Sita Ramam has unanimously been winning people’s hearts since it released in theatres on 5th August. The period drama is being hailed as an epic love story and a timeless classic. Some people are calling it the love story that Radhe Shyam wishes it was.
The movie had a decent opening day due to the promotions of the film and the audiences also came in numbers. But what is shocking is that the Day3 collections have been greater than both Day 1 and Day 2. This is a great sign for any film when the collections are increasing exponentially. Sita Ramam has enjoyed a great first weekend with a great outing at the box office. Even though it is competing with Bimbisara, it has held its own ground. It has garnered 12.77 crores in the Telugu states, 1.75 crores in Karnataka, 2.14 crores in Kerala, and 1.60 crores in Tamil Nadu.
Coming to the overseas collections, it has grossed 6+ crores at the box office. Totaling the collections in all areas, Sita Ramam has grossed 25+ crores in its opening weekend. It is on track to easily cross 50+ crores in its entire run at the box office.
