Mega Star Chiranjeevi has made a promising come back with Khaidi No 150 in the year 2017. Later he teamed up with director Surendra Reddy for Sye Raa which released in October 2019.
Last year Chiranjeevi announced his #Chiru152 with commercial director Koratala Shiva for an out and out mass entertainer. This film is tentatively titled as Acharya and the first schedule of the film has been wrapped a couple of months ago. The team has planned to complete the shoot and release the film for independence weekend. But due to the outbreak of Corona virus, the team has stopped shooting and as of now there is no idea about resuming the shoot.
According to our close sources, we got to know that team of Acharya is planning to unveil the first look poster along with the title logo on 22nd August on the eve of Chiru’s birthday. The team is also planning to release the teaser if they are done with the work. An official announcement regarding this will be out in the coming weeks. This project is being bankrolled under Konidala Productions in association with Matinee Entertainments.
