Karthi’s Blockbuster “Khakee” sequel is coming soon. It is widely known that Khakee (2017) was a super blockbuster in both Telugu and Tamil languages. The movie is regarded as one of the best in Karthi’s career. H Vinoth, the film’s director, has already shared the sequel idea with Karthi, and he liked it and committed to the project. Initially, this project was planned to go in 2025 as H Vinoth was committed to a film with Kamal Haasan, and after that, Khakee 2 was to be started. But now the plans have been changed as Kamal Hassan is busy with multiple projects such as Indian 3, Mani Ratnam’s Thug Life, and Project K.
So, as Kamal’s project with H Vinoth is getting delayed, both Kamal Haasan and Vinoth have reportedly come to an understanding that the director can work on the Khakee sequel in 2024, and KH233 can start in 2025. So now the Khakee Sequel will go on sets in early 2024.
