Allu Arjun’s Pushpa-The Rise has beaten Ranveer Singh’s 83 in the Hindi circuits. Pushpa was expected to collect massive numbers in AP and TS, but due to various reasons, the film underperformed. But, the film shattered all expectations in its Hindi run, collecting a net collection of 85 crores.
Before talking about this, it is important to mention that this is solely the Hindi version of Pushpa in the North circuits and not the regional versions of the film.
Allu Arjun has beaten Ranveer Singh in most of the Northern regions of India. Pushpa collected 85+ crores whereas 83 has collected only 81 crores so far. Pushpa-The Rise has beaten 83 in the North, East, West, and Central regions of India.
Pushpa has comfortably beaten 83 in Mumbai, Rajasthan, Odisha, Bihar, and West Bengal as well. Despite the love for cricket in Bengal, 83 failed at the box office. In fact, Pushpa’s 5th-week collections have beaten 83’s collections in Jammu and Pathankot as well.
Despite the star power of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, Allu Arjun has single-handedly carried Pushpa in the north. Sukumar is also looking to cast Bollywood actors for Part 2 to utilize the North market completely.
