The makers of Salaar have requested special shows and ticket hikes to the government. Reportedly, the government is said to have allowed 1 AM shows on a limited number of screens. A total of 20 1 AM shows will be screened for Salaar on its release day. Out of those 20, 10 theaters in Hyderabad city and 10 in other Nizam districts have been selected, according to the reports.

Bollywood actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, and Akshay Kumar have been invited. Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and Rohit Shetty are among the Bollywood directors invited.

The idol is expected to be placed in the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram Mandir by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Bollywood media has reported that cricketers Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli and industrialists Mukesh Ambani, Gautam Adani, and Ratan Tata will also be present at the temple’s consecration ceremony.

Initially, this project was planned to go in 2025 as H Vinoth was committed to a film with Kamal Haasan, and after that, Khakee 2 was to be started. But now the plans have been changed as Kamal Hassan is busy with multiple projects such as Indian 3, Mani Ratnam’s Thug Life, and Project K.

So, as Kamal’s project with H Vinoth is getting delayed, both Kamal Haasan and Vinoth have reportedly come to an understanding that the director can work on the Khakee sequel in 2024, and KH233 can start in 2025. So now the Khakee Sequel will go on sets in early 2024.
