Kishkindhapuri has given a big relief to Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, who was desperately in search of a successful film. Despite releasing alongside the big and much-hyped film Mirai, Kishkindhapuri found its own audience and performed well at the box office. The film collected around ₹25 Cr gross worldwide and emerged as a super hit.
It could have done even better if it had released on a solo date, as it received very good word of mouth from audiences. Viewers eagerly awaited its OTT release. Both the OTT and satellite rights were acquired by Zee.
Now, the film is streaming on Zee5, and the world television premiere is scheduled for this Sunday evening. It’s a good watch for audiences this weekend — a well-made thriller. The team hopes to get a big response from OTT viewers as they have already announced Kishkindhapuri Part 2.
