Yesterday, Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran’s 18 Pages film’s Pre release event was held and as said above, Allu Arjun was the chief guest for the event.
Allu Arjun’s entry was planned in a way were it looked like a deliberate attempt of PR with people dancing when he was about to come on to the stage.
Also at the time of his speech and during the speech of another producer SKN, there was overhype regarding Pushpa 2 and Allu Arjun. It gave a feeling that is this 18 pages movie function or Allu Arjun’s own function.
The fans of Allu Arjun even interrupted the speech of the director Palnati Surya Pratap. In the past, Power Star Pawan Kalyan fans did this kind of thing.
Seeing all the self promotions of Allu Arjun and Pushpa at the 18 Pages pre-release function, the audience say that praising the chief guest is fine, but there should be a limit.
Instead of selling the film’s content, the producers are promoting Allu Arjun by grand entries and his film Pushpa The Rule. Allu Arjun and his team should take care of these things, to make sure that they’re not repeated in another function.
