Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur’s Sita Ramam was released in theatres on August 5th and has been receiving love ever since it was released. The film opened to a decent opening day at the box office, followed by even better Day 2 and Day 3 collections.
After a solid opening weekend, it continued to pull audiences to the theatres on the weekdays. It is still posting houseful numbers in many territories. This is largely due to the chemistry shared by the lead pair of Dulquer and Mrunal. Their on-screen romance was a cure for sore eyes.
It has now been more than a week since the release of the film and it still going strong. Sita Ramam has collected an impressive 25 crores in shares for the Telugu version alone. It has crossed the break-even mark by a mile and is running in heavy profits, making it a huge blockbuster.
The film is also doing very well in the Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi versions. Sita Ramam has been directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. It also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Tharun Bhascker, and Sumanth in important roles. Vishal Chandrashekar is the music director of the movie.
