Now, with Pushpa-The Rise, Sukumar has risen to great new heights. He is now talked about not only in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana but all over India. Sukumar is now in the conversation of top directors in India, right next to Rajamouli.
After the success of Pushpa-The Rise, Sukumar is now keen to cast Bollywood actors for Pushpa-The Rule. The Hindi version of the film has collected a mind-boggling 80+crores in its complete run and would have collected more if not for the Amazon Prime release.
The Hindi version managed to collect 80+ crores solely on Allu Arjun’s craze in the North. There were little to no promotions for the film in the North. Despite this, Pushpa went on to give a tough fight to Ranveer Singh’s 83.
Keeping this in mind, Sukumar seems keen on casting Bollywood actors for Pushpa-The Rule to generate even more numbers for Part 2. The makers have also promised to promote the film well for Part 2.
Pushpa-The Rule stars Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Anasuya in prominent roles. The shooting for the film is scheduled to start in February, and the makers are planning a release in December.
