This year Tollywood has seen 2 back to back Blockbusters Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo during the Sankranthi season. Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is Tollywood’s Non-BB industry hit at the box-office shuttering many records globally. This film is directed by Trivikram Srinivas which stars Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in lead roles.
Soon after Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’s digital release, it grabbed the attention of not only the audience but also filmmakers from Bollywood. Recently popular Bollywood director Sanjay Gupta has heaped praise on the storyline of this film. There was news surfing that Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo will be made in Bollywood. Now according to Bollywood sources, it seems to be confirmed that Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is all set for its Hindi remake.
Going by the reports Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is said to be seen in the lead role. The Hindi version of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is to be directed by Rohit Dhawan who directed films like Desi Boyz and Dishoom. Though there is no official announcement regarding this project this film may be produced by All Aravind along with Ekta Kapoor.
