Japan Movie’s Overseas Premiers have been canceled. It is widely known that Actor Karthi’s Japan Movie is all set to be released on November 10th. Usually, Telugu and Tamil films will have premiers in Overseas/USA one day before release, but Japan Movie’s Overseas premiers canceled.
The Japan movie team did not want to take the risk of screening Overseas Premiers as they thought the film might work better for local audiences than overseas. So, they want to screen the movie simultaneously everywhere to avoid the difference in word of mouth from different places simultaneously.
Meanwhile, the government permitted Japan movie makers to arrange special shows in Tamil Nadu. Now, the shows will start simultaneously in India and Overseas.
Recently, many movies’ Overseas Premiers have negatively affected a few films, especially for mass entertainers. The negative feedback from Overseas affects the worldwide openings also. So it is a good idea for the team of Japan to screen the shows simultaneously everywhere.
“Really sorry for the inconvenience, the shows will start only from Nov 10 (Friday),” read the tweet of the US Distributor of Japan movie.
