Fans are unhappy with Aadi re-release for NTR’s birthday

It’s re-release season and after the successful shows of Ram Charan’s Orange organized for his birthday, it’s now the turn of NTR fans to re-release a massive blockbuster. NTR’s birthday is on 20th May and there are plans of releasing his blockbuster action entertainer Aadi for the occasion.

However, there’s a small issue that has come up which is frustrating many fans. Going as per the trend of current re-releases, the fans team had originally planned to release another blockbuster Simhadri on a record number of screens. Simhadri has all the elements to break all the re-release records.

But now, the announcement of Aadi has irked fans. The sudden announcement has left NTR fans frustrated as they don’t want to re-release two films at the same time and one will affect the other one.

Directed by VV Vinayak, Aadi was released in 2002 and is a landmark film in NTR’s career and one of his biggest hits. The film established him as a leading star in Tollywood and his intense performance and dialogue delivery were appreciated by all.

Simhadri, on the other hand, released the next year in 2003 and put NTR on every record list and become the highest grosser of the year. The impact created by this SS Rajamouli film has still not softened and fans will throng to theatres in huge numbers whenever it releases. The announcement of Simhadri 4K re-release will be made on 9th April.
