It is very well known that Megastar Chiranjeevi’s latest tweet has raked a new controversy. He was criticized by NTR fans for not mentioning their favorite hero in his tweet, and they accused him of being partial towards his son Ram Charan.
On February 17, Chiranjeevi took to Twitter as he shared a video of filmmaker James Cameron, where he can be seen lauding SS Rajamouli’s RRR. Dropping the video, the megastar also wrote a happy note, that reads, “Sir @JimCameron an acknowledgement of his character in #RRR from a Global Icon & Cinematic Genius like you is no less than an Oscar itself! It’s a great honor for @AlwaysRamCharan. As a father I feel proud of how far he’s come. Ur compliment is a blessing for his future endeavours”
However, this tweet was not liked by not only Nandamuri fans but also the neutral fans too. The tweet didn’t go well with neutral fans and netizens as they felt Chiranjeevi has intentionally tweeted about this as he did not add the names of NTR or Rajamouli in his tweet.
Netizens ask that how could Chiranjeevi miss out Rajamouli’s name as Cameron has appreciated the characterization of Ram and not the performance of Ram Charan. He loved the characterization of Ram, so main credit should go to the writer and director for their work.
But this whole controversy raises a big question that why the team of RRR or Rajamouli himself didn’t react to the video of James Cameron at first place. If they had reacted to the video, then it wouldn’t have been possible to chiranjeevi tweeting and giving a feeling that the appreciation was for Ram Charan. Mega fans are accusing the RRR unit for not reaching out to James Cameron’s video promptly.
We know that Megastar Chiranjeevi has been in a few controversies for a while, but this time it is not at all fair to accuse or blame him for the tweet he shared. He secured tons of hearts and created a tremendous impact on the industry with his films and remarkable acting skills. He is and always will be a legend, despite the mudslinging attempts on him.
