu Salimkumar lends good support in the fun scenes throughout the movie. Sandy fits perfectly in the part of a bad police officer. When he transforms into something more menacing, his act is horrifying.

Analysis:

The opening phrase of “Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra,” directed by Dominic Arun, is, “All legends have an element of truth.” He presented the intriguing question, “What if the legends in our folklore are still living among us?” in an innovative and amusing way.

The initial episodes provide the perfect intrigue for the rest of the film. The fun scenes between Naslen and his gang with Kalyani also work well. The mystery around Kalyani’s character is maintained rightly, and a couple of thrilling scenes have the required adrenaline rush.

The second half is also packed with many proceedings, but it stumbles with a stretched feel at a few places. Also, the organ trafficking part and Kalyani’s track should have been interlinked with more intensity. Most of the time, the lead character runs to save her life, which is a reverse idea to the regular superhero films.

Of course, the director had his reasons to do so, as he was introducing all the characters from a big universe, he did not have the liberty to present some scenes/characters fully.

Positives:

  • Interesting Plot/Setup
  • Chandra’s Backstory
  • Couple of Fights/Thrills
  • Fun Parts

Negatives:

  • Not So Strong Villains
  • A Mishandled Star Cameo
  • Some Repetitive/Stretched Moments in the Second Half

Kotha Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra Movie Review and Verdict:

Director Dominic Arun makes Kotha Lokah (Lokah Chapter 1) with an interesting setup. The intriguing sequences and a perfect backstory, along with nicely included humor parts, and technical efforts work well for the film. The slow pace and some repetitive/ineffective moments work against it. Still, it is a decent watch.

Param Sundari Movie Review: An Ordinary Romantic Entertainer

0

Movie Name: Param Sundari
Rating: 2.5/5
Cast:
Sidarth Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Rajeev Khandelwal, Manjot Singh, and Others
Director: Tushar Jalota
Produced By:
 Maddock Films
Release Date: 29th August 2025

The latest romantic entertainer from Bollywood is Param Sundari. With Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra in the key roles, this movie has attracted a lot of attention from viewers thanks to its superhit songs. Today, the Tushar Jalota-directed film is out in theaters. Let us find out how this film has turned out in our review.

Story:

Param is portrayed by Sidharth Malhotra, and he’s the son of a well-off businessman named Sanjay Kapoor. Param dreams of being a successful entrepreneur, so he starts several businesses but doesn’t quite make it like his dad did. One day, someone tells him to check out a dating app called ‘Find My Soulmate,’ so he hops on a trip to Kerala to meet Sundari (Janhvi Kapoor), whom he thinks is his soulmate. The rest of the tale focuses on how this adventure transformed Param’s and Sundari’s lives.

Performances:

Sidharth Malhotra appeared nice, but there is nothing tough with his character, and he does not even enhance the scenes with his acting skills. The actor did an all right job overall.

Janhvi Kapoor adds her own flair to Sundari’s character, and she nails a few moments with her passion and acting skills. Sanjay Kapoor cracks a few jokes in the second half, and Manjot Singh and the rest fit right in.

Analysis:

Director Tushar Jalota goes all out to make Param Sundari as a nod to the classic Bollywood romance films. The story and conflict were solid enough to make a timeless film, but he missed the mark.

Sachin-Jigar’s soundtrack grabs your attention from the very first scene. All the songs sound impressive, and the beautiful visuals of Kerala amp up the experience. The Paradesiya track really stands out and looks wonderful on the big screen.

While Param Sundari delivers a charming album, that’s perfect for romantic comedies, it misses the deeper feelings that would make it memorable as a full-length film. The director kept things simple, even during the heated parts, which makes the emotional impact a bit mixed.

Only a handful of scenes hit the mark, like the opening moments with the hero and heroine and those funny parts after the break where the hero tries to charm both the heroine and the locals. These all come in bits and pieces and do not pack a punch.

When the hero comes clean about his true intentions of getting involved with the leading lady, leaving her heartbroken, one would expect that there will be a solid reason for the heroine to accept him. However, surprisingly, after a few moments, she embraces his love.

Things wrap up so fast at the end that it does not dive deep into the emotions, which takes away from the overall effect. If the emotions had packed more punch, Param Sundari might have been a great film.

Positives:

  • Music
  • A Few Crucial Scenes Between Sidharth Malhotra – Janhvi Kapoor
  • Comedy Scenes Here And There

Negatives:

  • Plain Screenplay
  • Weak Emotions
  • Intensity Missing In Romance Portions

Param Sundari Movie Review and Verdict:

Param Sundari has one of the best albums out lately, packed with some fun and romantic moments. Honestly, it does not deliver as a romance movie and barely meets basic expectations.
