YouTuber fires on Manchu Vishnu

Manchu Vishnu and Youtubers’ clash has taken another turn with YouTuber King Chandrahas coming up and speaking openly about threats and strikes being orchestrated on several channels by the actor.

Earlier last week, Manchu Vishnu’s production house 24 Frames Factory had to release a statement saying they have no hand in blackmailing Youtubers for making positive videos about Kannappa. Several YouTubers had received e-mails from 24 Frame Factory demanding positive videos for Kanappa in return of releasing strikes on their channels.

24 Frames Factory released a statement in a press note saying they have nothing to do with this issue and that the e-mail was not from their official account. The note further read that some forces were trying to “derail the noble causes of Vishnu Manchu.”

Meanwhile, YouTuber King Chandrahas has claimed that these claims by Manchu Vishnu’s production house are false and that he has all the proof, call recordings, and other material that show the MAA President’s direct involvement in the issue. He has claimed that he will expose everything with proofs on his channel soon.

Vikram’s Thangalaan censor report

Vikram’s upcoming film, Thangalaan directed by Pa. Ranjith is scheduled for release on August 15th. The film has completed the shoot and the censor formalities have also been completed. Thangalaan’s censor report is out and the film has a duration of 156 minutes which is 2 hours and 26 minutes.

Thangalaan meaning the Son of Gold saw only few cuts from the censor board. The film is all set to go now. The trailer of the film has already been released and received good response from the audience. This is also Vikram’s first collaboration with Pa. Ranjith who is known for making realistic films effectively. Vikram is eyeing to score a proper hit as he is missing a solo success for years. His last hit was Ponniyin Selvan series which was a big budgeted multi-starrer and directed by Mani Ratnam as well.

Thangalaan has good chances to become a hit if the content holds well. Actor Vikram is also said to utter no words in the film. Pa. Ranjith’s previous film, Sarpatta Parambarai starring Arya received rave reviews for its content and the peformances of several actors. Now, Thangalaan may even join the list if Pa. Ranjith lives up to the expectations.

Kiran Abbavaram’s marriage date is locked

Tollywood Actor, Kiran Abbavaram is currently busy in his marriage preparations. The Actor’s engagement ceremony too has already happened. He will be marrying his co-star Rahasya Gorak who rose to fame with her performance in Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru. The couple went into a relationship from then. Kiran Abbavaram’s marraige date is locked and would happen on 22nd August.

The Actor will be tying the knot in the state of Kerala. Arrangements are being done as well. Some Tollywood celebrities and technicians will attend the ceremony as well. The Actor hasn’t scored a big hit yet. All his previous films have flopped at the box office. But the Actor is still trying to test his luck. He even locked a big budgeted film titled KA recently.

KA’s first look was also released. This film will be directed by a duo, Sujith and Sandeep under the production of Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy. Sam C.S. will also be composing the music for the film. The Actor is eyeing to score a proper hit with this film. He will completely concentrate on the film after the marriage activities. So, let’s see how the film comes out. KA will either release by the end of this year or opt for next year.

Sai Dharam Tej was the first choice for Prema Kavali

Prema Kavali starring Aadi Sai Kumar became a smashing hit. The film’s album was also a chartbuster composed by Anup Rubens. Prema Kavali was directed by Vijaya Bhaskar. It was also the debut of Aadi Sai Kumar who continued doing many films afterwards. Now, an intersting thing was revealed by Vijay Bhaskar that Sai Dharam Tej, Nephew of Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan was the first choice for Prema Kavali. This has surprised everyone.

Vijay Bhaskar was speaking at the event of his upcoming film, Usha Parinayam where he revealed this. He also said that Pawan Kalyan was supposed to be the producer for this film as well but things didn’t materialize properly. Sai Dharam Tej then collaborated with Y.V.S. Chowdary for Rey which was supposed to be his debut. But due to Rey’s release issues, Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham released first and became his debut film.

It is surely surprising to listen to this news. Prema Kavali would have been a good launch for Sai Dharam Tej indeed. But anyways he got the blessings of his uncle and Mega fans which made him sustain till now. He recently met with an accident and recovered from it as well. Currently, he is working for SDT18 directed by Rohith KP.

Kamal Haasan’s Thug Life: Sankranthi release

Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam’s upcoming film, Thug Life shoot is happening at a brisk pace. The film also stars Simbu and Trisha playing pivotal roles. The film was originally planned to arrive this year on Diwali but now stands postponed to next year. Thug Life will release in the Sankranthi season next year as confirmed by the makers.

Ajith starrer, Good Bad Ugly was also confirmed as a Sankranthi release as of now. This will be a good season as it can accommodate two or more films. Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam are uniting for a film after 37 years. Their last film was Nayakan which was a blockbuster and also earned a National Award for Kamal Haasan. Now, there will be a natural excitement from fans and audiences.

Mani Ratnam recently tasted success with his Ponniyin Selvan series. The series became big hit in Tamil but flopped in all the other languages. So, the Sankranthi season may work out well for Thug Life in Tamil but it will be difficult for it to find theatres in Telugu States as Sankranthi Season will mostly be occupied by Telugu films. Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara has already been confirmed. Many other Telugu films will also eye the season so Thug Life has to release on some other date.

Shock to Dhanush: Tamil film producers strike on remuneration

Tamil Film Producers have given a big shock to Tamil Actor, Dhanush. The Producers council has passed a resolution for calling off of Dhanush’s current films. It alleged that Dhanush was not going forward with the production houses he took advance from and instead doing other films. They also staged a strike on the remuneration of the actors. This will definitely be an embarrassing situation for Dhanush.

The film Producers council has also made some more resolutions. They ordered all the Tamil films to stop shooting from November 1st and the current films should get finished by October 31st. They also demanded no new Tamil film must go on sets after August 15th. The council also recommended to release the big Stars’ films on the OTT only after 8 weeks of its theatrical release.

It has to be seen how the Actors and Directors react to this. Recently, Tamil Film Producers Association has imposed a ban on Actor Vishal for surprisingly. The Actor responded sharply stating that no one could stop him to act in films. He also said that he would continue doing films. We may even see the same situation even now from the Actors and Directors. So, let’s see what happens.

Mr. Bachchan is scheduled to release on August 15th. Now, Harish Shankar has hit a jackpot by getting opportunity to direct Balakrishna and Ram Pothineni for his upcoming films.

Harish Shankar has confirmed his next film with Ram in the teaser launch event of Mr. Bachchan. It is learned that he will start working with Balakrishna only after this film. Balakrishna has been making himself a part in Young Directors films. He worked with Anil Ravipudi for Bhagavanth Kesari and currently with Bobby for his NBK109. Balakrishna will first start working for Boyapati Srinu’s film which was also announced officially recently. He will then move on to Harish Shankar’s film.

Harish Shankar till now has been silent with no proper films. His Ustaad Bhagat Singh starring Pawan Kalyan is also under wraps due to the political commitments of the Actor. Now he is slowly keeping exciting films in place. There is no clarity as to what these films are. Harish Shankar has mostly directed only remakes in his entire career. The Raja Saab Glimpse: Thaman misses the mark

The Raja Saab is the upcoming film of Tollywood Actor, Prabhas. The film is directed by Maruthi and SS Thaman acts as the music composer. The Raja Saab’s Glimpse has been released today officially. It has shown Prabhas sporting an Uber cool look and the Glimpse appeared fresh. But only thing that didn’t disappointed was the Background Music of Thaman. This has totally missed the mark.

The Raja Saab release date has also been announced to be on April 10th next year. Now, as said the score of Thaman didn’t sync with the visuals showed and disappointed the audience completely. As revealed, The Raja Saab will also be a Horror Romantic Comedy.

The Raja Saab may not be filmed on the lines of Prabhas’s previous films. The production value and making will be like a regular film. It has to be seen how Maruthi works out The Raja Saab with the current Pan India popularity of Prabhas. The Actor is riding high with the recent success of Kalki 2898 AD which has grossed more than 1000 crores worldwide.

Indian 2 OTT release issues

Indian 2, sequel of yesteryear blockbuster, Indian bombed at the box office. The film took years of production and released to negative reviews from the audiences. Many netizens criticized the director of the film, Shankar for his direction. The film never recovered after its bad opening day performance. Now, Indian 2 is also surrounded by OTT release issues.

Due to the combination of Shankar and Kamal Haasan, Indian 2 was bought by Netflix for a record amount which is said to be more than 120 crores. This is a staggering number. Now, with the film getting failed miserably at the box office, buzz is that there will likely be a cut in the money for Indian 2’s OTT price. Netflix is learned to be not ready to give the agreed money fully now. It has paid the amount before but it may seek money back.

OTT platforms are not ready to bear the amount that they agreed if the film gets failed now and opt for an early release. Indian 2 OTT release may take more time and will release only after these negotations end. The team and mainly Shankar are in deep trouble with the debale of Indian 2. There is one more film in the Indian series, Indian 3. No one knows what would happen to this film. Shankar also has one more film, Game Changer starring Ram Charan. It has to be seen how he handles these two films now.

Dhanush emotional on Raayan’s Blockbuster success

Tamil Actor, Dhanush has managed to receive positive response for his recent film, Raayan. The film had a big opening day and continued the momentum in the first weekend. The weekend has also resulted in delivering the career biggest number for Dhanush. Raayan also stands as the 50th film of the Actor where he wrote and directed the film himself. Now, Dhanush has become emotional on Raayan’s Blockbuster success.

Dhanush posted an image on his official X/Twitter account thanking the audience for the success of Raayan. He thanked the film fraternity, friend, press and media as well. The Actor quoted his fans as his pillars of support. Dhanush termed the success of Raayan as the best Blockbuster birthday gift ever.

Raayan registered around 70 crores worldwide in its first weekend. The film is all set to gross 100 crores by the end of the second weekend easily. Then Raayan would become the second 100 crore grosser for Dhanush after Captain Miller which released during the Sankranthi Season this year. Raayan may also has chances of touching the 150 crore gross mark in the full run if it performs well in this weekend. Dhanush will then move on to Kubera co-starring Nagarjuna and directed by Sekhar Kammula.
