The Oscar win for Naatu Naatu has come in as a shot in the arm for RRR at the Japan box office as the film witnessed a solid jump post the victory. RRR is already doing fantastic at Japan box office and with the Oscar win the film witnessed a big jump in collections the film has collected till now 80Cr gross in Japan and At this pace, the film will easily do another 50Cr in Japan.
This Ram Charan and Jr NTR starter became the highest-grossing Indian film in Japan. The film crossed Muthu’s record and has been standing for more than 2 decades in the easternmost country.
After Muthu, Baahubali was also received quite well in Japan earning both Prabhas and Rana great adulation from the local fans. And now, RRR has also managed to win the hearts of the Japanese.
The film was widely promoted in the country and Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and SS Rajamouli were present during the Japanese premieres and attended several events. RRR collected over 1200 crores at the worldwide box office in its initial run during ints release in March and now the film is continuing where it stopped its record-breaking journey.
